Review: Received a damaged Phone and Company refuse to issue a refund, unless I send the item back at my own expense.

I purchased an Android phone from EverBuying.com and paid through PayPal. Although their site said that it will ship within 24 hours, it took over 24 days to reach here. I was excited to see the phone. After I put the battery and SIM card, I kept the phone to charge the battery.

Finally when I turned on the phone, I was horrified seeing those broken display across the phone with an android sign. Then I realized that the battery also didn't charge after 8 hours and I had to keep the phone plugged in to turn it on.

When I contacted EB and asked for a refund, they first asked me to send a few PHOTOS. After I did that, here is their response:

In order to get an RMA, I have to agree that they cannot AFFORD the postage. Now I have to send this thing all the way to china and perhaps there will be additional charge to get me the refund. I am not even sure, after incurring all the expenses, there will be anything left.Desired Settlement: I am requesting full refund. If the business wants me to return the damaged item to them, I would like them to pay for the postage. I have already assisted them with answering all the questions, including sending them several photos of the damaged phone.

My acquaintance with everbuying.net (everbuying.com successor) started near a year ago. I bought there several useful items, including DZ09 smartwatch. My orders always were shipped fast, and I always received them in time. DZ09 is cheap but powerful smartwatch which not only shows current time, but also can link to you smartphone and display SMS and notifications from it. It also has an integrated SIMcard, so you can make voice calls and send/receive SMS even without the phone! It also has an integrated camera which can make photo and video. You can also control your smartphone's camera using this smartwatch. So, from my personal experience everbuying is a reliable reseller which you can trust.

I ordered a cover for my Redmi Note 2.I received the original cover in just two weeks, and for a very good price. Now I plan to buy a phone for my wife. I advise everyone to make purchases in the store.

I bought a multifunktion suber card for my granny. It was very cheap - only $0.6 ,I paid it using my paypal account, it was shipped very fast, I got in two weeks and I'm very satisfied with it! It made from very good material and I know that my Granny will find the ways to use all of it functions .

This site is an effective site to source suppliers for different products & services.. their trade board, i.e.. Buy & Sell boards, attract buyers & sellers from all over the world. Now, let me tell you, I came to this conclusion by not just looking at their trade boards,but I have used them too. They are very effective and you get serious buyers & sellers for your products. It ranges from agriculture to fashion to home supplies to excess stocks !!! This website has not only survived the dot com bust but also grown strongly.

With few words a very reliable website.

they were late on processing like about 12 days but after they shipped the item I received within 3 days only if they could process it like they say.
they were very could with answering emails within the next day
they also offered to replace an item where they were out of stock.
there products are good quality.
would recommend to other. there only downfall is the processing time.

I firstly ordered something from everbuying approximately 2 months ago and from this time I already placed more than 5 orders in this store without experiencing any troubles with the order or with the goods. I was surprised about the lead time and also about the support I got for this order. The shipping was very fast with an tracking number and the support answered any question I had within 24h. Review: I purchased two cell phones and a dress from this company expedited shipping requested (3-5) day paid on 11/11/2013 the items are still being process

I previously cancelled an order with this company because they were taking too long to deliver my items. I was contacted by a representative who appologized profusely and stated she would personally handle the order if I were to do business with them. I saw this as a good faith attempt to rectify things so I placed the order. The order was placed and paid for on 11/11/2013 with expidited shipping to be delivered in 3-5 days. today is the 24th of november and the items are still showing processing on the website. Ive contacted the company on several ocassions by email and by online chat, Ive been assured three times that they will be shipped the very next day. According to the representative one item was not available at the time thats why there was a delay. It is now available so it will be shipped this was on 11/19/2013. I've sent several emails since but no response. I went online to start a chat no one picked up. I am very frustrated as I've asked to get a refund or the goods delivered but no one has bothered to answer. The items were for two birthdays one on 11/16/2013 (my mom) which has passed and gone and one on 11/24/2013 for my friend (today). Please help me.Desired Settlement: I need to either be reimbursed or have my items delivered immediately. Please advise, I'm not looking to get a coupon or anything that I have not paid for just my money back or the goods.

Review: Phone is defective. Have not been able to use. Can't solve the phones problem because the touch screen does not work.

The ideas I am being given to solve the problem are not going to work because the touch screen is not operational. The phone only worked for a week. And I have been trying get this solved since 11/14.Desired Settlement: Either a replacement or refund.

Review: Everbuying.com never sent me my order and even asked for a duplicate payment, still never sending me the products I paid for.

I submitted an order for iPhone accessories on March 18, 2013. I contacted the company after the first 30 days of not receiving my order. They said I needed to wait 15-30 more days. I contacted them again in another 30 days (so 60 total after my order was placed) and the company representative then told me that they would send my order if I made another payment. Desired Settlement: I want the products that I ordered and paid for back in March. They need to send me the products as soon as possible and stop asking me for more money.

It has been over two month since the company supposedly issued me a refund and I have yet to receive the money back on my credit card.

It has been almost 9 months since I placed my order and I have not received the items or a refund, after MANY attempts to the customer service.

NO customer service, NO follow up. "Lost" my package never never replied to my request even after many emails and forms filled on my behalf on their page. Will not accept responsibility.

Never using them again. "I got robbed by these people".

Hello everybody! I have over 5 years of doing internet shopping. For myself I found some regular stores, which buy. One of the most popular online stores is everbuying. The store is a very good product range, free shipping all over the world, prices are among the lowest among its competitors. This shop has more than 100 shopping, and I'm all happy.

Buy at everbuying webstore has been a great experience. They have great products at attractive prices and shipments are pretty fast, I never had any problems and I'm already customer for some time.

Their support service staff are very friendly and are always available to help and solve any question or clarify any questions.

It is undoubtedly an online store that I highly recommend, we can count with experience, friendliness and credibility.

Fast shipment by DHL, I received my order in five working days from China to Norway.

I contact the customers service and in 24h I received the reply and my problem was solved with a great professionalism.

It's my first buy and I'm really impressed. - Trusted on-line Shop -

I ordered a shirt on July 16 and paid with Paypal (thankfully). By August 16 I still had not received my [redacted]. I sent the seller an email via Paypal asking info on when my shirt might be arriving. They told me that it was my fault that we cant track it because when I paid I didn't send them a request to pay extra for tracking. When I paid there was no option for tracking and nothing said "we don't track our packages so please ask us to add it to your total if you want it tracked" or I would have paid a little more for it. Then they asked me to go to the post office because sometime they hold the packages at the post office and don't physically deliver them. Though I dint think that was the case I called the post office and like I thought they had no info about my missing package. I told them they had to the end of August to give me some more information about my package or I was going to escalate it via Paypal to try and get a refund. The last day of August I told them all I wanted was a refund and I wouldn't have to have Paypal look into it. They responded with asking me if I could please wait another week. They are not dumb and knew what they were doing. If I would have waited another week my Paypal claim would expire. I escalated the claim and have not heard yet if I get a refund or not though Paypal. They are a scam and just trying to take your money. I would not recommend using them.

I didn't receive my items ordered. I asked for information about status of shipping and the answer is that the items will be shipped as soon as possible, after 10 day of waiting and that they are still waiting for some items, hot sale items are sold out quick etc. And when you are finally ready to ship my items I will have to count on 10-25 business days for the items to be shipped. Wow, go figure that!!! So I would be waiting for almost 2 months before I see the items I ordered and payed for?
The company it self that received my payment seems to be established in Russia and when I tried to contact then the phone number and country code came up as invalid. I also wrote to customer service of the supplier (not a company name or anything but just HASSAN) their information:
