Dear Revdex.com - This post live webinar email Ms. [redacted] received was inadvertently sent out to the wrong mailing list. It was sent to the Sky & Telescope customer list of which Ms. [redacted] is a member. We did send a subsequent follow-up and apology to the Sky & Telescope list to inform customers...

of the error. Ms. [redacted] was not charged for this webinar and there is no identity theft involved. Corrective action has taken place to ensure this doesn't happen again. We checked our 800# logs and email database 10 minutes ago, and have no contact from Ms. [redacted]. The team is reaching out to her directly to find out what number exactly she was dialing. Thank you.

In reference to complaint ID [redacted]: I have not received the book. I received an email saying it has finally been mailed to me. I will wait some time to see if I indeed get it. If I don't, I will submit another complain. Anyways, I am still not happy with the fact that this company failed to communicate the shipping delivery of the book and were not able to answer 3 emails, until I wrote a complain to Revdex.com. Most likely will not buy from them again, and certainly, will not recommend them. Thank you kindly for your help.

I disagree with their response regarding my issue. As I stated in my complaint, when I drove my vehicle to their service center to have the wheel bearing repaired, my car was running fine. ( no missing, stalling, sputtering, etc.) I received a call at approx. 10:30 am the same day I took the car in. I was told the car was taken for a test drive to see if the bearing needed replaced, and if the temperature gauge would rise to an overheating level. I was told at that time that the bearing would be replaced, and the cooling system was working properly. At 2:30 pm the same day, I received another call. The person I spoke with, said the bearing had been fixed, but that that they encountered another issue. The number 4 ignition coil also needed replaced. I get that replacing spark plugs is a regular maintenance procedure, but within a time span of 4 hours, my car went from running normally to somehow being damaged. I'm not buying their story. I took my car to another mechanic and had the coil replaced. Car Credit Nation mechanics will never touch my car again. Furthermore,  I will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from their business. I should have paid better attention to the bad reviews I read on their website before I purchased a car from them. There certainly is a truth behind the phrase: "buyer beware". Regards,

The customer placed a total of three orders for the incorrectly-priced kit: two in her name (one for 1 kit which...

[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  
An apology does not guarantee that my personal information wasn't sent out to unauthorized individuals.  They did not address/advise that the problem had been resolved.  Personal information is a very important and private issue that F+W Media seems not to take seriously from their response.  An apology does not meet the standards of finding the problem and letting me know that my personal information is not floating around in cyber space.
