Our office recently received your correspondence regarding the above-mentioned consumer's personal credit report.Our records indicate that we previously investigated the [redacted] In each instance our vendor confirmed the accuracy of the information as reported.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public recordAlthough the court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to ExperianExperian's method of verification for public records complies with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by lawWe contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government officeWe ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by lawWe review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional informationIf, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, asappropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processingIf we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendorAfter we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results.Because the information was confirmed accurate, we must respectfully decline the consumer's request to remove the disputed information from their Experian credit report.If the consumer has any additional supporting documentation regarding the disputed information, theymay forward it directly to me for review

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Note: I called back to the representative of Experian and discussed this issueI explained that I never requested for freeze of my credit file and never received any letter or PIN from themAnyway it seems to me there was some confusion which we agreed to resolveThey unfreeze my credit file access and now the vendor (Bank Of America) has received my information to proceed further with my applicationThis whole situation would never happened if I had access to their customer service representative either through telephone or e-mail because I tried to contact them first to resolve this issueI also tried to find any option on their web site but no luckI have contacted other Agencies such as Trans Union, etcby calling them on phone and they responded that we don't have freeze on your credit file At the end, Experian should improve front Desk representation by listing active phone number or e-mailThat's all I would sayPlease close this disputeThanks for the Revdex.com's sincere help on this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not satisfied that these items are under investigation., particularly the [redacted] , [redacted] and [redacted] itemsall three are satisfied, paid as agreed, and I have submitted documentation previously clearing me for the [redacted] small claimsI have been submitting these requests ad nauseum as I feel that the bureaus do not employ any level of common sense, particularly on accounts that are never late, and sufficient explanation has been providedThe only resolution is to completely remove these form my public recordyou see my history as all accounts are paid as agreednow because of a mix-up, there is refusal to help me in my time of needI need to obtain a corporate card for my work and cannot because of these thingsFor example:The [redacted] account you reference an account number and almost displayed my entire social security numberthis CLEARLY is NOT A BANK VCREDIT CARD NUMBER [redacted] is under review by the Revdex.com in Charlotte for representation of my payment history [redacted] Small Claims was paid and I was given assurances by a lawfirm that this would not be placed on my record, and if it was, that UI would supply you with the satisfaction letter and it would be removed from my recordI have done so, and yet it remainsI ask again and again how to REMOVE these items completely from my report; that is the ONLY resolution here other than continuing to press forward month over month, or take legal action against the reporting agenciesI am asking for help here, not some sort of punishment for these thingsthe [redacted] claim was for visits to the hospital for my daughter, who was a week old preemie with seizures and had operations on her brainThe bills read like a bookthe one bill likely fell through the cracks, but I remedied as soon as I found outStill punishednot fair as a consumerI amassed tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills over the last seven years and paid them all, nothing is latePlease reconsider and help me here Regards, [redacted]
