Enterprise Rent-A-Car (North Jersey Locations) Reviews (186)

Review: I had got into an accident a month prior with another vehicle that had taken fault of the accident. I had gone through her [redacted] insurance policy to cover all damages as well as provide the rental car from enterprise. I went to get the rental car from enterprise and a girl named [redacted] from enterprise was helping me with my paperwork and providing my rental vehicle. Proceeding with the paperwork she had asked me about what insurance coverage I had, which I explained to her that I had full coverage progressive insurance, which will cover my rental vehicle. [redacted] quickly went through the paperwork trying to rush me out and had wrote down on the agreement that I had full coverage progressive. Then [redacted] proceeded to tell me "to finish the agreement to get me out of here (being it was early before school) I just need you to initial here and sign your name at the bottom and we can get you in the car." So I again asked her this is all under [redacted] and it is FREE correct? and she said yes this is just incase anything happens to the vehicle, just a liability but it is covered. She never told me anything about paying any money and she specifically said that it was all covered.

I then get a phone call after 7 days of having the vehicle and dropping it off, that I owe $290 for having the car for 7 days. [redacted] explained and lied to her manager that she told me that it was $42 per day and that she made it very clear. I would have NEVER agreed to sign under those terms because the rental was FULLY COVERED under [redacted] claims, as reiterated by [redacted] during the agreement explanation. [redacted] tricked me into initialing under the agreeing to those terms and falsely explained to me the agreement.

The manager was extremely rude and treated me as if I was stupid and that it didn't raise a "red flag" that I was signing for something that had dollar signs next to it? The manager was unprofessional and refused to work anything out with me.Desired Settlement: To dispute these charges, and be refunded due to failing to properly explain to me the contents of the agreement and tricking me into signing for something I did not agree to. I would also like an apology for the unprofessional and rude way the manager went about this matter.

Thank You.

Subject: I would like to file a complain

May 9,2014

To whom it may concern,

I took my car to the mechanic on April 28 to get fixed at the [redacted] body shop in [redacted], NJ. [redacted] body did a great job but the car

rental a terrible.Well the enterprise in [redacted], NJ was suppose to charge USA today auto

insurance for the services of the car rental bc someone else hit me.

He charged my credit card and gave me terrible services.First, the first car they gave me broke down 20 minutes after on my way home. The brakes were bad. So I had to stop. It was already 3:20pm and I

had my daughter in the car. When I pulled over they told me, they will send a tower and another car.

Now be it that I had a state test the next day so I needed a car for that. They showed up to tow the car at 8;30 pm and with no other rental car. They left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with a minor and took the other car and at night. I had to pay for a taxi to take me home bc they did not

even refund me that even when I gave them a copy of the receipt. All night

making phone calls to send me another car bc I could miss my test. Well

they kept lying saying they had sent one. At 11pm they said they had none.Desired Settlement: I want them to return my credit card 177.28 they charged 5/7/14. bc they were suppose to charge the insurance carrier, not me. I had to be at testing at 8 am. My friend

kindly dropped me to take the test. Afterwards, I went to a different

enterprise bc I was so disgusted with [redacted] services.

Then went to the one in [redacted] bc I needed a car for work. Well the one

in [redacted] charged me when it was suppose to go through the person who

hit me insurance. I am so disgusted at their service. I am not the first

they have done this to. I seems the one in [redacted] has a bad

reputation. Then when it was time to return the car they did not want to

pick up the car at the mechanic. I can not drive two cars. They had no one

to drive me to the mechanic. It was one excuse after the other.

I want my credit card refunded and for them to pay my taxi fees 14 dollars.

They had no trouble charging me for terrible services and leaving me

stranded. I was 51/2 hours .

