he was freaking in the office calling *** stupid and going off on everyone

The customer was contacted and addressed about the miscommunication. The weekly rate was never calculated on the tablet therefore charging the customer $60/day instead of $more than his original reservation per day. The total cost came to $after all is said and done and the
customer understood it was a simple error. We advised him that when he returned the car his card was not charged because we knew we had to speak about the bill. There is a note in the system stating this. The customer is satisfied now and its happy with the resolution

The dealership did not respond to our calls and we asked for payment over the day period which they did not provide for customerWe do have the right to take any money owed if third party fails to payThe check from *** *** was finally sent to us a few weeks
back and *** *** was refunded on April 6th,

The customer will not be refunded. She was given the option of covering it through *** or purchasing the additional and she opted with the additional

I've communicated with this customer and let him know that threatening behavior will not be tolerated in any EHI locationHe was asked to return the vehicle said that he would return it and then sped of disregarding the rental agents requestFailure to comply with a request our end to pay money
owed for service will result in us no longer being able to do business with this customer

The customers bill was higher than expected because they accepted our optional protection products and kept the car for extra daysThe management at the Ledgewood location reached out to the customer and they understandThe issue has been resolved. Eric K***

Good Afternoon, my name is Brynn D*** and I am the Regional Accounting Supervisor for the Central New Jersey region of Enterprise Rent-A-CarI have attached the rental contract from July for the vehicle that *** *** rented from our Somerville locationThe rental contract
totaled $and *** *** paid $towards the rental balance, leaving a $balanceAfter months of trying to get in contact with *** ***, the Enterprise Branch Manager sent the outstanding balance and customer's name to a collections company and the customer was added to our "Do Not Rent" listAfter receiving this complaint, I forwarded all of the information to the Somerville Branch Rental Manager who left a voicemail for *** *** at the number providedThe Regional Vice President mentioned in *** ***'s complaint to the Revdex.com, Henry H*** no longer works in the Central New Jersey region, which is why he is not able to be reachedMrJason A*** is the current Regional Vice President for the Central New Jersey Region of Enterprise Rent A CarI contacted the Somerville, NJ branch's Area Manager, Anthony T***, as well as the Branch Manager for the Somerville location, Michael B***Both have reached out to *** ***, and are awaiting his response backIn order for *** *** to rent a vehicle, he needs to pay the outstanding balance of $215.64, or speak to the Branch or Area Manager in order to work out how he can rent a vehicleOnce the balance is paid he will be taken off the "Do Not Rent" list and will be able to rent

I have forwarded the correspondence email between myself and the rep from Enterprise named Mr. William R[redacted] for your review because I'm requesting he contact my automobile insurance to make sure they are aware that this claim has been dropped against me so it doesn't affect my car insurance rates that they do not increase because of this claim.  I also requested for him to make sure this does not affect my credit being I will not be paying the originally requested damage fee.  I do not want this to affect my credit score or credit history as well.  I am trying to protect myself in every area so this issue does not carry forward in any negative way against me.Can you also help me in making sure that Mr. William R[redacted] follows through with these requests for me and I can 100% put this behind me knowing everything is in order and nothing follows me negatively into the future.
