Most dishonest company (or man I dealt with) than any company I've dealt with and im 67.

I agree, I sent him or whoever their money for the return and he writes me and says he didn't get it, twice now he has told me he doesn't want to take further action, I told them cut the bt with the further action, I called the local dept. of the FBI and they are waiting for his call. No one can threaten anyone with legal intent.

I started to, order a ERT trike but decided not to. Afew days later got a call from them. I was asked to give me a check number so they could finish the order. I told the man that I didn't give a number because I decided not to buy. He said OK. Found out that he put put a check number in himself and I was charged 2950 bucks to my checking account. Call company and same man answered. Told him the situation and he said I needd to email a cancellation. Im 67 years old and never had delt with such a corrupt company (or individual) . Cant get any answer to ecen if they have shipped it

They will not answer phones. They reply by email to watch a video, it has nothing to do with the electronics. There were no instructions or manual sent with product or electric schematic. I am 87 years old. Desired settlementeither get the bike working or refund the moneybusiness response the instructions on the video and not on paper. We suggest that if cannot see it, ask your friend or a local bike shop.

I purchased a Cozybike LE electric bike from this company in 2013. I'm a disable senior with mobility issues and needed this bike to get around town. I have recently needed a replacement front fork/shock absorber for the bike. I ordered it through their web site's parts catalog along with submitting my checking acct information. (They won't accept credit cards.) That should have been my first clue that something wasn't right about this company. I never received any confirmation of the order, or tracking number (as promised) and after 12 business days my bank has not been submitted a request for the funds. (they said 3-7 business days were required to receive payment from my bank) I've sent them multiple e-mails with no response, and tried repeatedly to contact them by phone. It always goes to a voice mail system. I leave messages and they never return my calls. As I cannot find out who actually manufactures the bike, Epizon is my only outlet for parts as Epizon is nothing more than a marketing company, they don't manufacture any of the products they sell. It seems this is a very unprofessional and unreliable, and to say the least, very shady company to do business with. I would not recommend you do business with this company. It appears I may have to alter my current fork to make it safe, but it will no longer work as a shock absorber which will make the ride very harsh.

I bought a Cozy cargo trike from this company and I have to say up front it is the best designed trike I ever saw. The pickup style bed seems to be unique and is very useful. The frame is very heavy and strong and the shocks take out that kick in the pants you get with most other trikes when you hit a bump. The heavy duty bumpers on both sides avoid damage if you accidentally sideswipe something.
HOWEVER: I don't know why they engineered a trike that can carry any reasonable load and then gave it such a wimpy motor. The slightest incline stalls it unless you pedal hard along with the motor. One of the reasons I bought an electric is so I won't have to pedal. I'm 84 so I can't pedal too fast or far. The battery is also weak. Instead of the 20 miles they imply it is drained in 5 miles even on flat ground. I have called for support numerous times and there is never a tech available. The trouble may be in the charger since it gets extremely hot when charging. Due to the motor and battery I cannot honestly recommend it to the numerous people who have asked me about it.

Ordering and shipping of productsI ordered a battery charger and a new set of batteries. I finally got my batteries but no charger, and there is no packing slip. So I'm not really sure what my [redacted] went to. I have called and e-mailed and can not get anyone to return either. I hope no one orders from them. I hope they realized what terrible customer service they offer. I will accept this even though I personal placed the order and a charger was added on there. But it is what it is. I hope you do better business choices.

Tricycle arrived with missing parts, Impossible to contact. No one at phone. No reply to Emails.When the tricycle I ordered arrived I discovered several parts were missing. There is no one at the phone number listed on their web site and they do not answer Emails. Our company contact Epizon for a patient in SC who preferred Epizon. We were told they had to have a check before they would ship the scooter. We overnighted a check on 8/12/15. During the week of 8/20 the company closed down until 8/27. We were not made aware they would be closed. We only saw they would reopen on the 27th. Our patient had not received the scooter. We called all day on the 27th and had to leave VM's. As of 8/28 the patient still had not received the scooter. We were finally able to get a live voice on the 28th. He told us they had not received the check. We checked our bank, it had not cleared. We cancelled that check and reissued another. We asked for a contact name and phone number in addition to the physical address to overnight the check. They only give out one phone number and they say it is the fax number also. We will NEVER use this company again!

I purchase a cozy trike for my mother. I had the impression that there would be no assemble required, so I had it shipped direct to her. The assemble instructions were very hard to understand and the pictures not clear. We never did get the front fender to fit on. It seems like the "shock" was not holding the front of the trike off the wheel far enough to get it on. The company email answer to the problem was to "bend the fender supports". As for the speed of the trike, it seems to be full out of nothing. So be sure and have your hand on the brake. They never did answer as to whether there was a way to regulate the speed. The wheel base on the back is a little to narrow to give assurance that it will not tip over.

Because of extensive foot surgery, I can't use a regular bike any longer. I'm very happy with this trike. It peddles much easier than a regular bike. We live in the mountains so even the parks have elevation variations. If the hill is too steep, I just use the motor. We camp and travel a lot, and I'm about to take it on our first trip. I can bike around the campground with my husband, etc.. I put a pillow in the back basket, so our small dogs can ride with me. The low cross-through and smaller tires makes it easy to get on and off. When a friend saw my trike, she ordered one also. She really likes hers too.
We needed some help with the mirror and the company addressed the issue immediately. Great job!

I purchased this trike based on the reviews along with my common sense . It arrived quickly and it's great! It rides perfectly. I'm a 76 with a back problem that keeps me from riding a regular bike. This was the PERFECT answer for me. I can ride with the kids and Hubby without any problems and without worrying about hurting my back while balancing a regular bike. The basket is great! You can fit a lot of stuff in it for a long bike ride (water, food, kites! A small sized dog could easily ride in the basket too!). There was just a few items to assemble. Most of the bike was pre-assembled, which surprised me. I have tried other trikes but this one is the best.
One other point: It looks COOL! It has that awesome look with a new twist.
Stop the research! Treat yourself, get healthier, get the trike, and cruise in Style! :) A++++