Review: On September 24th, my granddaughter and I went in to rent a car for one month. After discussing what I was looking for, both my granddaughter and I told the salesman that we were only interested in renting a car and wanted nothing that was unnecessary. However, the salesman after tricking me into signing that I wanted insurance, which I did not... and you can tell by the mere fact that I originally started signing where I would decline, however the salesman told me to sign in the accept. I did not agree nor did I approve the charges. At the end of the incident, both my grand daughter and I heard the salesman quote us and promise us that the cost of the rental would only be around $800 for the month. However, the final bill was over double that verbally quoted price. The price on the quote was never mentioned, not to mention that it is barely seen on the very bottom of the quote and nowhere near the AMOUNT DUE box as it should be.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the insurance that he scammed me into purchasing. I have also made a complaint to the NJ Consumer Affairs Office and plan on calling upon the local media to do a story. I have the proof on the receipt that he tricked me into signing, and can email it to you.

Review: On 5/24/2014 my rental car was stolen.

I was told that, to get another rental car from Enterprise, I need to pay a $250 deductible and make my way to Newark Airport and rent a car from there since monist branches are closing for Memorial Day. The branch manager from the [redacted] location would make sure to put all necessary information in my file. He also gave me his card and told me to make sure to have the location email him for further details.

Prior to leaving for Newark Airport, I called 5 times to make sure that there would be no problems, but was met with someone picking up and hanging up the phone (I have screen shots of the times I called). I did not get an answer until I called for the 8th time in the evening, looking for the car pick-up location. My friend was giving me a ride.

When I reached the location, I met [redacted] Assistant and Acting manager.

I explained the situation. She quickly cut me off and told me "they did not do insurance claims". I told her it was not a claim. I just needed to pick up a car; she just needed to look up my name. She told me she only accepts reservations. She could not find me. I told her that I would get her my license and perhaps she could find me that way. I then told her if she would email the branch manager, as he said, she'll see, I have a reservation. She told me she would not do this. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she was the manager. I then asked for her card. My friend and my son stared in disbelief and asked if she was really not going to help. I said, "yes". When she returned, I noticed her card said Assistant Manager. I told her I wanted the real manager's information. She said she was the acting manager. I told her I wanted her manager. She only wrote his name. I, then told her I wanted his contact information just like the one she provided for herself. She wrote it down and upon handing the card back to me, remarked, "he's a very good friend of mine.Desired Settlement: I was told that I have to pay a $250 deductible.

I didn't have a car because of [redacted] That is in no way fair. I jumped through all the necessary hoops for enterprise. I even rented a car for near $8.00 a day when I don't normally pay anything at all. I'd also like an apology from [redacted] Assistant and Acting Manager.

When she remarked "he's a very good friend of mine", I don't know what she meant by this, but I took it as a threat that my complaint would not be heard and would not be valid.

This would be a clear sign that my complaint was quite valid and heard loud and clear.a

Review: On May 19, 2015 the vehicle I was renting from Enterprise received a parking citation from the City of Alexandria, VA for failure to "display a current inspection sticker". As the renter, I was not responsible. The same day I called the Enterprise Office who informed me not to worry about it, and that their citations department would filter it out. In June I received a charge on my credit card from Enterprise regarding the same citation for $53. I called and spoke to the manager at the Gaithersburg, MD location, [redacted], and sent him a copy of the citation and my rental agreement. He told me that he would forward the information. That was June 17th. I attempted to follow up via email and phone three additional times beginning June 24th. Since that got no results, I called Enterprise main office who asked me to again send a copy of the citation. That was July 14th. I still have received neither confirmation that the refund will come nor have seen any refunds to my credit card account.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to the credit card on file for rental agreement 164YCF, under the name Denny Resumadero, for the $53.00 since the citation was not because of an expired meter, it was because of an expired inspection sticker. I have emailed a copy of the citation more than one to more than one person, and no one has even acknowledged receipt of this.

