I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedIt';s such a shame that that the poor customer service resulted in me filing a complaintIf Charmaine would have responded to my email I sent on 7.**this would have been resolved thenWhen I look at the account activity online it does not display any transaction on 7.***(which is the day after I had to email Charmaine (letters attached.)Not sure why it took over business days and an email for them to issue a creditSo sad that they don't know how to communicate and respond to emailsCharmaine also stated that she would contact me back with regard to my other complaints (see email attached) and never contacted me back via phone nor emailA little communication goes a long way(Even when I called the presidents office I had to leave a couple messages before I received a return call).
