Scam!!! Same as the rest! Ordered July 1st, 8/15 no product and BullSh*** email generated. Starting out and was gotten! Needs to be shut down! COVID isn’t doing this! Greed Is!!!!

This Company is horrible! I placed my order May 11th and we are in August now!! Customer service non-existent! The owner Max Estrada is blaming customers for not being patient. I think waiting 4 months is being patient enough. They don’t bother responding after you’ve sent multiple emails. I sent one last month and received no reply! They were quick to take my money though! Covid should not be an excuse!! especially when you should be keeping customers updated on their products! If they kept me updated I wouldn’t be here! A simple Email update shouldn’t be a hassle especially when we are spending money on your products. This company is very unprofessional! He’s a criminal! If you can’t provide our product in 30 business days they should refund customers!

I ordered on June 23rd and still it says order placed and it is August 13th 2020. I emailed and get an automated email still which is bull. Using covid for bad service is crazy to me because I ordered from the uk and the next day my items were sent out so literally their isn’t any excuse what so ever. I will NEVER PURCHASE purchase from him again

I made an order on June 9 it is now August 13 and I still have not received an update about my order or my order in general. The company refuses to refund me my money!!!!!!!!!! They use Covid as an excuse but there are other states who are hotspots for Covid 19 and I still get my parcels!

I wish 0 stars were an option. I placed my order on the 8th of June and it’s now August 13th and I still haven’t received my order of $185. Whenever anyone attempts to get answers the owner demeans them publicly on his Instagram and resorts to name calling (often with racist undertones) and mocking them for inquiring about their order. His business practices are questionable if not illegal and he continues to delete comments on social media so that other potential victims don’t know that their items will be grossly delayed. Avoid this business at all costs. The owner blames COVID on the delays but the delays are due mostly in part to him being a terrible business owner. He was in South Korea getting plastic surgery while orders were continuing to get backed up. That should tell you enough about where his priorities lie.

Like most of the reviews have already stated, there’s a very extreme lack of communication here with this company. You are not informed of any shipping delays. A computer generated long response is forwarded to you when you email the companys Customer service email. The first time I ordered with eNailscouture, it took over 6 weeks to receive my products. My next order was placed on 6/10/20, and I have yet to receive one word about the status. I have found the items with another company and I would love to place an order but I’ve already spent my money and enailscouture will not let you cancel and will not refund anything. I don’t understand how you can run a successful business like this when customers are blatantly ignored. Not just one, but thousands.

I am still waiting for my order from April 2020. It’s not August! The owner doesn’t reply to emails nor does he take calls and does not offer refunds.

This company is the WORST. I understand that the pandemic has caused delays in shipping, but this is nuts. The worst part about it is the lack of transparency with this company. I resorted to social media to inquire about my order I placed on may 28th and they just blocked me from being able to comment anymore! They are just hiding people's reviews and its awful. They FINALLY shipped my order today (6 August, more than 2 months after ordering) but they shipped it to the wrong address! I e-mailed them back to let them know about the error and they just sent out a generic reply. This company is trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

He is the must dishonest greedy piece of st.
I don't even have to explain what happened because is pretty much a resume of all this other reviews.
People HAVE THE RIGHT to decide if they want to orde knowing all this mess in advance not after when we can't cancel.
Basically we are letting this trash wanna be kpop borrow our money just because?
And those products are from China!!!

There are several issues with this company. I have not received my products as it has been 48 working days as it states on the website it will take 30+ days for an order to be processed and shipped. The time I have been waiting has passed this time and all I want is my products that I have paid for. I believe this company is using the pandemic to lag on sending customers their products. There only has been one correspondence with this company 6/18/2020 and they advised me they were working on orders 110 & 111. A month has passed and there has been no update on what order numbers they are working on now. Emailed customer service today 8/03 and a response was generated with an automatic response. My order was placed May 29th, 2020 and we are now in the beginning week of August. Waiting on my products is disrupting my business while their business is still up and running.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I ordered on May 26th and it wasn't until I clicked "submit order" did I get this long drawn out confirmation page stating that there would be no refunds or cancellations of orders and that shipping will take 30 days. I also ordered his new lamp on July 8th- stupidly- but my first order had just passed 30 days and I was confident that they would uphold their TAT.
I realize there is a pandemic going on and I'm a patient person, I didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until as the days kept passing and my first order hadn't been shipped; I reached out to customer service and got an generic auto response on my order inquiry that I started to worry.
I have also reached out on Max Estrada's FB page and IG page to inquire on order statuses and all my comments were deleted off both sites. They are no longer answering the phone and on one of his IG lives he was calling his customers "Toxic Tiffany's" to anyone who dared inquire of their order status during his live demos. He keeps promoting new products incessantly just taking peoples money who have no idea he is so back logged on orders. When you go to his website there is no header on the main page that he is indeed having shipping delays. You aren't told until you submit your order. He sends out email blasts daily with the same 10 paragraph filled generic message but is giving zero updates.
Customer service is not this companies focus and at this point I just want a refund all together. It's a shame because I was a new customer but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I placed an order on June 3, 2020 and still haven't received it. I contacted them several times and just got the same standard response that due to Covid my order is taking longer. Now Arizona has a stay at home order so they say that's the reason.

