It makes no senseThey had no interest in helping me figure out where my package was or how I was to get it deliveredLets not forget it was suppose be a day shipping and I received it after days I have attached pictures of what my package looked like when it was deliveredThis, to me, is unacceptablePieces of my package are missing, and the entire thing completely fell apart when I moved it after it was deliveredIt was kicked off the back of the truck by the driver because he didn't have the proper equipment to get it off of his truckHe then kick it out the back and left it on my roadIt takes a lot to actually destroy a palletEFW needs to be held accountable for handling their packages and customer service with complete disregard.Regards, [redacted] ***

Ordered exercise equipment from major retailer to be freight delivered to my house by Estes in 5-days Item shipped on 2/4/16;Scheduled for delivery 2/11/16;10:am- 2:pmHad people waiting to help carry into house and set up11:email alert delivery cancelled by EFWAfter hours on phone , finally informed by EFW item lost some where between VA and Mo No idea where package is, when or if it will be recovered for deliveryBy grace paid with through PP.; have requested full refundI would not recommend ordering freight delivery from retailer via Estes shipping

EFW apologizes for the negative experience Our local terminal/vendor provided erroneous information to EFW pertaining to the date of delivery, therefore the guest was left with additional questions until EFW investigated the chain of eventsThe original delivery date was set for 8/5, but experienced a delay and reset for 8/ Then the local terminal/vendor changed the date to 8/due to the distance of travel, but after EFW stepped in questioning the actions, we then learned on August the local driver remembers delivering the boxes at the left side of the garage door closest to the house on 8/ He mentioned there were garages As shown in the pictureIn the event a guest disputes a delivery after EFW delivered, [redacted] .com will take steps to ensure the guest is either issued a replacement or a refundEFW’s Executive team along with our Vendor Management team stepped in and requested an action plan with the local terminal/vendor to prevent such action from happening in the futureEFW apologizes for the poor experience

[redacted] called from the business stated that upon receiving the item there were missing pieces from the order. He stated that there was a delay between the dock check and the time of delivery but the product was delivered on [redacted] ***. The product was left at the front door as instructed... by [redacted]

This is the worst company by far [redacted] uses this company to ship large itemsI must say that they are very slow with shipment they're not delivering according to there tracking informationDon't understand why they have so many contact # but don't answer

[redacted] After reading through all the notes, we found that the claimant refused the couch twice EFW was responsible per the order for bringing the couch to the door, once the couch is refused the return process starts and the product is returned to the store she ordered from Ms [redacted] would have had to reorder the couch from the store It appears that she may have reordered and the store used someone else to ultimately deliver

EFW talked to the customer & scheduled the delivery between 1300-per the customer's request. We interviewed the driver who advised that he tried to reach the cusomer via phone & got no answer & he also attempted to deliver twice that day at & & no one was
home. Unfortuntely *** does require an adult signature at time of delivery and does not allow for delivery after hours but we can call ahead & have the driver meet the customer for another scheduled delivery. EFW does not handle money with the customer & they would need to partner with *** for any refund or reimbursement

First, EFW apologizes for the overall experience. The first appointment of the 29th did not take place due to not all pieces arriving in together. There were pieces arriving in on the 27th and the additional pieces arrived in on the 29th, too late to make it out for
delivery. We spoke with Ms*** the evening of the 29th discovering she was not contacted by our local terminal. The following morning we arranged a new delivery for January 2. *** confirmed delivery on 12/changing the delivery appointment from 1/to 1/3. Not to delay any further, our local terminal delivered pieces on 1/and delivering the other pieces on 1/3. Again, we apologize for the overall experience

Revdex.com Case # ***: This shipment was set to arrive between and on 5/26. The driver arrived at 11am and no one was home so he called the contact number given several times but here was no answer. The driver waited there until 11:37at which time he emailed
EFW and asked what we wanted him to do. The delivery was reset for 5/and communicated to the customer. She changed the appointment to 6/to be delivered between and 2. The delivery was made at 1:53pm and the customer signed for it clear. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you

This delivery company left an lbs crib at the front gate to a unit complex They claimed they left it on my porch I don't even have a porch!! They never contacted me to ask questions of delivery or see if anybody was home I am months pregnant and absolutely can not carry an lbs package all the way back to my home They are unprofessional and should never been used I will now never order anything large from *** as they employ this companyBUYERS BEWARE

EFW apologizes for the overall experience. The order tendered to EFW by Walmart.com on 8/with an arrival into the local delivery city on 9/1. All of Walmart.com orders require a delivery appointment and must be selected by the customer. With that said, EFW sent an email on 9/
requesting for the appointment to be set, but the customer refused to set the appointment stating the order was already supposed to be delivered. Walmart.com provides each customer with shipment confirmation email providing them an expected delivery date (Estimated Time of Arrival) stating the carrier will reach out to schedule their appointments EFW has several calls noted regarding the escalated customer, trying to arrange the appointment, confusion with the ETA, and refusal by the customer to schedule. The customer spoke with a supervisor and made arrangements for delivery on 9/5. The order was signed by the customer on 9/@ noon

Although several attempts were made to contact the neighbor, we have not reached him or received a return call At this point there is not way for EFW to determine if the boxes were picked up as this would have been handled by ***.After a thorough search, the cushions were determined to be
lost and another set was sent out from *** by way of another company Due to the small size of the order, *** would have used a different type of Carrier for this replacement shipment. Thank you.Cheryl B***, General Counsel

EFW does not have a lot of information on this shipment but the first delivery date that we show is when it was moved by the customer from June to June 30. EFW was contacted later in the day on
June by Target when they cancelled the delivery altogether. EFW was removed from the shipment at this point

EFW was tendered the freight on 6.24.16. Freight starting in transit to destination but was mis-routed & ended up in Avoca, IA. Freight was located & sent to correct destination arriving on 7.9.16, and was given to delivery location. Delivery appointment set 7.15.16.
Consignee called on advising freight was missing pieces. On 7.20.16, Ms*** (Consignee) was told that she had to reach out directly to Walmart for any resolution as all payments including for shipping are handled by the store. Any type of refund or replacement pieces would have to be requested from them

This did not resolve my complaintThe company did not offer a solution nor accept responsibility for the ripped box and missing pieces

Hi, ***,My apologies for the delayed response; however, I was not aware that my previous reply was not transmitted last week.Although my sofa was delivered...it was certainly to my dissatisfaction "White glove" service delivery inside of my front door did not occur The same delivery man from the week before arrived alone AGAIN and supposedly 'phoned' a staff team member to meet him at my address to help him deliver the sofa indoors After minutes the additional delivery man still had not arrived, so my husband simply assisted the sole delivery man by carrying the sofa indoors.It was an imperfect solution to Estes unprofessionalism and rude tactics I made more than a dozen calls to get something so simply accomplished and it wasn't until I made this complaint that "mysteriously" Estes scheduled my delivery without haste *** should definitely find another shipping carrier for these type of orders Estes sucks...sorry to be so blunt, but it's the truth.If you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.With kind regards,*** ***
