Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I didn't request a reinvestigation by Experian through the Revdex.com, but a deletion of the erroneous itemsExperian has been investigating and reinvestigating for almost months now - I requested the method of verification many times - no details were provided! I suspect that a "reasonable investigation" according to the FCRA actually never took place! I suspect that Experian used an automatic response system like e-oscar to communicate with the creditor, this method is not sufficient under FCRA Section I request that Experian follows Federal Law and deletes the items I disputed, please be advised that I did not dispute the accounts itself but only the erroneous items I pointed out Regards, [redacted]
