Placed my order about two months ago. Out of the five emails I have sent from then to now, they have only responded to one of my emails. I really had high hopes for this brand but they'd prefer to just take your money and provide as little detail as possible about the order placed. I see why they mention the disclaimer about no refunds AFTER you've placed your order. I feel like I've been scammed. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!

On May 5, 2020, I placed an order on enailcouture.com with the understanding that it could take between 8-30 days for the business to process my order. On June 7, 2020 (33 days later), I emailed the company because my order still had not been processed, and I had not received any communication about my order. I received no response back from the company. On June 16, 2020 (42 days since I placed the order), my order still had not been processed yet, and I still had not heard back from the business, so I emailed again and asked for a complete refund of $71.31. I received a response that same day stating I was not able to cancel my order. As of today, it has now been 49 days since my order was placed, and it still has not even been processed yet, let alone shipped . This company has had my money for almost 50 days, yet I have not received the products that I ordered.

Good morning, my case number is 14484658, and I was asked to notify you if the company I filed a complaint against contacted me. I received an email from the company yesterday (7/8/20) stating my order has just been shipped. I am now awaiting its arrival. I just wanted to update you with this information. Thank you.

Good morning, I am writing in regards to complaint #14484658. I wanted to inform you that after waiting 68 days, I finally received my order. Thank you for your assistance in helping to solve this problem!

Ordered in May 1st. Said will take 8-18 BUSINESS DAYS. Today marks 36 BUSINESS DAYS. Emailed them to get an update 2 weeks ago. No reply or auto response. We get it, there’s a pandemic going on. If you can’t keep it under control, temporarily suspend new orders being made to process the ones behind. Instead of releasing new products every week as well.

Customer service and processing and shipping times are horrible. I placed an order on May 10 and it is June 22 and I still have not received an email confirmation that the order has processed. What I have seen and read on the website is that there are delays of up to 30+ business days. I can’t get a hold of anyone and I don’t know when this order will ship if you expect customer service or expedited shipping forget it. I have paid for my product and have yet to receive the goods.

I placed an order with this company 7 weeks ago and haven't received it.
Everytime I email them they send a response saying they are working on orders that start with 107. My order begins with 117. The problem is with every week that goes by they respond with the exact same email without even trying to explain. All I want to do is cancel my order at this point as I don't believe I'll ever receive it and they won't allow that either. I understand the covid 19 issues tremendously. However I've received products from China that I ordered after this one and have received them already. The fact that they won't even respond to me with anything other than a general email stating I can't cancel and that they're still working on the same number orders they were working on a month ago has me just wanting to cancel my order and receive my money back. I don't know where else to contact for help.

This company has entered a fraud and scam process to its clients apparently using the money of the clients to buy and resell the products to them instead of using their own money or profits from your company. Before with me policies and they have changed policies without prior notice in addition to having repeatedly failed to comply with the same policies that they have established where it indicates that they are taking 8
18 days to delivery when they are really taking 2 months or more automatically and quickly collect your money but automatically quickly eliminate you or block you when you make a logical claim after the company simply fails to comply with its own policies. If the company does not make the shipment in the agreed time, the company is in compliance with the contract on which it was based at the time of making the purchase by Ende they must cancel the order and return the money but then it has a non-cancellation policy that if it complies when they are the ones who are really not complying with the service for which the services of the products have already been paid in full. And we will enter the sea customer service in the lack of respect in the lack of professionalism in blocking all the people deleting the comments of the people is no longer available or Parada del río in Google can not comment on any type of Social network because because you know the fraud scheme that the capital of people are and so great that you have to see yourself use this resource to follow and be able to maintain the fraud scheme and deceived the clients so my advice is not to invest your money in This company does not matter the product that they want to sell you as the best or the most wonderful thing in this world simply if you are willing to wait 3 months 2 or more than a month for your product to be sent to you so that they treat you badly, insult you no they answer you then you can buy otherwise this place is not made for anyone who needs the products to be able to continue working and without so much their home especially after a crisis like the one we've been through.

Order was placed on May 26 2020. As of June 18 2020 there has been no update or shipping regarding this order. Unable to contact company directly. Customer service is none extant. This order needs to be fulfilled and shipped. This business is taking peoples hard earned money and not shipping there items. All the reviews show very poor business practices.

Wish I could leave less than one star. Horrible, unresponsive and rude customer service. The owner is unprofessional, calls out people who give honest reviews on his product in an awful manner. Deleted negative comments. This whole “company” is a scam. They’ll take your money and run. You’ll never see your shipment. Don’t fall for it.

I place a online order back on May 17,2020 and I have not received my order I paid for! It has been 30 days!! This is Unacceptable

I placed a order on April 30th 2020 , and I have not gotten my items , I asked for a status update and I was told 20 days. well as of today 6/13/2020 I have not gotten my order. I fulled paid for my order and would like to get my items or a full refund.

