Horrible customer service. Products are okay but the company is not customer centered.

There is no transparency regarding their delayed shipping time or the updated refund policy which is basically no refunds at all. I scoured the website for any indication of delayed shipping and found nothing that mentions that orders are takings months to ship. I'm sure they realized that if they let people know about the backlog of orders then they wouldn't have as many orders come in but it is unfair to the consumer. I had to scroll through Instagram comments from other people with the same issue to see that orders from March/April were barely being received in July.

Placed my order on May 15, 2020, and to date [7-20-20] I have yet to see any merchandise. This company needs to be permanently shut down. They refuse to cancel orders, refuse to issue refunds, and refuse to send you true informational emails regarding your order. I've emailed them several times and always receive the "boilerplate" response blaming COVID19 for everything!!! Never a personalized email detailing where my products were or what the status was. Basically, Max is a selfish, egotistical little brat who now just steals people's money. Anyone reading this, PLEASE do not EVER buy from this company!!! You will be out money, never to see it again, and will get nothing in return.

I placed an order on July 2nd of 2020 and it wasn't until AFTER I pressed the button to pay that it advised that there were not going to be any refunds whether I received what I paid for or not and that the shipment could be delayed for months! This is absolutely beyond trash and I cannot believe this place is allowed to keep collecting money with no intentions of refunding it. I cannot specially believe that they are allowed to post these notices after the client pays. If I had known beforehand I would have never made the purchase.

I want my money back with the exact same speed that they withdrew it.

So I actually ordered cause I saw great reviews from influencers.... And it's fairly priced. I ordered on may 5th emailed them a couple of days before the shipping/processing time stated on the website, at the time that was up to 30 days, asking if I could get a shipping update, well no response so almost a half month after the time frame I emailed again asking for either shipping info or a refund. I even contacted after pay and they couldn't even get him to budge I had to file consumer complaints with four different offices just to get my order cancelled. How hard is it to email back or pick up the phone or call someone back.... Just there's no common sense use in his company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This so-called company doesn’t even deserve 0 stars. I have been waiting 3 months for my orders. There is NO sense of customer service seeing as how there isn’t a business Instagram page, the owner runs his business off of his personal page. So instead of reading customer complaints due to crappy packaging that leads to leaking, crazy long shipping times, the rude attitudes you receive, he just simply deletes comments and blocks you. The products are sub-par but it’s truly the owner’s terrible responses to his customers that sealed the deal with me. I genuinely hope no one else purchases from him. He’s racist, uses worlds like “the hood” “ghetto” and has no issue speaking on people’s appearances rather than just admitting he’s in over his head with orders. Some honesty would be so refreshing but I’m not going to hold my breath.

I placed orders, 4 to be exact, back in May and now it is July and I still have not received my orders or an update. I have reached out to the company 6 times, with just an automated email response. After you place an order, it says orders cannot be canceled and that it takes more than 30 days. That can be any amount of time!

I placed an order with this company on May 4, 2020 my credit card was immediately charged. I have not received my order and there has been no communication regarding a delay in shipping. I've tried to contact them via email and no one responds to me. So basically my money was stolen.

The company sent me the items. You can cancel the claim but they should be held accountable for not communicating with customers and sending items months after purchase.

I made an order may 27th of this year. It is now July 8th and I have not received my product.

I placed my order in may 15th 2020. Just under $100. NO WHERE on the site did it say I was not allowed to cancel my order or that it would take an extreme amount of time to get your order. Until a few days after I placed my order did it state on their website that it would take 30+ days to just process your order. It then later said that any orders placed AFTER March 15th (or whatever date it gave) you CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR GET A REFUND!!! I had heard about the horrible experience but then I heard good things about the company and the product. So I mistakenly chose to ignore the "Karen's" and proceed after I had gone thru the faqs & policies.
Well it's now JULY 8TH 2020 and still no product, no email or communication regarding my order. I did email them back in may and they responded a wk later saying it may take 4wks to process your order. They were so sorry for the delay. I just sent them another email this morning. I have ordered crap from China that got here faster then this crap!! If I'm able to receive things from another country why the hell cant I receive an order where none of which was on back order by the way, and that is only a few states away? This is ***. Do not purchase from this ENailCouture!!! Shoot if you can't get me the product I ordered, then at least give me my money back!!! ***?

I’m just over this company ...ordered the beginning of May 2020 and still have not received anything ,customer service is slow at responding to emails when I wrote them it took 3 weeks for them to write back and when they did it was a pre-scripted email. I understand they r a small business and COVID-19 has slowed everything down but 3months even orders from over seas have gotten to me already and they r in Arizona. I will never buy from this company again .

I placed an order with this company on May 2, 2020. At the time shipping was 8-18 days per my receipt. Over a month (June 19, 2020) later I contacted the company to ask for a refund because my items were still showing as unfulfilled well beyond the shipping dates posted at the time. My request was denied by the customer service rep. There website was also updated sometime after my order was placed to state shipping times of 30 days with no notification or option to cancel as of that change. I would not have placed my order with that shipping timeframe. As of today, July 3, 2020, my order still shows unfulfilled some 2 months later. This is unacceptable!

I ordered a product from this company on 5/13. After I made the purchase, I received a message that it could take up to 30 business days for the product to ship. This message also states that there will be no refunds or cancelations of orders. Again, this was a message received AFTER purchase. I waited the 30 days, and have since sent several emails asking for the status of my order, and have only ever received an automated reply each time that does not have anything to do with my questions. When I replied to this response, I did not receive any answer at all. It has also become apparent that the item color I placed in my cart is not what is reflected on the receipt email. All around, this company and its website have multiple issues. I am now worried that this company has stolen these funds from me, and I will not correctly (or at all) receive what I have ordered.

I placed an order with this company on 5/4/2020. It has now been almost 60 days since the placement of the order and I have received no update or tracking information. According to their website they do not allow anyone to cancel orders placed after 3/16/20.

I PLACED 2 ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY...ONE ON 5/11 ORDER # *** FOR $42.34 AN ONE ON 5/16 ORDER# *** FOR $41.97...THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...IT IS NOW 6/24 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER...I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVEN CHATTED WITH AN AGENT ONLINE AN STILL CAN'T GET ANY ANSWERS...WHEN YOU SEND AND EMAIL ALL YOU GET IS AUTOMATED EMAILS BACK..NEVER A REAL PERSON...I AM NOW THINKING THAT THIS IS A POSSIBLE SCAM...THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER SENDS ANYTHING TO YOU.

TRAAAASSSSHHHH! You are better off ordering from aliexpress or born pretty before ordering here! You will get your items much faster pluuuussssssss the information on his website is misleading . I bought a product on his website and come to find out the item was on back order! It didn’t state it on the website! They do not return customer service emails and they are never available. This business should be shut down!

TRAAASSSHHHHH!!!! Trash and more trash! This is my first eating on Revdex.com!!! That’s how bad the business is. Information on the website is misleading and false advertising. You can buy a product that’s out of stock or on back order and you won’t know because that information isn’t updated on the products!!! I saw the bad press but wanted to try for myself.. definitely shouldn’t have! TRASHHHHHH!

It’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t received an order made on may 10. I have contacted them and still no resolution. I want my money back I’ve seen various complaints and I’m worried I was scammed .

I placed my order with this company on May 9th. At the time the website stated it could be up to 30 business days until I receive my order. It is now june 23rd and I have nothing, They took my money and I have no products to show for it. I've reached out to their customer service many times and have been ignored and now today the company owner, *** has blocked me from emailing or commenting on any of his posts when im just trying to figure out why I haven't received my order.
