BEWARE IF ENAILCOUTURE
As a first time customer, this company did me really wrong. This company is only good for taking your money. Exactly why they have a no refund/exchange/and no cancellation policy. If you don’t want to have shipping protection and courage to take care of your customers when something goes wrong, there is no point in investing into your company. He purchases all of his products from China and lies about them being made in the USA, there is now way! Customer Service is no better and you’re not able to talk to a live person, only via email. Waste of your time and money. Go ahead and waste your money if you want. As a first time buyer like myself, purchasing a used mini toy nail drill that cost $299.98 looked used, screen was scratched and didn’t work at all. They had the nerve to blame shipping. Everything was perfectly packaged, no way in hell it was shippings fault. The only good thing they know how to do is SCAM people out of their money so beware of purchasing any items from them.

Damaged Package
My package arrived extremely damaged and all of the contents were gone from the box, except for the packing paper. An email to customer support was met with “damaged or lost items are not guaranteed to be replaced or refunded and all sales are final, so we will not be refunding you.” A total scam because they're stealing my hard earned money and refusing to rectify their issues with their poorly packaged shipments which took a whole month to arrive! To add a slap in the face they gave me a “coupon” expecting me to buy from them again with such poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and I suggest you all take your nail business elsewhere.

I wish I didn't have to give this company a star at all. This company has become TERRIBLE. I have been ordering from EnailCouture for just about 2 years and shipping has never been a problem. This time it is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I placed my order on 7/11/2020. I understand the Covid situation, but I have received packages from China, and within the US, in the last two months, and I still have not received any shipping notification from this company. Always an automated email that responds to you. No answer when you call and never anyone on the live chat on the website. Everyday he is promoting new items on FB and IG and deletes comments, regarding delayed orders on both platforms. At this point I want to cancel my order and I cannot, because AFTER you place the order, the email confirmation tells you all about the shipping issues and tells you that you cannot cancel an order . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HIM AGAIN.

I made a purchase with Enail Couture on July 19th. Immediately following that purchase I received an email confirming my order with this long, poor written notice on the bottom. I have copied that text & pasted it below. Red flags immediately started popping up like - why wouldn't they have that posted on the home page of their website? Why was it only AFTER I placed my order was I notified of these really long processing times. But since it also stated in that text that they aren't allowing customers to cancel, even if the order hadn't shipped, I was left to wait. And wait I did.

After the 30 days had passed I emailed their customer service. I received the same text I have posted below, with a change in one line. "My order was in the queue for processing" It was a generic response, it took them a days to send me an email with literally no helpful information in it. So I waited some more.

Now it's been over 60 days since I placed my order. I sent another email to customer service stating if they do not ship my order out by the end of the week I am contacting my credit card and will have them issue a charge back. They were quick to respond to this one - the next day, with literally the same useless information they had in the last message. I had had it at that point. I decided not to give them to the end of the week, because lets face it, they were not going to ship my order. So I contacted my bank, and my bank pointed out I used Paypal to make the purchase and recommended I contact them because it might be a quicker process through them. So I started a claim with Paypal and attached the documentation they asked me to. Paypal immediately refunded me and a minute after that I received an email from Enail. Case Closed and I will never purchase anything from them again. Customer service is critical with any business.

If this sounds familiar, I highly recommend you contact your bank and start the process for a charge back because it can be a lengthy process before you actually see the money in your account. And also, use Paypal as another level of protection against scams & identity left.

Also, I find it really annoying they are using COVID as a shield - as I told them, its not a COVID problem, its a you problem.

This company is a joke!! As is the owner Max Estrada!! He is so unprofessional in his "lives" that he does on Facebook and Instagram! Calling those of us that have ordered, and had the gall to complain, haters! Really?!?! No we are angry that you have taken our money and we have received nothing! When we do complain he will delete comments and block you from his pages. When I first started ordering from him over two yrs ago, I had my order within 7-14 days. I ordered in July and as of today Sep 5/2020 I have not even received a tracking order email. Yes they do say, AFTER, you pay for your order that it will take 30 days to processes, but it has been well over that now, and I get no answer when I call and a generic email when I email them. I have ordered from several different companies, a couple of times, AFTER I ordered from him and have received my orders!! What his is doing should be illegal!! He comes out with "new" products every other day it seems, but yet can not seem to fill the orders that have been PAID for!! Please do not waste your time or money on this company!!! The only reason I put one star was because I had to put a star rating....so really...NO star!!!

