Love their shirts. No shipping issues. Would order again. Thankful they are out there. Even after several washing the shirt is soft and hasn't shrunk.

Never received receipt for purchase and they took money from the account. Asked to can el. No response from 3 separate emails since 7/5
They took $28.92 from my bank account immediately and all I get is a generic email ...no Info and no real response. They have no phone number

We do not have any emails from this customer. Her confirmation receipt was emailed to ***@yahoo.com immediately upon placing the order and then the order shipped the next day so it is already in transit to her. She is welcome to refuse it when it arrives and when we receive it back we can refund her if she no longer wants her order.

The company called me yesterday and I was in touch with them today. They sent me the emails a d receipt I requested now. They said my items were now shipped. I will give them the benefit of the doubt at this time

Not Receiving Products I Ordered. I bought the first shirt that's says faith bought the second one and third one is free. It's been 3 weeks.
I sent an email. Got a reply stating will take care of it and would be delivered last week. Have not been delivered yet.
My purchase was on the 24th of not sure which month. But I've been waiting patiently. Please delivered the shirts or give my money back.

Desired Outcome

If I don't get my shirts I want my money back. I sent an email waited. No delivery so I sent another email .

Received an Email on 6/19/20 stating my order had shipped. Contacted company on 6/29/20 still not received. They stated USPS issues.
I placed an order for a 2xl tshirt on 6/17/2020. Received an email on 6/19/2020 stating order had shipped. I reached out to the company stating I still had not received tshirt on 6/29/2020. Their response was by *** (Eternal Light)

I am really not sure because The post office website says their shipments are being delayed because of COVID 19 and lack of workers and transportation.

I went to the USPS website and do not see anything of the sort.

I paid $7.85 and would like it refunded immediately.

Don't see how this company is still in business with this fraudulent transactions they do.

I will try to get them to reroute the package to be sent back to us if it has not been delivered yet. If I am able to get them to reroute it I can issue the refund for the shipping on her free shirt she claimed.

I responded to a sale of a T-shirt and FREE Shipping. Many attempts as to why I was charged and no processing information as to shipping.
This sale was posted for a "special" T-shirt of $6.85 and FREE SHIPPING. Immediately after receiving my order, my credit card was charged. Which is unusual, because most companies don't charge until shipped. The SHIP app was suggested to track your order, but no information was available. Cant reach anyone via telephone and was forced to email. It takes several days to respond to an email and was told it "should" ship soon. I was clear there was a problem and nothing was answered as to why my credit card was charged and there is no tracking information. I immediately demanded a refund. They responded saying that could now cancel the order from a "no response" email and showed my "credit". I am giving it a few more days, but still no credit. If no credit gets applied, I will file a claim with my credit card. Of course, it's not the amount that is alarming, but how this business, is advertising. Not to mention, you get flooded for many LIMITED TIME only deals. This company needs investigated.

The company needs to stop these false advertisements of FAST SHIPPING and one time only deals.

As to the refund, there has still been no refund received. Seven business days has passed since this merchant emailed credit was applied.

This company also charged my credit card when no order was shipped. This company claims FAST SHIPPING yet my order was charged and not shipped for a week.

This company is falsely making claims to FAST SHIPPING and charges credit cards with no shipment being made.

It is imperative to no only receive my refund but this company is reviewed for false advertising and trying to earn revenue without providing the service.

The customer received a refund.

Before Coronavirus, I had no issues with this company. The shirts are soft and the shipping is quick. However, the last two months have been a little disappointing for me with the Christian Subscription Box.

In May's box, I only got a T-shirt and not a book. I emailed customer service and they said that the author wasn't shipping books because of COVID. That is totally understandable. They said they would make up for it in June's box. I received June's box, and again, no book. They included a note saying that it would ship in the next box. I figured that shipments on the authors' end were further delayed.

However, I have seen other customers get 2 books in their June box, and others like me, have not gotten a book for 2 months in a row. I understand COVID is impacting a lot. However, the lack of consistency seems pretty troubling. I did end up canceling my box due to financial reasons, but it was pretty disappointing that I did not get any books while others got 2 books to make up for the previous months.

Order on 6/6/20, three Tshirts, all in Large. Received only One in XL, other 2 missing. No answer from company.

I placed my order #EL-XXXXXXXXXX on 6.6.20. Which include: Faith Cross Short Sleeve Shirt - Black / Large 1 God Is Faithful Short Sleeve Shirt - White / Large 1 Faith Over Fear Short Sleeve Shirt - Gray / Large 1 On 6.11.20 I got an email telling me that the order has been shipped. I got the package on 6.13.20 with only one Tshirt, Faith over Fear in XL "wrong size"!!! The other 2 Tshirts were missing!!! I thought, maybe they will come in other package because, the purchase was done in two different transactions. So I wait 3 more days before I place a formal complaint to Eternal Light company. Finally, on 6.16.20, I decided to contact via email the company to address the issue. I explained that was an error on the size of the Tshirt I received in the mail and, the other 2 Tshirts were not in the package. Also and I requested to be sure about the size before they send them. Well, today 6.25.20 I did sent my third email expecting to have a solution to this problem and Ididn't get any answer.

