I was contacted via telephone by Life Beacon Wireless Medical Alert about their productsI was offered a system for $per month beginning in AugustThe payment was taken out of my disability debit card on 8/8/and again 9/13/both being $transactionsI did not receive any system or equipment from the company and they were aware that I had not activated the system and they continued to charge my accountThat in itself is also poor customer serviceI was finally able to find a phone number to Life Beacon as my debit card company was able to provide me with the informationI telephoned them and informed them I had not received or activated their system, the representative confirmed it had not been activated but stated the system was delivered to a mail recepticle on 8/13/I asked who signed for it and she started no one, the mail person marked it delivered on that dayI stated then anyone could of got my system if I didn't sign for it someone should ofThe rep st

I go into this family dollar location at least once a week and spend hundreds of dollars there each timeBut for the past two months one of the employees has followed me around the store making rude comments and HARRASSING me like I've done something wrongAnd today I went in there and he tried to physically push me and my friend who was holding her baby out the door yelling we are banned and I can't come on thereI asked to speak to the managerAnd the manager got very rude with me and told me I had to leave because the other employee said I had toI asked for an explantion or proof I have done wrong and she told me I had no choice but to leave because the other employee had a feeling I was up to no good They could not provide proof or even a slightest reason why but called a security guard to remove meI'm a paying customer who pays everytime, have never stolen from or made any problems for that store even tho im constantly stocked and harrassed by employeesNow I'm not alou

The case was reviewed by dca and also we gave her the opportunity to take her vehicle to nissan dealer and she refusedour hands are tied our legal team are working to put a case against her for bad mouthing our business and scamming local business, we have a solid evidence and witness that she tried to play the same game with other local shops in Modesto and also was communicating with several co-workers how she gets her money back and free stuffPlease do not disturb us any more we are here to run business, not following Jerey Springer Show

I contacted JD Services for a small job in my older home last fall MrC*** arrived on time and was professional and friendly He didn't disparage my questions or ideas and I felt comfortable working with himI accepted his estimate and the work went well, was completed in a timely manner and at the estimated costThe place was clean when the crew left I couldn't be more please with the workMrC*** and his crew were respectful of me and my property I've discussed further projects in my older home with Jeremy and I'd recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat!

I received my Title yesterday and consider my complaint resolved

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** has given written permission to a Revdex.com representative for me to speak and act on her behalf. I did assist with the purchase of the vehicle, so *** DOES have a check written to him from me that assisted with the purchase of the vehicle. There was NO buyer's guide in the vehicle or on ANY vehicle in the lot. There were definitely NOT cars in the lot. The vehicle was listed on Craigslist as "for sale by owner". It was not in the dealer section of Craiglist. It was assumed we were purchasing from a private seller until the actual sale occurred. The "office" is located within another business, a storage unit facility. Mr*** only introduced himself as *** on the phone and in the ad on Craigslist. He also listed his personal cell phone number and not a business number. The Buyer's Guide was NOT presented until we were taken back to the office and in the middle of the sale. We have photos of the Jeep as it was advertised and I do have the buyer's guide that was folded up in the envelope with the stickers still in place showing that it was indeed NOT on the vehicle. We now know that this is illegal to do and that the guide MUST be displayed in a prominent place ON the vehicle. This most definitely wasn't the case. *** did not "blow it up". She drove it for approximately days and miles, before the transmission began to slip and it began to overheat. It was found that despite his assurance that the vehicle was serviced and in "excellent" condition it had been "serviced" just enough to run for a few days before falling apart. It was found that the radiator cap was replaced with one that didn't seal to hide the fact that the radiator needed to be replaced. We made multiple attempts to contact *** but he would not answer the calls. We did leave reviews on his Facebook review section which he promptly removed since they were not favorable. He also removed the photos of the vehicles he had for sale It was also found from other's reviews of the company that many have had this exact same issue. He passes himself off as a private owner, lies about the condition of the vehicle, and then when you are convinced you want to purchase it is revealed that he is in fact a dealership. Further research online has revealed that we aren't the first person to have this issue. This "business" definitely needs to be investigated. *** has begun repairs on the vehicle and so far has spent about dollars in parts and labor and it will need more work. Mr*** wants to say that she got the Jeep at the "amazing" price that she did, but what he doesn't want anyone to know is that he flat out lied about the condition of the vehicle, which makes the price NOT quite so "amazing" as he says it is. *** would like the repairs to the transmission and radiator reimbursed as those are the two major defects that should have been disclosed at the time of sale.

I came it with what amounted to a scratch on my bumperBut, the plastic was separated from the frame on one sideThe man who gave me the estimate for repair said it would cost me about $to replace the bumperHe took multiple pictures of the car, then walked to the front of the car and with a fist hit the bumper into placeHe then said, "How's that?!" It met my satisfaction without paying for a whole new bumperHe didn't take money from an elderly woman who was willing to pay for the repairAnd, I left a happy customer, believing there are still business owners who don't try to give even if it costs them a littleI've heard this business is fair and honest- and I experienced itI will be returning if we can get some money in their pockets should our cars need bodywork

wasn't working right or so I was told.They took me to another machine where the transaction was completedI asked about double billing and was told that the first one didn't go through.On May **, I were contacted by the credit card company that I have a double charge of $On May **, I returned to Family Dollar to have the charge removedI was given what I call the runaround by the assistant managerI was told that I would have to talk to Family Dollar corporation and was given the number ###-###-#### to call

enters into a contract with us for that purchaseas-is, no warranty.All customers are given an buyers guide that states: you will pay for all cost for ANY repairsThe dealer assumes no responsibility for repairs regardless of any statements made about the vehicle

Business states that phones are always on sale, they run out quickly when they are in stockThey will always honor sale price but don't have control of when they sell out

JD Services did an amazing job restoring my home to its original beauty!! Top notch attention to detail and pride in their work I couldn't be happier- my home looks better than I'd ever imagined possible!!
