This company uses deceptive letters to make new homeowners feel that they need to follow up on its bogus requests for personal information.
I have received 5 or more fake letters from this company. I have no ability to contact them myself or I would. They use deceptive language like "2nd notice" or "final notice" as if we had made an agreement to correspond that I was not respecting, the way a company collecting a bill would. I am entirely sick of getting these fake letters that intentionally instill panic. I don't want your insurance. I don't want you to ask me if I want insurance. If I wanted your insurance I wouldn't be shopping for it in a fake final notice letter. It is unethical to send these fake notice letters to people when we are all in the financial shape that we are in and induce that panic on purpose. This is a cruel practice that introduces unwanted and unwelcome discomfort and anxiety into my routine that is unnecessary. I only wish that there was a way to speak with a live agent without giving away my personal information to enjoy conveying these feelings to an employee of this company, but I have been left no other recourse but this.

Desired Outcome

Never make any attempt to contact me or anyone in my home by any means.

Family Data Wellness Center sent me an undesired and unsolicited mailer to my residential mailing address. I want their solicitation to stop now!
I keep receiving unwanted and undesired solicitation at my residential mailing address. This unwanted and undesired solicitation is being generated by a company calling itself Family Wellness Data Center. They keep soliciting my residential mailing address trying to sell me mortgage protection life insurance.
On September 5, 2020 I received a mailer from Family Wellness Data Center. The mailer was promoting their mortgage protection life insurance. This solicitation is a scam and I want these people to stop sending unwanted and undesired solicitation to my residential mailing address. On the outside of the envelope the company tells you that it is urgent you must reply in 14 days. Once you open the envelope you discover the company takes no initiative to identify who they are. When you call the number on the mailer you get an automated system that asks you to answer several demographic questions. That is as far as I got. I wanted to find out who this company was so I could send them a cease and desist letter. I
still plan on doing this. Family Wellness Data Center is located at PO BOX 6373 Asheville, NC XXXXX-XXXX. This company does not offer the consumer the ability to opt out of its mail solicitation, provide the consumer a direct phone number, and it does not provide the consumer a website to address any concerns the consumer may have. There is no way to reach this company directly. The
bottom line is this company is a fraud and I want the Revdex.com to be aware of this company and direct this company to cease all communication with me and stop soliciting my residential mailing address with their scams.

Desired Outcome

I am demanding that Family Wellness Data Center immediately cease and desist all communication with me, immediately cease their solicitation of my residential mailing address, and immediately purge all my consumer information from all their corporate databases.

Apparently, their specialty is sending these letters to people who have no mortgage. In my case to a person who has never lived here. (I am only the second owner of the home and obviously know the name of the person I bought it from.) There is an actual mortgage company with the name they used in one of the onslaught of letters. That company told me to contact them and tell them to knock it off, but that is not possible since human beings don't answer their phones. Mario M. if you filed a complaint with the Postmaster, is there some number or identifying info we could include were we to do the same?

This company is now apparently called "Leadpro Family Wellness Data Center". The office manager is (if she's truthful) Laura S I have submitted complaints to the FTC and the NC Department of Justice.

I have been unsuccessful determining whether they have a current business license, as the Buncombe County records didn't have anyone manning the phones. The NC Department of Justice has been fairly helpful, sending nastigrams, along with my correspondence (also a nastigram). I've only received the promise from Laura, that my name would be removed from their list. My rebuttal hasn't made it to her yet.

This company and others like it prey on our most vulnerable citizens. Make no mistake about it, appropriating a mortgage lenders name in the return address area, as if your ad is from them, is immoral. Maybe it's illegal but deregulation may have removed that protection. It's been worth my quarantine time to provide pertinent feedback to this unscrupulous business.

Receiving numerous SPAM mail with misguiding information and no way to contact or opt-out. Sender impersonates my mortgage company.
I am receiving 2-4 spam mail from this company a day. They impersonate my mortgage lender, and they do NOT identify themselves in the mail items. My only way to know who this is was to contact Revdex.com. This is a complete scam, and they intentionally mislead people by pretending to be mortgage companies. You don't know it is fake until you open the letter. Even then, there is zero information on who this really is. This should be illegal.

Desired Outcome

This practice should be illegal. They should identify themselves as their own company. They should include opt-out information that is clear. The mail should identify some way to stop these unsolicited letters. They should not be able to identify themselves on envelopes (the "To" section) using any other company but their own. This is intentional, and it is a scam. Maybe someone would use your services if you were not using deceptive processes.

Continued mailings with no way to opt out
We have continually received increasingly 'urgent' mailings about our mortgage. I am unable to find company information in order to opt out or mailings.

Desired Outcome

Would like to stop receiving mailings.