Review: I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent A Car in [redacted], PA on 5/12/15. The rental was because my car was hit by another driver and his insurance company had my vehicle repaired and offered a rental car through Enterprise. Prior to this I had never rented a vehicle before and was not familiar with the process. When I went to Enterprise to rent the vehicle the person at the counter was only interested in selling me a vehicle upgrade, the insurance only allowed the $30 a day for the rental and I did not want to have to pay anything out of pocket, he tried to sell me an upgrade to an SUV for $30 which I declined then all of a sudden he was able to do it for $20 which I still declined. Then he tried to sell me extra insurance on the vehicle which I also declined. He told me what paperwork I needed to sign took me to the vehicle showed me where the gas tank was and went back into the office. From there I rent to pick up my child and parked the car in a driveway and then went to [redacted] PA where I noticed the vehicle had damage on the side. I assumed Enterprise was already aware of the damage and returned the car three days later. After returning the car I realized Enterprise had charged my credit card over $900 which after contacting them I realized it was for damage that occurred while the vehicle was in my possession. I have attempted to explain to them that I am absolutely certain that this damage was already present when I took the vehicle and they refuse to listed, I asked to see the surveillance tape when I asked up the vehicle for verification that the sales person did not walk around the vehicle and was told by the manager [redacted] that he doesn't have to do that, then I asked him to review the tape and he told me they don't have surveillance in the parking lot. He then told me that I could leave. I have disputed this transaction with the credit card company and Enterprise lied and advised them that I admitted to the damage which I have not.Desired Settlement: Resolution would be for Enterprise to refund the charges to my credit card. The sales person was only concerned with selling me products and did not even care to take the time to walk me around the vehicle. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and abused by Enterprise.

Review: On Friday morning, June 5, 2015, I went to the Enterprise location in Maplewood, NJ to pick up a vehicle for which I had made a reservation for an ecoomy car at 9:00AM. After I arrived and was properly processed, Driver's license, Valid credit card) I was told I would be provided a Hyundai Elantra. As I was about to check out the vehicle, I was then told the I would have to accompany one of the representatives to a nearby Jiffy Lube store to pick up a different rental vehicle. When we arrived at the Jiffy Lube location, the rental car was not available because the Manager at the car wash had not arrived at work. We than returned to the Millburn Enterprise location and I was told that the only available car was a vehicle that was not an economy car that I had requested.

My complaint is that I have rented vehicles at that location for close to 2 years now. I am an Enterprise Premium Plus Member and I have had numerous instances where the economy car that I had requested was not available. I have had to wait sometimes an hour or have had to be driven to another Enterprise location in order to get an Economy car that I had requested. I have hesitated for some time to file this complaint because I have had a fabulous relation with Enterprise, the company, for over 40 years.Desired Settlement: I wish to get the Economy car that I request whenever I make reservations with Enterprise.

Review: I reserved a car to be picked up at [redacted] through their online booking system. At no time did they have any type of caveats or reasons why I couldn't have rented a car through them. Please note, I have rented cars from them several times in the past. After booking the car, they did not ask for any type of payment to secure the vehicle, nor did anything else come up about licenses or payments. I was advised a debit card in MY name was acceptable for use of payment.

When I arrived at [redacted] to pickup the car, the cashier told me I could not pay for the car with a debit card. I advised her how it said nothing on the website saying I couldn't and how I've done it several times in the past with their company. She offered no explanation, no resolution, nothing. I gave her my confirmation number, driver's license, and debit card, and she said I couldn't rent from them and turned me away.

I contacted Enterprise's customer service area and I received two totally different answers. One answer actually proved me RIGHT and there was no reason I should have been denied a car. I further contacted someone higher up in the administration chain who gave my issue to someone else. That person, I believe it was a Kevin from the [redacted] location, called twice, did not leave ANY type of phone number to call back and the number he called from did not allow in coming calls. He emailed me, I emailed back stating my issue and a resolution and still no response to this day. I sent out a second email stating I would start a complaint against the company and to resolve my issue, but still no response.Desired Settlement: The price I was forced to pay at a different car rental was approximately $246 difference. I fully believe Enterprise owes me that money since it was completely their fault I was turned away for no valid reason. My business should have been with them, yet I incurred charges for over $750 because of their abysmal customer service. All I want is my money back. Plain and simple, yet these people can't even entertain my troubles caused by them.

