[redacted], Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, did call me about this matter.  He did listen, and appeared to agree that Experian's handling of removing security freezes in a straightforward timely was inadequate and problematic.  Mr. [redacted] appeared to take the matter seriously, and said he would personally make sure the matter received appropriate attention. So I did get a positive serious response. Now it remains to be seen if Experian addresses this issue.Revdex.com:

[In regards to your response. I have provided PROOF of my address and name as it is spelled correctly on my social security card. What investigation is further needed rather than the proof that I've given you? This is destroying my credit worthiness. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone's credit is 1. A firm offer of credit, 2. Insurance, 3. Employment, and for a court order in which none of these are. I have no reason to keep contacting you by phone in which you stated because those last times there was nothing resolved. Just talking to [redacted] different people. All of my responses will now be kept in writing. I want this dispute to be responded  through the Revdex.com until resolved in a manner in which I agree. I need to see my signature on file and identification card and other proof from those creditors in which you speak of in order for it not to be taken off of my report. I did not. Authorize those pulls. I will now wait for the process to take place. I do not accept this complaint and my issue was not resolved. ]

1) There are 2 [redacted] entries that show a late and a charge off. These were never late and they are to provide all internal and external collection efforts along with the date these account allegedly became 180 days late. In addition these accounts have been paid with a $0 balance to the best of my knowledge.2) [redacted] Source Advantage: This is a false and unverified collection that my contact with [redacted] has confirmed who is listed as the originaldebtor. They are to provide all proof that I am the responsible party in the form of signed original documents, payments, and or any other documentation. Simply stating that it meets the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting act is erroneous as it does not according to those I have spoken with. They are not providing the proof as they do not have it and are simply sending out a false canned response. These items, along with the list on the report that shows still pending MUST be removed by the law or Experian has left themselves up to civil action thru the small claims court here in Louisville Ky.
