Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello,I just had a complaint closed days ago due to my failure to respond in a timely mannerI would like to respectfully ask if you can re-open this case, because I only now had an opportunity to review Experian’s response dated 12/5/ I would like to state that I strongly disagree with Experian’s response, because their rebuttal is nothing more than an attempt to make me look like I am the one who failed to properly communicate my disputeIn fact, their response is typical and is only another of the many redundant almost automated responses that I have received by Experian every time that I contact them The fact is that not only did I state which accounts I was disputing in my communication of November 3rd, but I also provided the name of each creditor, the account number and the reason why I was disputing themFurthermore, I also provided documentation corroborating the fact that I was a victim of identity theft in order in order to further substantiate the basis of my disputeFinally, aside from providing them my social security number to identify myself I also provided them a copy of my state issued DL, which is a notarized government issued IDTherefore, based on these facts I demand that Experian processes my original dispute at onceAfter my identity was stolen I have dealt with all three of the major credit bureaus to the point where I simply give up and leave this matter alone for many months at a time out of frustration due to their lack of cooperationHowever, Experian is by far the least accessible by any means, the most difficult one to communicate with and the one that is almost impossible to persuade to get them to do anythingRegards, [redacted]
