I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[What is there to investigate regarding my name, attached is the same copies of my drivers license and voters regristration that was sent to them, I'm not understanding what the issue is, and they've been investigating the same info for over a year, what do I need to send a blood sample? And as far as one main financial they didn't do anything, Equifax put that I disputed it, why would I disputed an account that was paid in full a few years ago that's in good standing? That makes no sense and last they did not explain to me why 6points were removed previously from my credit score, when I clicked on explanation on credit karma there was non, I understand ey get paid by these companies to keep people down but if you are going to play around with people credit reports and affect their scores to stop them from getting ahead at least do your job the correct way instead of coming up with things just not to correct and admit to your mistakes]