100% SCAM. Took my money and ran it's been two months since I placed my order and I was told that first 8 to 18 days and then second I was told 30 business days but yeah it's been 2 months stay away from this company they should be shut down for stealing people's money especially during a pandemic.

I have been ordering from this company for 5 years, I am a licensed nail technician. For the first 3.5 years very fast shipping, I would receive my items very fast. If there was ever a issue they fixed it, as time went on my packages took longer, and longer. Now with Covid19 which I totally understand, but now over 2 months waiting, I places my order on 6/23/2020 I have emailed them several time to no avail. Sometimes I get the auto generated email, sometimes I don’t. I get emails from advertising EVERY WEEK! The owner is constantly, constantly advertising products. They say everything is made in the USA. They constantly delete bad messages, reviews on their social media pages. They are in Arizona. Why are they still taking orders if they cant keep up demand? At this point they are stealing consumers money. Terrible, terrible!!

If I could give no stars I would the worst customer service experience I have ever experience. Very slow on delivery no response to emails. The owner Max disrespect customers who talk about their shipping practices. Its just a mess once I receive this order if ever I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I too ordered from this company recently, July 12, and have not received ANY kind of information about my order. I haven’t received a “ Sorry your order is being delayed because of ABC” or anything. I ONLY receive a generic email with COVID being listed as a main reason for the delay in processing and shipping of products. Only AFTER you submit your payment does the company then inform you that an order can take upwards of 30 days. However, you are not allowed to cancel or receive a refund. If I knew another way to complain about this company I would however, all you customers complaining open up a Revdex.com complaint. That will go a long way in showing what type of “company” this is. Anyone reading this DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! And just a side note Arizona has not been on a stay at home order for awhile and even when it was businesses were able to stay open except for bars and gyms which also just opened up about 5 days ago. Don’t let this company lie to you saying that’s the reason for all these delays. They are just a horrible company and should be put out of business.

I made my order on July 14, 2020, more than 30 days waiting!
Because the Covid-19? I'm only 5 hours from Tucson Az , its not fair I paid more than a hundred dollars for the products, I sent an email already. I'm very DISAPPOINTED. Please don't buy from them unless you want to be UPSET and FRUSTRATED. No STARS, Cero STARS.

I just ordered from E Nail Couture in July 12, and I WISH I had watched the reviews about the company before I did that. Once I pressed the button to pay a huge letter popped up about the delays in processing, shipping, etc. I decided to give the company a break so I decided to not contact them until about a week and a half ago and I too received the generic email about the state being on lockdown and so fourth. I live in Phoenix and our state is functioning just fine with the exception of bars and gyms which also opened 3 days ago. That is absolutely not the reason things are taking so long to use that as the reason is unprofessional and tells me what kind of “company” this is. If I can help just one person avoid this company BEFORE you spend your hard earned money I will be happy.

It took 4 months for me to receive my order. I tried emailing and every time I received The same scripted email. They are using COVID as an excuse and there’s no excuse for it to take that long on an order. I would have purchased more if it didn’t take so long. For this reason I will not order from this company anymore. Other brands are just as good, if not better, so it’s not worth the wait. The owner of this company thinks he can run the company this horribly and that people will still buy his products. He will learn the hard way that is not accurate.

I ordered from this company before covid it took my package 1 month to get to me which I don’t mind waiting but this time it’s taking longer than normal? When I email customer service they blame it on covid , you can’t cancel , or get your money back even if it hadn’t left the warehouse & customer service will just keep sending you the same old email they normally would tell you what set of Order numbers they are working on I literally just received a email stating that they are not disclosing what set of order numbers they are currently full filing . I really enjoy the products but the waiting time is ridiculously horrible , this is terrible customer service .

I hate this company! It has now been well over the 30 days period of lies and I have yet to receive even an tracking number, this is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I will not recommend nor order from this company or any affiliate. Zero stars is generous, negative should be an option!

