Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below A formal dispute with copies of my drivers license and social security card for verification of identification was sent to this agency via certified mail My dispute clearly outlined each account disputed, as well as the account number (if provided in their report) as well as the reported amount due As per the FCRA, my letter clearly requested that if an account was not removed from my report that they provide the name, address, & phone number of the person they verified the information with Their response was simply the same copy of my credit report with not investigation information This is detailed in the FCRA and is common with credit reporting agencies to report inaccurate information The only acceptable resolution is to remove the accounts disputed as they have failed to follow the law Anything less will result in legal action against the agency Regards, [redacted]
