As the response states I received a call from Michael Lonergan on January 12thI attempted a call back and received a voicemail indicating that MrLonergan would be out of the office for the following week. Given the additional requirement of sending in documentation to prove my address I cannot state that my original complaint has been resolved by this response.

Experian response was delayed and still delayedThere is no verification of such bankruptcy that is showing up on my credit reportThis bankruptcy is caused hectic in my my life and creditThey are stating a 3rd party but is not giving a name of 3rd partyUnder the new law credit bureaus must included the following information for accuracy and verification name, address and ss#/or DOBThey have not provide no such verificationIf they can't prove verification this bankruptcy should be removed permanentlyCDIA also just sent out a letter stating the CRA should be reporting accurate information to improve the quality and currency between them and the consumerIf they can't verify with the time frame the FCRS states it should be deletedI have rights*** Bankruptcy court sent me a letter stating they don't verify nor validate bankruptcy to credit bureaus

I contacted Experian customer service March 29, 2016 (I recorded the call) to discuss this situationI was told that it is Experian's policy to obtain information from *** ONLYExperian does not contact the companies that are reporting to them directly, therefore how can they determine what is accurate and what is notI have submitted this information to the ** Attorney Gerneral's officeThese accounts in question are only on my Experian reportsI am also going to seek counsel with a consumer advocate attorney

They never verified the information nor provided documentation of who they verified the information withI spoke with the US Bankruptcy court and they stated they do not verify information with the credit bureauI also reached out to *** and the account was under investigation when it was disputed with Experian and they stated they did not verify information with ExperianI plan to file suit in small claims court for defamation, willful injury and protection under the FCRAExperian failed to provide me with the description of the procedure used and provide me with the name, address, and telephone number of each person who personally verified this alleged account, so that I can inquire how they verified without providing any proof, bearing my signature

I tried contacting Experian (via *** ***)
He has said that they do not see where a charge was made with my credit cardI
have my bank statement sitting here right in front of me where the charge was
made (unauthorized)*** *** is enjoying playing games with me, as he
does not like me for contacting the Revdex.comHe keeps doing what the lady in the
original complaint didHe asks me for all my personal financial information, and
then when I give it to him he refuses to provide me with any info as proof that
he is taking my info down for professional reasonsHe continues to make me
call him and he has proven to be incompetent in refunding me my moneyHe
refuses to let me talk to his bossThis is money that they should have just
refunded to me a month ago, but instead the games continueI am going to
contact my bank and report this as fraud on my account.
