I am European and have ordered frequently from this site. The bone of contention seems to focus mainly on duration of delivery and not on the actual product. I discovered this on my first order and gave these people hell. They remained courteous throughout and in the end the matter was resolved very satisfactorily. In a nutshell, the prices which these people offer on products like cellphones are unbelievable. Be prepared to wait - this is a big company and they take time to source what you want. Forget expedited shipping - Chinese shipping culture does not work that way. If you're in a hurry look elsewhere. If you can wait and want to save money, then this is the place for you.