Response:

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:As brought up by the respondent, I had the proper form of payment available. It also shows EXCEPTIONS can be made. Ultimately, I could have used the card in question for payment whether before or after the car was brought back. There is absolutely NO excuse as to why I was turned down with the proper payments as they listed were available. Moreover, it proves the lack of customer service they have to process the payment especially with a history of using them for rentals. Apparently they would rather have their company's name slandered than to assist a long-time customer because of THEIR abysmal customer service. Now, not only is the respondent altering their allowed payments, they are contradicting the payment options as well. Additionally, there was NO type of warning or "red flag" to come up when making a reservation, proving their obscure fashion to conceal any type of policies from the customer without being clear at all. Again, the payment should have been allowed whether at the time I was there or simply when I brought the car back. There is no excuse for their nadir customer service performance. I attached the two pictured from the email from the respondent, please note my payment should have been allowed and I should have been allowed to rent this car in multiple ways. This is their screw up and they should have to reimburse me for going to a competitor who doesn't make shady or hidden policies to rent their cars. Enterprise clearly has to be conniving and furtive in order to run a business. Also, this is not the first time I've had to make a complaint to them about their selling practices (the first here, yes). Previously they scammed me with the level of car I had to rent because they "were out" of the car I reserved. They charged me over twice as much and didn't care one bit to scam me like so. Extremely poor selling practices here.

Review: On 10.06.2015, I picked up a Car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at [redacted] The Car rented was a Grey, 2016 Ford Fusion, License number [redacted] with 6,892 used up miles. The Enterprise Representative and I did what I presume is the usual walk around the car. I returned the Car on 10.15.2015 where it was checked in by Enterprise Representative [redacted] who informed me that a painted finish piece on the bottom of the bumper is missing. The missing piece was only visible to me by actually bending on my knees to see underneath the bumper. When the vehicle was been checked out, the Enterprise Representative and I only walked around the Car to see if there were any scratches or dents. At no time was I shown underneath the bumper. It is ironic that the Representative who checked in the Car inspected underneath the bumper first. I am the only person who drove the Car for that rented period, and at no time did I run over or bumped into any obstacle. The damage is not visible by just looking at the bumper.I am stating that this damage did not happen while he car was in my possession. The Representative keep stressing that they rented me a new Car, but with 6,892 used up miles, I wasn't the first person who rented this particular Car. I had to pay Five Hundred Dollars to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, plus they are claiming through my insurance.I crave your investigation.Desired Settlement: I should not be held responsible for something that didn't happen while the car was in my possession. This aspect was not shown to me in the initial walk around the Car. Hence I would appreciate a refund.

Review: I reserved a standard vehicle online for $304.08 for two weeks, "[redacted]" at [redacted]. The vehicle wasn't available. I had to go to the airport and purchased a vehicle for $538.27, Desired Settlement: I would like to the billing to be adjusted for the difference of the amount that I reserved online.