Ordered 2 months ago. Nothing. No response from CS via email. Any questions on social media are deleted. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered from them on may 5th and still haven’t received my order after a month, even after the website said 8-18 days for processing time, which only appears after your order is placed. The owner Max Estrada continuously insults customers on social media who call him out for his unprofessional customer service by calling them “toxic Tiffanys” on Instagram live or deleting their comments, also mocks customers by saying if they ask where their order is that “Carole Baskin has it” which is extremely unprofessional. I sent an email to customer service asking for the status of my order and have not received a response in over 2 weeks. Instead of releasing new products every 2 days, he should focus on sending out the “10s of thousands of orders” that he supposedly has to send out. Also says that he doesn’t do refunds once our order is placed, which I don’t even think is legal. He blames his slow shipping on the coronavirus, yet when I order from other I receive my order within a week. This business needs to be either shut down or handled more professionally.

I placed my order on April 16th. It was a moderately sized order, with about 24 products supposed to be delivered. I waited patiently for the 8-18 business days to pass for shipping confirmation, as was disclosed is the current shipping time with COVID precautions. On May 12th, I emailed the company asking for an update to my order as 18 business days had passed. 2 minutes later, I received an automated message saying that orders can take up to 18 business days to ship, and that my order was being worked on.

I placed my trust in the company, and decided to be a little more patient. 8 days later, I responded to the same email thread asking for an update to my order. No response. On May 26th, 6 days after not receiving a response, I wrote out a stern email detailing that I felt this was poor business practice and they should update the people who are trying to support them. They took a moderately sized sum of money from me, and refuse to communicate when I can expect to receive a product. As of today, May 29th, I still have not received communication back.

I did, however, decide to check on Max's (the founder of this brand) Instagram, where he had been live just 16 hours ago. He said he was deleting comments that were negative, and informed the audience that his fulfillment center was working on orders starting with 107 and 108, where mine started with 103. He told the audience that if our number had been passed, it was on backorder from a product being out of stock. I do not need to be following this person on their social media to receive updates to my order. I did not flame or use explicit language in my email to the company, yet I have to question if they decided not to respond to me because my email included criticism about the brand. I supported this brand previously, but they have lost a loyal customer. You cannot take money from consumers and then decide not to update them on the product they purchased.

This brand has also specified that you cannot ask for a return or cancelation for any orders placed after March 16th. They are holding my money hostage, not updating me because they may have decided I was being "negative", and refusing to communicate. Even though I love the products (quality, price, packaging, literally everything), I would think twice before placing a new order with this brand. They clearly don't want to retain any type of supportive following or help the people who have invested money into their company.

Horrible customer service, they are incredibly rude. They are thefts & liars. No email for confirmation of or, no shipping. Rude list of rules after you confirm your order. no refunds for anything in big bold letters. In other words, no matter what happens we get your money & you get nothing. Should have just paid bills. Used afterpay so now it's going on my credit.

I placed an order with this company on May 4th and COMPLETELY understand that shipping times are extended due to COVID-19 but I have reached out NUMEROUS times to simply check the status of my order. I've sent 2 or 3 emails with literally no response. Like I stated above, I understand the shipping times but I don't understand not responding to customers. I have never ordered from this company and now I feel like I may have just lost my money because no one has tried to assist me at all.

When I placed my order on April 28, 2020, I was told shipment would take 18 days. After almost a month I called and they haven't shipped my items but have taken my money. I asked for a estimated time for shipment and they refuse to provide any information. I then asked for a cancellation since items are not shipped and they say that due to the Covid-19, they are not taking order cancellations. Is this even legal? Oh...I also asked for them to expedite my order since it has taken way moire than 18 business days and they claim that due to Covid-19, they have stopped expediting shipments. They were misleading to me with the amount of time it will take to ship but are very smart to have updated their website now claiming it will take at least 30 days to process and ship after my several calls. I have no desire to do business with them and want a full refund for the money they took from me.

This company needs to be shut down. This is non sense in a crucial time like this, for this company to take advantage of CUSTOMERS. Ordered few items from this company beginning of May. Stated in their policies Order will ship within 18 business days. Now it is the end of May and no communication from them. Also changed website to now orders are shipping in 30 days. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Doesn’t ship packages, deletes complaints from Instagram page constantly.

So I ordered a small and a large order from this company,the small one I had to pay the shipping which is fine. The problem is after paying for shipping you gotta wait over 3 weeks for the order to even ship. It’s faster to ship from China. Then once my order finally shows up I’m missing the most important thing in the package,and they say on the website if that item is out it will be replaced with other option which I didn’t get either. Than I look at the other items and they looked used. The arm rest has a large stain on it and the file box has scratches all over it. I tried to message the company several times over days but they ignored all the messages,I called the Company because I seen many others who have had the same exact problem. Then the owner of the company Max Estrada sends me a nasty message on Facebook just bcuz I want the items I paid for. I can’t use the products without the item I’m missing. So I have waited almost 4 weeks to get my stuff and now gotta wait who knows how long for the rest so I can use the products. Up until I ordered and had a problem this company would respond right away,now that they screwed me over they won’t reply to many messages. Don’t waste your hard earned money. There is other product just as good for way less hassle.