Each time I refinance I get a letter from this company. I've tried calling to speak with someone and it's all automated. Numerous letters, harassment.
How can this company be verified to prevent further letters from being sent to me? They ask if I want mortgage protection life insurance for 5 years and through 2 refinancings but theres no one to talk to about these unsolicited inquiries. Its frustrating and something needs to be done especially being that there are so many complaints.o made the mistake of sending an inquiry through the mail only to have an automated system call me with no live person.

Desired Outcome

Be complacent about who the company is and have legitimate/ verified website and accreditation through the Revdex.com.

Unsolicited letter regarding recent mortgage and life insurance
Received an unsolicited letter in the mail advertising a life insurance program. Letter has no company name on it and just appears to be a scam. I want this company found out and their scammy business practices stopped.

Desired Outcome

I want this company found out and their scammy business practices stopped. No more letters.

I keep getting spam mail to purchase mortgage insurance from this company and they aren't affiliated with my mortgage lender.
I get spam mail almost daily about buying mortgage insurance from this company.

Desired Outcome

Please stop sending me this junk mail, I want to be removed from your mailing list.

Misleading mailers. Looks like your Mortgage Company!
Totally misleading mailer. "Urgent Reminder:" "Response needed within 14 days".

This needs to stop! I am getting spammed weekly with notices that looks like I am delinquent in my mortgage. If I was someone who did not know better, I would have completed the form and sent back with payment.

THIS MUST STOP NOW!

Desired Outcome

To stop mailing people with these misleading mailers. Remove me from their mailing list.

How is this still legal? Sending junk mails without any company info. Can't Revdex.com track the business down by their PO BOX address? Because all the phone numbers they have listed here or on the letter (844 263 ending with 1335) is just auto recorded message asking you to enter the reference ID. How is this even legal? No way to take down the business?

First, I'm irritated that they new of a recent refinancing VA loan.

Two, I did not solicit life insurance.

Third, the mailer was in a very formal id

Daily barrage of misleading US mail- a waste of resources, human energy, and a scam, with no way to opt out or contact them.
New mortgage- mail refers to the mortgage lender's name so mail appears to be from the lender. Fine print shows it is not. One phone number to dial and you must enter a code, no person to speak to and no way to opt out. Five letters, an envelope that uses the same font as the 2020 census and says 2020 and Important Documents Enclosed.

Desired Outcome

Prosecution of false claims preying on uninformed clients. Prosecution for mail fraud/misleading information and poor business practices. If there are so many complaints, and there is an address and a phone number (*** why aren't the local or federal agencies bringing charges?

They send super predatory marketing letters that look like they are from "Your Lender". They reference your loan amount. It's all ***.
predatory marketing/sales.

Desired Outcome

make them stop predatory marketing

Unsolicited official looking offers from Benefits Processing Dep for mortgage protection life insurance.
After a mortgage re-fi, I began receiving unsolicited official looking offers from Benefits Processing Dep for mortgage protection life insurance.
These "offers" appear in my mailbox every other day and use words in large bold letters on some of their mailings that say IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED.
Although I toss these annoying scam letters in the trash, they have details about me and my re-finance that are personal.

Desired Outcome

Have this "business" cease sending endless official looking mailings that appear to be important when, in fact, it is just a company looking to make money off of insurance premiums to an unknown company.

SCAM looking to sell insurance using sleazey tactics in endless mailings that appear official from a company that operates from a PO box and NO NAME!

Sending me non stop mail about insurance on a mortgage. I paid cash for my house, nice touch with the fake loan number and bank. Filling a complaint with the postmaster.

I have received a new letter from them at least 3 times a week since I closed on my house. It's gettting ridiculous.
I do not want to get this Mortgage Protection Insurance they are offering or the crazy amount of letters I receive each week. Please help.

Desired Outcome

No more letters or offers from is company.

Multiple mailings with return envelope simply saying "BENEFITS PROCESSING DEPARTMENT" No way to opt out of more mailings phone number automated.
We get Multiple mailings from whoever is using this PO Box and Bulk Mailing permit No *** with return envelope simply saying "BENEFITS PROCESSING DEPARTMENT". The phone number they have is automated and will not let you do anything except provide your personal information as an acceptance of their offer so that someone can call you back. Suspect this is a data mining operation.

The Public information that they use on the insert with the mailing to make it look like they got the information from our mortgage company is inaccurate enough to know its not a legitimate offer related to our mortgage but close enough. Its easy to see how someone else might fall for the deception and respond to the mailing.

Desired Outcome

I have reached out to the US Post office to attempt to find out what business is actually paying for the bulk mailing Permit and for the PO Box *** so that action can be taken against their deceptive and often predatory ad campaigns. Both my business and personal addresses are flooded with dozens of similar false mailings every week and it is a waste of resources making sure they are disposed of so that the sensitive information they seem to be able to get all too readily is not misused.