Review: I rented a a white Impala, that was in good condition, during the walk around I did not see any major abrasions. rented 10 days. I brought the car back, parked it among the other vehicles on the side of the bldg., walked in front door to turn in the keys, the CSR, a young lady received me, she took the keys and left to check the vehicle, leaving me inside for approx. 10 minutes. U&pon returning, she said she had to submit a claim for the damage I (supposedly) did. I said "absolutely not, show me what damage I did. she then brought me in the garage where "SHE" had driven the car into while I was still in the lobby. She pointed out to me underneath the license plate area on the right side a 3" cut in the bottom of the bumper slightly pulled out frontwards?? huh?? I said, "I didn't do that!" she said, "well you signed that the vehicle didn't have any damage." I said "this is true! but how do I know you didn't do this? you took the keys, moved the car, I was not with you and when you moved that car without me present, you took responsibility for the car!" She stated "where would I have done this at?" I replied "I don't know, but you drove the car without me!"I stated "this damage is so small, I can't believe that Enterprise would want to file a claim, but if you are, its not coming through me." She stated at that point, if you want to argue, you can just leave!!" (who says that to a customer?) But I did what she told me to, I left.. I thought this young woman at the [redacted] office at 2:15pm on 2/6/14 was so unprofessional that Enterprise needs to do a serious check on this location. She was the only one working, was definitely not professional. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. To date I have not received my deposit of $75. returned or heard from Corporate office whom I sent a complaint to as well.Desired Settlement: Return of my $75.00 Deposit and this rental agency being investigated. As I have shared my story with others, I find it is a familiar story with others who rent from Enterprise.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Review: On June 1, 2014, I rented a car with Enterprise. For the first 5 days my rental car charges were covered through [redacted], due to an automobile accident. [redacted] covered the charges from June1,2014 to June 5,2014. Starting June 6, 2014 I was told I would be responsible for the additional charges. I was aware of the charges and asked to be updated whenever I extended my rental days. Whenever I called to have the car dates extended I would ask for my balance. I called the office every 3 days to get my balance so it never went over my budget which was $300.00. I was reassured of my balance whenever I called and felt comfortable with extending my days. On June 17,2014, Enterprise called me and made me aware of my balance which was $261.60. I spoke to a representative, a manger, and the owner of the Enterprise of Milford, CT and was told my balance was $261.60. I returned the car on June 17, 2014 and was told there was a mistake and the balance that was told to me from beginning of June was incorrect. The representative then told me my balance was $410.85. I then spoke to a manager who told me it was a mistake and there was nothing he could do. I stressed to the manager I would of never kept the car had I known the balance was over my budget of $300.00 . I also stressed, I spoke to someone every 3 days in regards to my balance and was never told of this mistake. The representative said in my account it stated my balance at $261.60, however it was wrong and I am responsible for their mistake. On June 17, 2014 I went to the office and paid $261.60 in a money order. I was told I could not get a receipt and customer service would call me to question me about the ordeal and straighten out the situation. He also stated the company may take the remaining balance off of my account due to their mistake. On June 20,2014 Enterprise charged my [redacted] $149.11. I never gave this company consent to charge my account and have been waiting for Enterprise to return my call.Desired Settlement: I expect $149.11 to be placed back into my account and my account with Enterprise to be considered paid off. This company has shown irresponsibility, negligence, and fraud.

Review: This rent-a-car location offers a prepaid gas at a lower price if you bring the car empty, I had to put gas in the car cause I just didn't have enough to make it to the return location, after the drop of they charge me for gas when I actually returned the car with more gasoline than originally picked up. The car had 1/2 a tank when picked up and I returned it with 3/4 of a tank and they still charged me for it. After numerous calls they said that they we're going to refund my money but never did. This matter happened on November the 2nd and they still not doing anything about it.Desired Settlement: Refund of my gas money that was wrongly charged to my credit card.

Review: I was involved in a no fault accident, and I sent my dad to pick up a rental car. [redacted] forced my dad who speaks no English for collision insurane which we did not need. We do have the coverage already from our own insurance company. They demanded the payment from our credit card unless the car could notbe released. He had to pick up a 2 yr old grandson from pre-k school and they detained him in the office until he paid. Then He was forced to sign the contract which he did not have the full and clear understanding of. They also directly charged us for the rental instead of billing it to the insurance company. They overcharged us by making the rental 7 days instead of 6 days, then manupulated the contract. Then they told me they will waive 1 day off the collision insurance, and still charged me for full6 days. I talked to both managers [redacted], and the other, they both tried to avoid the mistakes they made. They then fraudulently edited their contract to make it the correct 6 days rental, now that I've noticed it. They said they never put 7 days, and keep denying the fraud. Most important [redacted]er is that they did not even offer a translation service when a non-Engish speaking customer comes, and take full advantage by making them sign and initial the product they don't need, or not even aware of. Then when my dad returned to ask for the recipt, they threw away the recipt of our payment into the garbage can and told him "everything is taken care of". They humiliated him, ignored him and detained him in the office all because he did not speak English well , and preventing him to pick up a child from school until we paid for something the insurance should have picked up in the first place. Demanding and manipulating contracts and service products from customers for profit.Desired Settlement: waiving off the fees for collision insurance product they sold fraudulently.

