Hello, I am writing in regards to the referenced account & have response documents from creditor from previous disputesI am still very distressed that Experian have included the below information in my credit report due to its damaging effects on my great rental credit standingAs you are no doubt aware, credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only accurate credit informationNo doubt the inclusion of this inaccurate information is a mistake on either your or the reporting creditor's partBecause of the mistakes on my credit report, I have been wrongfully denied credit recently for a home, which was highly embarrassing and has negatively impacted my lifestyle only to provide for my small childrenWith the proof I'm attaching to this letter, I'm sure you'll agree it needs to be removed ASAPTherefore, the following information needs to be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible: [redacted] Account Number: IQ DATE ACCT# [redacted] I have documents to support my statement as wellDuring this time referencing from the dates of the alleged move in date December 1, & move out date April 4, being reported I was renting from [redacted] properties during February 1, to July 31, for a six months leaseI have attached my lease agreementBefore that time frame, I was room mating with a friend & found out I was pregnant November of I have attached my child birth certificate for proof of pregnancy & birthI manually applied to [redacted] in October of to move closer to my job when receiving my new promotion in October of [redacted] Apartments required to provide my demographics & job information to run my credit to get approved for the apartmentI have attached a follow up email from a voicemail I left the person I was communicating with during that time at [redacted] The representative even has a different apartment number listed (1715M) than the one that's been reporting on my credit report which is As stated in the email from the representative, [redacted] required me to get utlities & renters insurance in my name before movingFor utilities, [redacted] services their areaI contacted [redacted] 03/09/at 4PM & spoke with customer service representative [redacted] in regarding to providing me documentation verifying I didn't have service at that addressShe stated she can request for an email to be sent to me of my account showing one address on file with them when I lived in C [redacted] but she couldn't provide proof of me not being at an address that is not on file for me connecting servicesShe stated that the email can take a couple of business days to be sent outI can provide a copy upon receiptRegarding the statement in the email, the plan to move didn't proceed due to my pregnancy & I loss a very close friend of mine I've been knowing all my life as well so it was a very difficult time for meI didn't even reply back to the emailI moved away from [redacted] *A January 24, due to my pregnancy complications, which forcefully led to me resigning from my job January 18, with [redacted] of GA to move closer to my family for support for myself & one year old son at the timeI have attached my verification employment letter as a supporting document as wellThat's why I can only assume my previous dispute statement regarding validating the debt as mine was misunderstood because it's still being reported as accurate after stating to be verifiedIf the debt was truly verified then it would be removedThis same account from [redacted] was reported to Equifax & Transunion as wellWhen I first acknowledged the inaccurate reporting in September of 2014, weeks after giving birth to my 2nd son I had the account disputed & it was removed immediatelyIt puzzles me that Experian is still allowing this bogus bill as accurate & proper validation. This has truly been a nightmare for me & my children with me not having the privilege to Iive where I want because of this wrongful & misleading credit reportingPlease re-investigate this because clearly it's a mistakeI'm being charged for months of rent & late fees for an apartment someone else was probably paying rent for because I DID NOT LIVE THEREThere is no record of me being a tenant with this apartment complex, no records of a notice of eviction, no utility bill, or any document to clarify the alleged debt being reportedPlease remove immediatelySincerely, [redacted] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]
