Great customer service, an easy transaction and the price couldn't be beat. I will review in a few months after I add a few miles to the Transmission, but the overall packaging and unit were fantastic. Calling for my core pickup couldn't have been easier either.

Bait and switch type of company. Quoted me one price then charged twice the amount. Offered free pickup and delivery and wouldn't drop my truck off. Customer servide was not accomodating to their promises. Would not recommend.
Great sales staff answered questions by phone and gave price and availability. Very pleasant conversation. Tranny was for 2005 Nissan XTERRA, and included tranny and radiator. All as promised and delivered to my shop when/as promised. Return shipping and packaging of core included. Would absolutely use again without reservation.
I received the transmission within 24 hours as promised from Baltimore to Connecticut. Corey was very pleasant and explained their process. After reviewing rebuild pricing, it was a no-brainer to select a remanufactured tranny with a 3 year labor and parts warrantee. I'm a shopper...I search relentlessly for the best deal in town...these guys not only gave the lowest price ..but they beat the rest by a whole days pay at least if not more...on top of that...my truck was ready by noon the next day after dropping it off at the end of the previous work day...I honestly can't thank them enough..
Absolutely fantastic Experience! As a single woman with a teenage girl driving, we need someone we can trust to fix our vehicles and not "gouge" us for being females. We were treated with respect and did not fell as though we were taken advantage of.

I needed a 545RFE tranny, ordered it and it arrived super fast. I have about 150 miles on it so far and it works great. Can't speak for what all is actually new inside the tranny but it's working great. No core charge if pick up in 30 days and they were quick about that as well. Would buy from them again and at a very reasonable price.

As the vehicle owner I had all of the communication with Street Smart, and all the repair shop had to do was install and repack- which they said was made very easy by Street Smart. Highly recommend them
I purchased an automatic transmission for 2005 Dodge Dakota. The transmission I purchased was shipped promptly in a very clean black container. There was no core charge since it was sent to my shop. The transmission was installed and worked perfectly. The old transmission was placed in the black container. I called for pickup and returned the old transmission back to the center prepaid. There were no hassles and no problems. It was a very smooth transaction. I would deal with them again.
