Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have made three attempts to resolve this matter on my own and still there were no resolutionWhat I ask them to supply they continued to not provide the information Regards, [redacted]

Date: August 19, 2015To: The Revdex.comRe: Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern:This is to inform you that I have authorized the following agency to manage matters related to mycredit[redacted] Should you have further questions, please feel free to email me.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Experian has unvalidated accounts that remain on my credit report and is in violation of U.S.C§ They are required under the FCRA to have properly validate the accuracy of an account listed on my credit reportThey continue to state that they “verified” that these items are being “reported correctly”I asked multiple times to be provided with the documents that were used to validate these accountsWhat is the name of the person in their company who verified and validated these accounts? What documents did they use to verify and validate them? I wold like to be provided with the name of that individual, their business address, and telephone numberExperian must be willing and able to produce a document that they have in their files that proves the account(s) in dispute belong to me and the information being reported is accurate and they also must be able to do this in a court of law if I file a lawsuit against themSomeone in their company must authenticate the documents in their files that were used to verify the disputed accounts and to do this they must have 1st hand knowledge of the alleged account(s) and all that has ever transpired for the alleged account(s), under oath and under the penalty of perjuryAs I am sure that they are well aware, current Federal case law states that, Consumer Reporting Agencies bear grave responsibilities to ensure the accuracy of the accounts they report on and their responsibility must consist of something more than merely parroting information received from other sourcesThe Courts have also ordered that a “Reinvestigation” that merely shifts the burden back to the consumer and the credit grantor cannot fulfill the obligations imposed by § 1681(a)(4)They have ignored my request to provided me with the documents that they have in their files that they used to verify and validate the disputed accounts which means that they have NOT validated or cannot verify any of these accounts and under Section (5)(A) of the FCRA – as they are required to “ promptly DELETE all information which cannot be verified or validated.” The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for “negligent noncompliance” (Section 617) if they fail to comply with this Federal LawI am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRAI demand the following accounts be validated or deleted immediatelyName Of Account: [redacted] This account in question was also not validated and removed from my [redacted] credit file (attached document) Regards, [redacted]

September 7, 2016Revdex.com Serving San Diego, Orange and Imperial Counties Viewridge Ave., #200San Diego, CA [redacted] ***Dear Revdex.com.Our office recently received your Correspondence of July 28, regarding the above mentioned Consumer's rebuttal of our response to his complaint. An Extended Security Alert has been added to the consumer's Credit reportThis message, which will expire after years, alerts credit grantors to verify the consumer's identification in case someone is using their information without their Consent. The consumer contacted me directly by telephone on 8/29/At that time, investigations of ID theft were initiated on account and inquiry per the consumer's requestResults of these investigations will be provided directly to the consumer. It was explained to the Consumer our records indicate a valid identity theft police report had not been received by ExperianThe Consumer stated that she would obtain a valid identity theft police report and send Copies directly to my attention as soon as she was able.Experian is a credit-reporting agencyAs such, we assemble, store and report credit information as it is reported to us by credit grantors who subscribe to our services and from select public records following the guidelines of the federal Fair Credit Reporting ActExperian does not grant nor deny CreditThe decision is made solely by the Credit grantor as each may use their own specific and unique internal guidelines and CriteriaRegarding the Consumer's Credit account that was cancelled, the Consumer will need to contact the creditor directly and request that the account in question be reopened or that a new account be established. The risk score is a mathematical summary of the Credit history using Sophisticated statistics and mathematical equations to calculate the summaryNumerical values are assigned to various pieces of information in a Credit report, resulting in the risk scoreThe risk score changes over time as a consumer continues to develop their credit history, and may change from day to day as credit history is updated. The interpretations of risk scores differ according to the need and requirements set by the various Credit grantors, and may indeed vary on a daily basisSimilarly, different Credit grantors can view the same risk score differently, depending on their experiences with other Consumers scoring in the same range, their marketing plans, their business niche and many other factorsExperian is not privy to the values assigned to the information appearing on a consumer's credit reportThat information would be considered proprietary to the Credit grantor.Common questions that many Consumers have regarding their Credit scores are "why didn't my score go up?" or "what can I do to make my score go up?" For example, you might ask if closing two installment accounts would improve your credit scoreWhile this question may appear to be easy to answer, there are many factors to considerSimply closing two accounts not only lowers the number of open installment accounts (which generally will improve your score) but it also lowers the total number of all open accounts (which generally lowers your score).Furthermore, such an action will affect the average age of all accounts that could either raise or lower your SCOreAs you can see, one seemingly simple change actually affects a large number of items on your credit reportTherefore, it is impossible to provide an accurate assessment of how one specific action will affect your Credit scoreA Credit score is based entirely on the information found on your personal Credit reportAny change to your Credit report Could affect your score. For these reasons, the score cannot be "disputed"However, if there is information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we are able to investigate that specific informationInaccurate information on the credit report could possibly be the cause of an inaccurate SCO.If there is additional information appearing on a Credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific disputeWe are unable to investigate inaccurate information on the Credit report without knowing which item or account is inaccurate along with the specific nature of the inaccuracyPlease specify the item(s) or account name(s) and number(s) along with the specific dispute(s).Thank you for allowing me to assist youPlease contact me directly at [redacted] if you have anyquestions.Sincerely, [redacted]