This customer was refunded prior to this complaint. Bank records show refund issued June 26th. I can submit copies if needed.

I ordered 2 statues both of which were defective when received. I tried to correspond with them for return authorization but every email was returned
I am trying to get return authorization for the items to be sent back. Every email address listed for them gets returned to me. I have no contact phone number. I paid $70 through my PayPal. The order number is EL-XXXXXXXXXX and the date was 6/7/2020. I believe there is a 30 day return policy. Please advise and help

Desired Outcome

I would like a return label and a complete refund. One doesn't light up with batteries and solar charge and the other was sent without batteries

Customers was responded to and we have copies of all emails. She has been emailed a return label. We are awaiting the return from her.

I have tried contacting Eternal Light Co. regarding an order I placed on June 17th.
I placed an order for 3 t-shirts on Wednesday, June 17th. My order totaled $31.85 and my order# is: EL-XXXXXXXXXX. I have sent a couple of emails and also left a message on their 1-877#.....no response at all, besides the automatic reply via email to let you know that they have received your email and that they would contact you within 48 hours.....NOT!!! I charged this order to my credit card. The day that I placed it I received a text message from ARRIVE to let me know that my order from Eternal Light Co. was confirmed, but no movement since June 17th.

This is not good business at all. We spend our money to try and support businesses....not to lose our hard earned money!

Desired Outcome

I would either like a refund or my order sent to me. In addition, I would live for someone to respond to my emails or phone call!

I only had the light last about a year. I changed the batteries and it worked briefly and then would not come on again. Disappointed with the products durability.
The response I received from Eternal Light was to change the battery, whichI I already did.

I bought one of their FAITH cross t-shirts this week, and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Super soft, and only cost me $6.85! Highly recommend them to others, first time purchasing, but won't be my last!

I would like a refund of $84.97 refunded back to my debit card
I order 1 lighted heart the order summary says 2 lighted hearts I tried to call Customer Service and I sent them emails so they could fix the problem no response. I placed the order June 14, 2020 I didn't get the order summary until june 16, 2020 my order # EL-XXXXXXXXXX $84. 97 was taken off my debit card on june 14, 2020 debit card # ending in 2763

This is not a good company you can't talk to a live person by phone when there is a problem. I want my refund $84.97

I should not even put 1 star. I ordered 2 items a solar guardian angel and Solar Blessed Mother on June 9, 2020 for the cemetery, still waiting for my items to arrive. When I was placing the order I didn't see the small print on top of page that says 20 Percent off use "Memorial". I went to cancel my order and start all over again it would not let me. I emailed them, sent a memo to support team and called them several times Regarding the 20 percent off, no response at all. So much for customer service. They sent me an email about tracking my package, unable to do that. They are a scam company, be careful!!!

Battery compartment holder immediately broke
Order # XXXXXXXXXX, user #XXXXXXXXXXXXX, date 9/23/19, Personalized Eternal Light Heart. I ordered this in Sept 2019 but immediately packed it away because it was approaching winter. I took it out this spring ... when I put the 2nd battery in, the battery holder popped through (it was not secured at all) and is now dangling in the middle of the heart. It does not light up at all. I am unable to get my fingers through the small hole to get the battery compartment. I have sent an email once through their website, the other times through my email (5/27, 6/1 & 6/5). I have still not gotten a response. I love the heart in memory of my son but I need it replaced and no one will respond to my emails. I am unable to locate a phone # anywhere.

not please with them at all, was exciteded to get tshirt, love tshirt only if it would fix, shirts not no good if it don't fit. yes I order right size but sent xs which I have never wore in my whole life. must be over run in that size and this is way they get money back sent it out even if it don't fit, don't care about customer,its about money. im sad.

Ordered a product from this company. Trying to get updates for my product I ordered.
I ordered a set of praying hands with the name *** on it have not received them I received a email saying it was going to be shipping on the 21st of May then I received another email saying they didn't have the product they wouldn't have it for 60 days either I get something equivalent to it or I want my money back no response from the company since that point

We emailed her on May 26th to let her know the item she ordered was out of stock and would she like a refund or a different item. She did not reply until June7th telling us she would like a different item. It is customized so it takes some time to get it customized with your order info on it. We let her know on June17th and we sent her the tracking info.

I have yet to receive my order.
I ordered two shirts on May 5 and have yet to receive an email saying it has shipped, the tracking number is bogus and it's June 1st. I have emailed them and no response.

Placed an order May 17, 2020 in the amount of $133.00. Company is not responding to emails.

I have emailed twice. Once was May 26, 2020 and the other May 27, 2020. There site says they have a chat bot for live chat between 8 am CST and 5 pm CST. There is no chat bot. I have gotten no response in regards to the 2 emails I have sent them. I will be opening a bank dispute about this issue.
There has been no tracking information provided and there is no response.

I didn't receive the refund until 6/02/2020 which I can provide proof via my bank statement if requested. Made the smart decision to never buy from this company again seeing as I ordered May 17, 2020 and never received any type of update.

Very poor customer service. I cannot get a response from them to exchange 2 t-shirts purchased several weeks ago. The website says they will exchange for 30 days and to contact them for instructions. I can only assume they are waiting for the 30 days to expire. Do not purchase from them.