Like most of the reviews have stated here, you are not informed that there will be shipping delays until after you place you order. It states that it takes up to 30 business days to ship, when in reality it's much longer than that. I placed my order on May 16th and did not receive a shipping confirmation until July 29th, 10 weeks later. Also, they will not let you cancel your order. I've never heard of such a thing. Even if there is a cancellation fee, all legit companies allow you to cancel. Customer service is unreachable and when you do reach some live they aren't helpful at all. The owner is deleting negative comments from his social media instead of simply addressing his PAYING customers. He is also promoting new products and sending PR packages to influencers and still ignoring those who have actually paid. Please do not purchase from this company if you value your dollar.

I placed an order on May 19, 2020 for $124.84 which included about 30 items for nails. On June 4, 2020, I sent an email requesting an update on my order. I received an email back on June 26, 2020 stating that my order #*** was in the queue for fulfillment and that they are currently working on orders number 111 and 112. On July 12, 2020, I sent an email requesting a store credit as I no longer need the items as the nail technician in my city has reopened. I received a response July 23, 2020, that all orders placed after March 16, 2020 are not able to be cancelled. As of today, July 29, 2020, ten weeks later I haven't received any confirmation on the status of my order. I am unable to speak with any customer service agents and believe that I have been scammed.

Buyer beware!!!!!! Do not buy from this company they are thieves and they are scamming their customers. If you try to make a complaint on Instagram or Facebook max will block you and call you Karen or a toxic Tiffany. They are not even giving out what number order numbers they are on so you just have to wait and see if you get your order it’s going on 10 weeks and I have not received my order. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and the FTC. enailcouture has to be shut down he is a scammer. What he is doing is illegal period. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against enailcouture!!!

I made an order on enailcouture.com for a total of $26.28 USD on May 25, 2020. I was told by the company in a confirmation email that usual shipping ETA is 3 weeks. As of today, July 28,2020, I have not received my order, and all attempts to contact the company to inquire have failed. I was given an email address to send any concerns to which is "***", but I only receive an automated response when I contact this email address, with the same message everytime, which the information provided, is of no use to me. I feel I have been scammed, and when I look this company us online the only information I can find find is of other customers with similar experiences. I thought this company was requtable, I have seen the owner, Mr ***, on Youtube promoting his products, so I bought with confidence. But, I guess I was wrong.
I don't want my money back, I just want my order.

Do yourself a favor and purchase your nails supplies somewhere else. My order has been pending since early May. I knew that it was going to take a month, but we're almost in August. I spoke with a CS rep Friday and she said that my order would be mailed out that day... nope... still waiting. At this point, I'm going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and just dispute the transaction w/my bank. With the number of complaints regarding the same issue, I'm surprised that a class-action lawsuit hasn't be started.

I placed 2 orders with this company which states it takes 30 days for items to be received I'm now going on my 3rd month. I have sent multiple emails and voicemails to just receive an automated response. I spoke with a customer rep Friday and she stated that my item would be mailed that day and it still has not. I would like my items to be either sent or refund me for both orders.

Buckle up, because this review is a doozy! I ordered my single item (the souffle cream gel, 30ml) on 5/13. I knew it would take awhile, since their long (and concerning) blurb after check out explained it could take up to 30 business days for my order to ship. So I patiently waited the 30 business days before reaching out. I got the same b.s. automated response everyone else got. I also noticed, while searching my order confirmation for contact info, that the ordered color was lady pink and not clear. Now, I checked my basket MULTIPLE times before and during check out, and I had selected clear. I immediately sent an email to the company letting them know it needed to be corrected. It took them 12 days to give me an actual response. 12 DAYS (not counted the auto response they sent, again). They basically stated that nothing was changed on their side, and they are currently out of stock of the clear. So I responded with additional questions, hoping to resolve the issue. I also noticed the price for the souffle gel had dropped dramatically (I paid $20 for 30ml, and it dropped to $5.99). I stated I wanted a refund for the price difference if I was charged for the price of clear (I think my choice was automatically changed to lady pink because clear was out of stock when I checked out) but am now going to receive lady pink. Their response? They shipped my order knowing it is incorrect. They did not ask if I would like to wait for clear to become available again, nothing. And the kicker? Clear souffle is available on their website as I type this review. I resorted to filing with the Revdex.com when I did not receive a response months ago about my order. I guarantee this is the only reason it has been shipped at all! They do not care if the order is right or wrong. They want their money! I am beyond disgusted and appalled by how this "company" operates. The narcissistic mn that runs it should probably pull his head out and look around. Granted, this may be difficult considering all the fillers and surgeries he's had. Never again will I have anything to do with their products!!
