I didn't receive my items ordered. I asked for information about status of shipping and the answer is that the items will be shipped as soon as possible, after 10 day of waiting and that they are still waiting for some items, hot sale items are sold out quick etc. And when you are finally ready to ship my items I will have to count on 10-25 business days for the items to be shipped. Wow, go figure that!!! So I would be waiting for almost 2 months before I see the items I ordered and payed for?
The company it self that received my payment seems to be established in Russia and when I tried to contact then the phone number and country code came up as invalid. I also wrote to customer service of the supplier (not a company name or anything but just HASSAN) their information:

I ordered a shirt on July 16 and paid with Paypal (thankfully). By August 16 I still had not received my [redacted]. I sent the seller an email via Paypal asking info on when my shirt might be arriving. They told me that it was my fault that we cant track it because when I paid I didn't send them a request to pay extra for tracking. When I paid there was no option for tracking and nothing said "we don't track our packages so please ask us to add it to your total if you want it tracked" or I would have paid a little more for it. Then they asked me to go to the post office because sometime they hold the packages at the post office and don't physically deliver them. Though I dint think that was the case I called the post office and like I thought they had no info about my missing package. I told them they had to the end of August to give me some more information about my package or I was going to escalate it via Paypal to try and get a refund. The last day of August I told them all I wanted was a refund and I wouldn't have to have Paypal look into it. They responded with asking me if I could please wait another week. They are not dumb and knew what they were doing. If I would have waited another week my Paypal claim would expire. I escalated the claim and have not heard yet if I get a refund or not though Paypal. They are a scam and just trying to take your money. I would not recommend using them.

I made an order with this company on the 12th if June. My order was for father's day, I understood that it would come a few days late but I was ok with that. I also got the expedited shipping which was suppose to take 3days maximum! I your a confirmation that my order has shipped but I can track in anyway. There is absolutely no detail about my package! It is now the 23rd and I'm pissed. When you say 3days I expect 3days. If my order doesn't show up soon I'll be filing more than just complaints.

Everybuy is good site for online shopping. Even there is problem with order they solve it fast.

I ordered clothes on January 25, on Feb 12 the administrator replied to my message saying that they would ship my order in 3 business days and they would give me a tracking number. They said:
"I have checked ,the items in your order just arrive ,three business working days later you can get the tracking number ,thank you for your support to our company ,we will arrange your order shipment priority.".
I left several messages since then and they haven't replied. I tried to call the phone number and it doesnt work. I don't know why they do this, they have such a good website and they could be doing so well if they were professionals about it but instead they let all these negatives reviews pile up... shame on you! Please reply to my message, I want to know about my order.

I have ordered a few times and this time I had to email CS. There delay in response is what I dislike. 1 of the items I ordered was back ordered and I had to email them to find out why my order was not shipped and I was never told of a back order till I messaged CS.