Review: On Wednesday, September 3, 2014 I picked up a rental car from Enterprise rental car[redacted]. At that time I was told that the rental would be 29.50 per day and that is also what was stated on the contract. I had the rental for approximatley 20 days while my car was being repaired at a near by repair shop. On Tuesday, September 23,2014 I returned the rental and was told that out of my 250.00 deposit I was going to be charged 156.52 because of a homeland security fee of 5.00 per day and the taxes. At no point was I informed about this fee by the sales rep, and I directly asked her what would I need to pay after my insurance company covered their portion and she said NOTHING. At this point I am highly disappointed and would like to have this complaint noted with the bureau.Desired Settlement: I would like the 156.52 returned to me, and I would like enterprise to make their customers aware of this homeland security fee and its purpose, at this point I still dont know what the fee is for.

Business

Response:

[redacted](Branch Rental Manager) at Enterprise Rent A Car, [redacted] spoke with Ms. [redacted] after reviewing the rental contract. It was found that no out of pocket was documented on the contract,so the difference of $6.55/day for a total of 21 days was refunded to the customer($137.55). Ms. [redacted] agreed that the car was returned with a 1/4 tank less fuel than it went out with so she was charged for that. The matter has been resolved and Ms. [redacted] is happy with the resolution. Please contact [redacted]) with any questions.

Review: In February 2014 I was hit in my car by a drunk driver. My insurance company [redacted] sent me to the nearest Enterprise Rent a Car center to my house which is in H[redacted] I was pretty banged up from my accident and my vehicle was totalled. My mother came with me to Enterprise since I didn't have a car. A man showed me to the car I was going to be renting when I got to Enterprise. We discussed that I would sign off that I wasn't taking the insurance their company offered and that I would also use Enteprise gas prices for the car. It was about 30 degrees outside and the Employee was rushing the process. He never ONCE did a walk around of the vehicle with me. I NEVER signed off on the contract that I did a walk around. I was always told the walk around is MANDATORY for the Enterprise employee to do with the customer. I had this vehicle for 3 days and drove it back and forth to work. I then had enterprise in [redacted] pick up the rental vehicle for me when I was finished with it. I called the company a few days later to make sure the vehicle was picked up. They then CONVENIENTLY inform me that there was damage done to the vehicle. When I asked to see my contract my initial was clear as day FORGED on the walk around portion. When I called the manager at [redacted] Enterprise to tell him I never did a walk around and that someone FORGED my initial he got VERY nasty with me and told me he thought I was LYING. TERRIBLE customer service. I find it very convenient that Enterprise RUSHED me into this rental vehicle and FORGED my initial on the walk around portion of the contract. I also find it convenient that NOBODY called me to tell me they found "damage" done to the vehicle. I have had multiple people call me from Enterprise and each one was as rude and condescending as the last. I work at a car dealer where we offer rental vehicles to our customers and if no walk around was done then CUSTOMER is NOT responsible. I am disgusted and will NEVER use Enterprise again.Desired Settlement: I would like my case DROPPED. I did no damage to this vehicle and feel VIOLATED that my initial was FORGED on a binding contract! Let Enterprise pay for the damage on this car that THEY are responsible for and are trying to put on to an innocent customer.

Regards,

Review: I am absolutely appalled at the practices done at this location. I rented a car through my insurance for 3 weeks. My insurance company was to pay for the entire cost. I was NEVER made aware of any cost to be paid by me. When I returned the car, I had no issues. When it came time for them to refund my $100 deposit, 3 days later, I was told that it was my part to pay approximately $3/day because I upgraded the vehicle. I was NEVER given any other option on a vehicle. So after hearing this news I called back, this was on a Monday 4/13. I was offered a refund of the full amount because it was not disclosed to me about the cost. By Thursday morning, nothing had hit my bank account. I called the facility and was told that the payment was processed Wednesday, 4/15, and that it should be hitting my bank account shortly. By Tuesday, 4/21, the FOLLOWING WEEK, the money was still not in my bank account. So I called [redacted] Enterprise and was told that the fees and taxes were my responsibility and that I will not be getting a refund. I was LIED to about the refund being processed that previous WEDNESDAY. When I expressed my concern, I was told that I will be getting my refund. It is now FRIDAY, 4/24, and I still have not received my refund. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to LIE to customers. They received a VERY HEFTY check from my insurance company, there is not need to slam customers with unexpected fees and charges and the LIE!!! I am disgusted with the facility and plan to never return OR use enterprise again.Desired Settlement: $68.18I would like the refund I was PROMISED multiple times.

