We received solicitation for mortgage protection, however, we have no mortgage. Clearly they obtained house purchase information, and made assumptions regarding mortgage. I clasify this as fraudulent marketing and likely a fraudulent company.

I never opted for this company's services, yet they mail me letters nearly every single day which look like final bill notices and overdue payment letters. It is borderline FRAUD because they use the letterhead from MY BANK and in very fine print at the bottom explain they have no affiliation with my bank. The only way I found out where these were coming from I'd the return envelope included..... It's extremely obnoxious and an overly aggressive method of business. I haven't figured out how to get them to stop.

Sent unsolicited mail to be that deceptively looks like the my mortgage holder bank.

Letter has the name of by mortgage holder bank in large bold numbers but then says "Loan Amount" underneath to justify the use of my banks name. Then in very small letters it says that it is not affiliated or authorized by my bank.

Highly deceptive, I would not trust them.

They have been harassing me through mailings and I cannot get them to stop!

They are using my maiden name fro m over 40 years ago with my current address. I lived in 3 other places before. They mention a loan amount that doesn't look familiar to me, and refer to the lender as Your Lender. Fine print says the specific loan information was obtained from public records but that isn't true either because I never carried a loan as high as the amount they mention.

Since we bought our house 3 weeks ago I have received several of these per week. So frustrating and a waste of paper.

Hounding us every week. No number is listed to call to be removed. Have return their mail opened and unopened but still getting these. PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP.

We did a refi a few months ago and have been receiving junk mail from this place constantly since then. I sent two of these back to them requesting that they remove me from their mailing list but only received more junk mail. I find it strange that they have no legitimate contact information in the letter. That makes me believe that this entity is not a legitimate company and should be avoided like any other scam. People beware!

This has all the warning bells of being a scam. I received numerous mailings from them since a refinance, and they look like a late bill/urgent notice. They ask for personal contact information, without supplying any of their own valid contact information other than a PO Box that may or may not exist. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

We did a REFI last August of 2017. We've been getting this type of mail shortly after we closed in September of 2017. Just got another one today - October 23, 2018. No name- no phone number. No legit address- just. a P.O.Box number. . This in itself is a FLAG for a SCAM. A P.O. Box number. A TRUE businesses will have a street address- phone number and the name of the representative. The mortgage amount, by the way, is the same as when we transacted the REFI over a year ago. At the BOTTOM of the page it DOES state they got the information off public records. Benefits and carriers will vary for coverages and are subject to underwriting approval, product limitations and availability. This is HOW IT reads at the bottom of the page. You be the judge. For your sake, please proceed with caution. Mainly, be VERY careful who you do business with. Sounds tempting. It used to be years ago like in the 70's and 80's that there USED to be mortgage protection from the Lending Bank the loan was taken from but NOT anymore. Not to my knowledge anyway. I've done SEVERAL house purchases and so far NONE IS available.

I closed on my house August 10, 2018 and received at least 3 of these letters. I immediately looked for a phone number to call them but wasn't one anywhere on the letter. I know then it wasn't a good idea to give them my contact info.

I Closed on my property on the 28, th of July , since August 1 2018 I get two or three of these letters per day , soliciting Mortage insurance in case I die ! I sent two back today with a note , to STOP sending me this Garbage !

Absolutely misleading advertising. Implying that they are my bank til with the "late notices". Until you read the fine print. Unethical, poor integrity and just plain low in character. Piss off.

Ever since I purchased my home they keep filling my mailbox with unsolicited garbage. There is no phone number to ask them to remove me from their mailing list, so I guess I can look forward to throwing away a mailer or two from them daily for the foreseeable future. What an obvious scam.

I have received several solicitations from this company. They do not include their true company name, their physical address, their phone number, or their insurance license information. All of which seems extremely shady to me. They get their information from public deed filing information but in my case want to insure a mortgage I don't have.

Worst solicitation market in scheme ever. Their envelope comes with " 2nd notice to Borrower " in bold ; 14 days to reply... Confidential Information enclosed.
they are liars! My name, address and amt paid for a house at sheriff sale are public records. THEY MAKE FALSE IMPRESSION I BORROWED FROM THE SENDER OF THE MAIL, BUT NO RETURN ADDRESS TO RETURN TO THEM.THEY SHOULD NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN.

I received solicitation info from this company just after I closed on my home equity loan! My information retained by the lender was ALL CONFIDENTIAL AND PERSONAL. How in the world did this business obtain my loan information??
