Describe: I was over-billed an unexplained charge of an additional security deposit of $on 06/15/that I just paid yesterday, and 2nd additional $disconnection fee on 06/21/I was trying to get an extension earlier this week when I discovered that this deposit was not on my June and July bill until this August bill back-dated on 06/15/2018! July's bill was NEVER mailed to my address nor an email sent of balances $and $= $I paid $on 06/21/The last disconnection notice you sent me around June 18, was for $and disconnection notice of $= $However, the accurate totaling was $+ $= $I overpaid! I received notification for illegal use of electric services, and was charged a tampering fee for my previous residence I have been a customer of Entergy for years (if my memory serves me correctly)and was appalled to be accused of fraudulent activityI spoke twice with two customer service representatives to request a supervisor's assistanceA person who identified herself as *** (supervisor) contacted me a couple of days later, to discuss the matterThe transfer of my electric services from *** *** ***, Jackson, MS to the apartment that I currently reside in, occurred on June 14, I requested the disconnection of electric services at the *** location for June 27, Entergy sent me text messages confirming BOTH the transfer of service as well as the requested disconnectionI signed the apartment lease (where I am currently residing on June 14, I physically relocated from the house the weekend of June 17/The Entergy supervisor ***

Today, Entergy MS shut off our power without notice When I called them they said it was due to non payment I've have never missed a payment to their company I was extremely upset with them because I have a year old mother on oxygen who was having trouble breathing The customer service said I should sign her up for the disabled program that gives priority to disabled people I told them that I already did that and they didn't have any record of it Furthmore,they said it expires every year so I would have had to re submit it no one told me this the first time and they mentioned text messages which I signed up for to notify me of power outages They said a power shut off would not be sent on that text message because it's a different system That was the response that I got when nobody sent any type of warning about cutting off our power I never got a bill and no notice that they claim was sent out on 2-8- The employee who turned back on our power said alot of people never got any warnings An apologize is worthless at this point because they didn't have to deal with my mother who was having trouble breathing because Entergy can't get things straight They are the only power company and can do what they want because there is no other choice that I know of I ended up paying for then to turn it back on with an penalty fee of course

I set up service for my new apartmentI called on 07/to inform the company that I set up an account for the wrong apartment number I asked what did I need to do to get it for the right apartment numberI ask if I could just transfer the account due to it not being activeI requested for my account to be active on 08/The agent informed me that I would have get a new account set upShe never informed me of canceling the first account because it was not active when I called inNow I have received two bills one for the apartment that I am at and one for my current residenceI was billed for an apartment that I never live at I never received an email or text that services had been started at that addressThe account was credited for about $I have been waiting on someone to contact me about this matter

Entergy is denying me service due to a past tenant at the location I am trying to get service turned onAll of my mail has been going to this location for years even when the power was turned offAnd this is the reason Entergy will not provide service to me
