Tried to submit a name dispute online and was informed to call a 855-414-6048 to complete complaint. Called and spent 20 minutes on hold only to be told that I was in the WRONG DEPARTMENT and they would transfer me. It has now been over 60 minutes on hold waiting to talk to the right person. This is BS!
