I was very satisfied with Express Electrical Services. Robert and Jesse identified my electrical issues quickly and resolved them in a professional manner. Robert explained to me the causes for the electrical issues and fixed them to my satisfaction.

Express Electrical Service came out to correct an electrical issue I had with my ceiling fan which was recently installed through another person. They came in and not only corrected the problem but also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They also did drywall and painting in the areas where the electrical work was previously left unfinished and did an outstanding job. I would personally recommend them to friends and family for any type of electrical work. What made them go over the top was when they checked ny jet tub in the master bathroom and told me the reason why it wasn't working was due to the the circuit breaker being tripped. They did not charge me for that and they're reputable honest technicians go far above what I expected. This is a company I will definitely be using in the future for any type of home projects. Thank you and keep up the great service.

I had a minor problem after the service and Jesse came right back out and fixed it immediately. Unappreciated his response, helpfulness, and nice attitude.

These guys are terrific...Jacob, Hector and I believe Lamar were efficient, polite and a good work ethic. They did an excellent job and excellent clean up afterwards...I'm very pleased...

Guys showed up on time, were friendly and knew how to fix the problem after I described it. They gave another option for a more complete fix, but did not high pressure me. They did some trouble-shooting to make sure all was well. They completed the job in less than an hour. The cost was reasonable. I would call these guys again.

I highly recommend Express Electrical Service. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and completed the repairs which turned out to be more complicated than expected the same day. Wallace Mejia was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for all future electrical work.

1st rate professional service. Oren Karni came same day as I called needing help, and work completed the same day. Excellent diagnostics to identify problems in our old mobile home, and offered a range of options, and clearly explained the trade-offs. Could not ask for better service.

We had to reschedule for 3 hours later due to the weather, but the service man came on time and the work looks great.

Requesting the breakdown of an invoice, which would include labor, materials and photographs of the service in question.
On October 5, 2018, A T & T came out to update my internet service. Upon arrival of the A T & T service technician, who then was in the process of installing the wires for the internet damaged my electrical system to my home. All the electricity went out in my entire house. This A T & T service technician then called Express Electrical Service because this was a company that A T & T uses for electrical problems. It is a 24 hour emergency electrical service that repairs electrical systems. Since A T & T uses this company often, I believe at the time that it was a reputable company and that A T & T would reimburse me for the damages caused by the A T & T service technician.
On Friday evening, October 5, 2018, Express Electrical Service was called to restore power to my home. Since it was an emergency, the technician didn't show up until approximately 11:50 p.m. At the time of service, the service technician (*** gave us the diagnosis of the problem with the electricity and an estimate which was approximately $***(electrical technician for Express) stated at this time that he did not have the parts or equipment to fix the problem with the electricity. He then came back on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at approximately 8:00 a.m. He worked all day until approximately 5:00 p.m. At the time of completion the service technician gave us *** for the amount of $***. The invoice only had a small space to describe the problem being fixed. The invoice also specified that there would not be a break down and it was a fixed price. I then requested at the time a breakdown of services and materials that pertained to the invoice amount. I need this information for my internet provider. The service technician said there would be no problem with providing me with a breakdown since the invoice did not provide enough room for a breakdown of labor and materials. *** said just call the office and the company will provide the breakdown of the invoice and photographs that were taken at the time the job was done. This was a typical request according to the service technician. *** also gave me the name of the person that would provide me with this information. The name of the person is *** This is the supervisor for Express Electrical Service. I trusted that this company would provide me with the breakdown of labor, materials, and photographs for the service provided and the invoice involved. I then made the payment by check to Express Electrical.
On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, I called Express Electrical Service to request an explanation and breakdown of *** and I spoke with a *** who is a dispatcher and screens calls as to who answers them. *** indicated that there would be no problem in providing me with that information. *** then called me back asking exactly what I needed. She then said that I would have to speak with *** regarding the request. Each time I called, a dispatcher would take a message and there would be no return call.
Finally, on October 25, 2018, after waiting more than 20 minutes, I spoke with *** She indicated that she would just have a technician explain what was done and there would be no explanation or photographs provided. *** indicated to me that the electrical company doesn't have to provide anything to their customers and that was the end of our conversation. I needed this information for my internet provider. Since then, *** doesn't return calls nor did Express Electrical Services provide me with a breakdown of labor, materials or photographs for ***. The internet provider company has called several times with the same response that there would be nothing in writing to breakdown the invoice in question. All I'm asking for is a breakdown of labor, materials and photographs of the work done on *** so I can be reimbursed.

Wallace was an excellent electrician. He was kind, polite and gave a
great explanation regarding my electrical problem.
He cleaned up when he was finished and left things spotless!
I highly recommend Wallace and his work.
