Wallace and Master technician Lamer is a very patient ,accommodating,respectful and polite person just the kind that we senior citizen s need. I was very impressed with his work and neatness with his job. We are very thankful for sending him to us. He came in his white uniform neatly pressed and even used shoes covers. That was the first and only time that I have observed someone doing it and I have had hired people through the years to do some work in the house. I appreciate his consideration for my house and most of all for his helpfulness. Thank you *** also for being an excellent assistant.

If I could give Rob 10 stars, I would! I could not have been happier with Rob's service from Express Electrical!

Last night, I lost power in my bedroom and after some of my attempts to troubleshoot failed, I called Express. They were able to get me an appointment the next day, at my convenience. The wonderfully kind dispatch agents gave me a two hour window and called me twice to update me on the arrival time and to let me know whom I should expect.

When Rob arrived, he was quick to get to work. He answered all of my questions along the way, helping understand his process and the problem. Within 45 minutes, he was able to identify the problem, give me 3 options for repair, and fix the problem.

Overall, Rob was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant whilst Express was quick, responsive, and transparent! I'll definitely be calling Express and requesting Rob for any future electrical work!

I was very impressed with Robert ! He was friendly and very professional. He fixed my defective wall switch and explained exactly what was wrong. I would ask for him again if I needed more work done.

Express Electric did the electrical wiring for my home in 2016. They did an excellent job, so I called them to put in some outdoor lighting. Again, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
