I am rejecting this response because: As you can clearly see via the attachment I have provided, the site lists the glasses for sale as $Therefore, if I had bought them from the site as instead of requesting them as a replacement, they would not have cost the extra money that they are claimingThis is advertisement to list one price on your site and then charge anotherUnacceptable.Also, if you read the company's response, their math is completely incorrect and proves my pointThey say:"The costs for your 1st job is $ ($frame + $lens)The costs for your replacement is $($frame + $lens)"$59? Where is this extra $coming from? + is NOT $15+is $49, which is what I should have been charged, meaning I am still owed the dollar difference from my original $56. If this company picks and chooses prices seemingly out of the blue that contradict what they advertise on their website, as well as not providing the refund difference they promise, they have just lost a loyal customer