I purchased on 7/31/2020 from exclusive nail couture. My total was 100.38. I paid through sezzle I have already completed 2 payments for this order and still haven’t received a shipping confirmation or a ETA on my order. My order number is ORDER #*** . Soon my payments to sezzle on this order will be complete and I am afraid that I will have fully paid for an order that I haven’t even received yet or know when or if I will ever receive the order. If you are wondering if I have already contacted the merchant (exclusive nail couture) YES. No response. I DON’T WANT MY ORDER TO BE CANCELED, because I need these products I am a nail enail couture isn’t answering customers at all they even took down their customer chat feature off their website !

I ordered from their site and they don’t tell you until after payment that all sales are final and that with Covid it takes 30 days to process the order. It’s been over 30 days for most of us and no news about the order. We contact them and no one responds and when you complain to them on social media they block you. They won’t send the products but they also won’t send a refund. I’ll be contacting a lawyer as I feel what they are doing is illegal. They took down all the possible ways to do a review which is extremely suspicious as I know most of the reviews are complaint of orders not being Sent out and they ordered back in May.

The company has sent me a message. They have now changed their processing policy and did not inform me. Not only do they not inform you of the delayed shipping before payment they went from processing up to 30 days to processing taking 30+ days. I have attached photos of the email I can also forward to you if needed.

I completely understand that COVID-19 has caused delays due to sanitation and state laws however the website should be making people more aware of the actual timeline. When I made my order I was never notified that the items I ordered were on back order and it was not communicated on their website. Communication is key. I placed my order on May 27,2020. I sent an initial email on July 6, 2020 checking on the status of my order and I received a generic email that was copied and pasted from the website. As of July 6, they informed me they were now just processing orders numbers that start with 111,112 etc. My order number was 119 on August 1st. I had been patient enough. The website is misleading customers because it has been well over 30 days which they claim is the new order processing time. If products are on back order then that needs to be transparent on the website. The new updated disclaimer claims if items are out of stock you will be refunded yet I have received nothing. I never received a reply from Exclusive Nail Couture, on August 1st I initiated a dispute through Paypal's resolution center. Four days later, I received a tracking number for my shipment. The company never responded to me on Paypal nor via email; very unprofessional. I finally received my order on August 17 after waiting about three months, open the packaged and an item was missing. I sent them another email and they escalated my dispute to Paypal as if I was lying about not receiving one item for $9.99. This company is very unprofessional and should be investigated for their terrible business practices. There is no way a company can operate in this matter and it be legal.

I wish I could give no stars. This is the WORST company out there. This company does not allow you to cancel or refund you on orders that they have not fulfilled or sent to you damaged. I have placed two orders with this company, one before the COVID and one after and each order has taken over a month to be received. My second order was placed 7/15 and I still do not have it. I've emailed for a follow up with no response. They don't even have the decency to update their customers when they can expect to receive their order.

This is the Worst ran company in the US I have ever had the misfortuante of dealing with...Don't order from this company unless you don't need your products until the next century

Possibly THE worst business...customer service and products ???? I never received any help from the business. My order was placed on 7/9/2020, yes I do understand there is a pandemic and things are running slow. BUT after my order was placed there was NO communication on shipping or status of the order. I had sent several emails asking on delivery dates and was to only receive a generic message stating that my order is important but they are running at a slower pace (which I expected). Later in the email, it states they are allowed to ship and orders are going out. I never got in touch with a customer service representative nor did I have my concerns addressed via email.
Since no one ever reached out to me to explain ANYTHING, I reached out to my bank to file a claim last week. MAGICALLY (even though there was still no contact from Exclusive Nails Couture) I have an email that there was a canceled order and reimbursement pending on my credit card.

I have worked with many vendors on Etsy and other websites, I have placed orders during our "stay in place" and never received such bad customer service.

I implore prospective customers to do their research before ordering from this (what I think looks like) a sham of a website/product.

This company is a scam. I placed the order in June I’m still waiting no tracking no responses when I email nothing. I don’t care what they tell me about COVID this is the worst company ever do not buy from them !!! $70 down the drain.