Review: I was in an automobile accident and I received a rental car from them. the car had terrible tires I almost got into an accident and I got a flat tire. when I called enterprise to find out where the tire was located they told me that it should be one in the truck. the mechanic checked and they did not provide me with a donut or a spare tire. I had to go and purchase a tire to put on the vehicle. Allstate was the one responsible for paying for the rental and when they refused they informed me that my insurance should be able to pay. Then I received a call from Ashley the manager. when I called her she informed me that the dealership told her that my car had been ready for a few days now and that I was stalling from picking it up. I called the dealership and that was not true. when I returned the vehicle she then informed me that newer cars come with pumps for the tire there was no replacement tire and no one credited me back for the money I had to pay for the replacement tire. I also informed her that I almost got into an accident with this vehicle it drives terrible in the snow and that they should get the tires checked she said some cars do better than others and that she believe it only has front wheel drive. I asked her if it had on all season tires because the tire is registered in Florida and it was very hard to drive in the snow. she said some cars drive better in the snow than other.Desired Settlement: I have a high bill and I had to purchase a new tire in which had they provided me one I would not have had to do so in addition to the high balance I am stuck with from allstates refusal to pay.

I rented a car in Nov. 2014, I went through a toll and got a reciept. I was charged by ENTERPRISE for the toll and a service charge. I received a letter adviseing me of the charges to my credit card on 11/7/14. I called them on 11/7/14 and faxed them the letter and the reciept. I called them again on 12/16 and faxed the the letter and the reciept again and was told my claim would be processed and I would receive a check in the mail. I called them again on 1/7/15 and was told the check would arrive in 7 to 10 days. I called them again on 1/19/15 and was told the claim was processed on 1/9/15 and I should rceive a check soon. I caaled them again on 1/22/15 and was told it could take up to 21 business days to get the check. I called them again on 2/9/15 and was told by [redacted] who said he was a supervisor in St Louis and he would look into it and email me. I only want the $26 they took from me for a $13 toll I paid and have a reciept for.Thank You[redacted] Product_Or_Service: Car Rental

Review: I took a friend to buy a new car from Pine Belt Jeep on RT 88 back in September. Just 2 days after my friend bought the car it was already having problems and needed to be brought in for service. Pine belt had given my boy a nice warranty that had included a rental anytime the car needed service. So with that being said heres where Enterprise comes in.... I took the ride with my boy to go and drop the car off and find out that bc he works in nyc that he had to get a Enterprise vehicle and was not able to drive the dealers rental out of nj.

Now we get over to enterprise and the salesman "[redacted]" tells us that bc my friend is only 24 years old he cannot take the rental out.

Now my friend asks me and I agree thinking that was the only option for my friend to get to and from work... I'm also under the impression that his Brand NEW car is not going to take 20 effin days in service!! So now I agree to put the $100 hold on my card and clearly state that no money is to be charged to my card and that "Pine Belt & My Friend" are responsible.[redacted] makes the contract up saying that only me & "my spouse can drive the car"I tell my friend that, "being I'm not gonna be driving the car" "(2015 Altima)" Its going to need to be fully insured and I don't want to be responsible for anything. We asked if my friends full coverage from his new car could be applied to protect the car. Salesman said no. Said I could use my car insurance being I have to sign bc I'm old enough and my friend isnt.I found out that [redacted]'s statement was not true from another worker there once I realize my debit card has now been charged over $400. [redacted] a manager there told me over the phone just the other day that you can rent a car as a younger person but there is an additional fee per day. Mind you Pine belt is paying for the rental.

If [redacted] would of told us that from the start my friend could of put the Rental in his name and used his full car insurance. Plus my invoice says 389.87 yet my bank was chargeDesired Settlement: I just want my money back!!! Plus my invoice says 389.87 yet my bank was charged $430.05
