I am a yr customer with Entergy We are retired on fixed income and my husband is disabled
They allow level billing which I useThe bills are confusing regarding amounts and dates dueI thought I was paying early but I am actually paying after the due date..the bill is confusing to read
In the past days it has come to my attention that altho I pay every month what appears to be the level bill amount I am actually paying in arrears..when I thought I was current In the past month of April and May bill, I was late but I made pmts of the level billing plus $on the current billleaving me with a $balance due which includes the June due date..,and makes me actually less than days late now, but they refuse to allow me to " make payment arrangements "on the total due to make the account completely current by June , they tell me because "their system wont allow them to make a payment arrangement because the amount is too late"I am only asking for day

My lights where turned off at 8:a.mand its been hours and my lights are still offI have been calling them all day and they have the same nonchalant attitude like they don't care and I explained to them that my child takes breathing treatments daily and the supervisor response was the only thing she can do is to advised me to seek medical attention if I need toThey really don't care about there customers all they care about is getting payed and the bills are outrageousI have to kids that has school in the morning and I been waiting all day to cook and batheThis is really ridiculous!!!!

back in October of I tried to halt a disconnection of my utilities with Entergy the monies did not reach Entergy due to insufficient funds in my account I paid cash on the 29th of October,this caused my bill to become deliquent according to entergywell I was told to pay $so my service would not be interruptedi disputed the requesti had spoken with several agents and several supervisors during this timei questioned Entergy and asked why they were charging me the said amounti was told I should have waited until the bank returned the checkwell the bank paid entergy, during this transaction Entergy had been paid twiceAfter I submitted a claim concerning the matter the bank refunded the money back to my account due to the fact they were not authorized to pay Entergy, being I had already paid cash towards my account with themi thought all had been resolved, I checked my current bill and see that Entergy had charged me forty for the monies being returnedi spo

Entergy is denying me service due to a past tenant at the location I am trying to get service turned onAll of my mail has been going to this location for years even when the power was turned offAnd this is the reason Entergy will not provide service to me

Today, Entergy MS shut off our power without notice When I called them they said it was due to non payment I've have never missed a payment to their company I was extremely upset with them because I have a year old mother on oxygen who was having trouble breathing The customer service said I should sign her up for the disabled program that gives priority to disabled people I told them that I already did that and they didn't have any record of it Furthmore,they said it expires every year so I would have had to re submit it no one told me this the first time and they mentioned text messages which I signed up for to notify me of power outages They said a power shut off would not be sent on that text message because it's a different system That was the response that I got when nobody sent any type of warning about cutting off our power I never got a bill and no notice that they claim was sent out on 2-8- The employee who turned back on our power said alot of people never got any warnings An apologize is worthless at this point because they didn't have to deal with my mother who was having trouble breathing because Entergy can't get things straight They are the only power company and can do what they want because there is no other choice that I know of I ended up paying for then to turn it back on with an penalty fee of course

Back in October Entergy came out to swap out my meter without my knowledge I received a notification from my alarm system at about 5:saying power had been disconnected I made it home around 6:and noticed the meter was missing and one of the connections was grounded out on the meter base I called Entergy and they said they saw where someone had put in a ticket earlier that morning to have the work done I was not notified or anything in advance They also told me at that time a technician would need to be sent out to disconnect my power at the pole If the information was correct me or one of my children could've been electrocuted if we'd touched the meter base The technician did not leave any type of warning saying there was live voltage going through the meter base and the other technician did not make it until around

Twice since 5/21/17, Mother Nature has caused power outages at my mother's home at *** *** *** ***, MSMy mother has been on oxygen full-time for almost years and in May when the first outage happened, I was home visiting and bringing her home from the hospitalNot only did it take almost hours to resting power, but I went through customer service reps before I found someone who told me to get her doctor to document mom's medical condition in order to make her restoration a priorityI buried my mother on 6/16/17, the same day the second storm came throughWhen I contacted Entergy for an ETA on restoring power, I first went through the automated system numerous times to report the outage only to find that her home phone still was not listed correctly and the agent was impersonable and very rudeToday, my stepfather still had nompower and his daughter tried to get some help also, and has been treated just as, if not worse, than I was last nightWhat will it take doe Entergy's customer service to get to an acceptable services level?!

On July Entergy came out to my mom house and disconnected her lights because they "Say" that she failed to pay a bill for June that never came out for for disconnected date June 29,but her lights never got disconnectedUntil July 12,which the bill stated it was up for disconnected on July 14,My Mom and her grandchildren had to sit in a hot house all that day until I could figure out was going onAll because a meter reader falsely documented that he interrupted her service on June 29,Therefore they cut service from the pole and made statements like she was tampering with the lights which I have pictures of the meter that has not been tampered with.Her food and she had to open up another account which required a deposit of $which she had to pay for service to be restoredHer food was wasted which she's on disability and she doesn't have extra money for food because we had to toss it if u could please help us get an understanding of this because we jus d
