Excellent company. Very easy transaction with purchase and super fast shipping. Had an issue within 60 miles of the transmission being installed. Took the truck back to the repair shop that installed it and called about the warranty. Warranty department was top notch, handled the issue quickly. Repair shop found bad solenoid pack. Warranty department sent a new one over night and I was back in the truck the very next day. You hope to not have issues with something, especially as expensive as a transmission. However, I can't say enough about how well they handled it! They took care of it, no questions asked. Very pleased. Now have almost 400 miles on it and absolutely no problems. I hope to not have to do business with them again, because that means something else broke haha! But would in a heartbeat if I needed to.
