Multiple mail solicitations received with no option to opt-out.
I have received numerous solicitations for mortgage protection insurance, sometimes multiple solicitations in the same day. They are addressed to my name only even though my husband is the one who obtained our mortgage. The notices are always marked as time-sensitive and urgent, and envelopes are marked to indicate that confidential information is enclosed. The toll-free number provided goes to an automated system with a series of personal questions that must be answered, and there is no way to bypass this to speak to a representative. There is no physical address or email address available to opt-out of solicitations.

Some companies have no couth. Letter after letter in the mail... SECOND NOTICE, RESPONCE NEEDED!!!!! Scroungy and filthy for bugging people with your garbage. STOP SENDING PEOPLE LETTERS ALREADY.... We don't want your junk mail, you don't matter and nobody cares... Keep you nose in your own business and stay out of mine..

Constant Spam Mailed to my address, disguised advertised as a Threat of Final Notification of Mortgage. No return phone # supplied.
This is a Harassing Company who uses your personal information to threaten final notices, I order for you to open their spam mail. They leave no supplied contact phone number, to request removal from their mailing list.

They sent advertisements to my address for low cost mortgage protection life insurance with the name *** as intended recipient.
This house has never been owned by ***. Why is this company soliciting an individual at my home address?

They sent an solicited mailing selling mortgage protection insurance. "***" is all over it, but they aren't ***
in detail - It says "*** loan amount" Lender: ***

And it also says, "not affiliated with or sponsored by ***; solicitation not authorized by and loan information not provided by ***.

It is a fraudulent attempt to sell me mortgage insurance masquerading as ***. Additionally, it's misrepresenting itself by not at all identifying itself in the letter as "family wellness data center" - it's only on the return envelope I see who I'm really dealing with.

It's spam junk mail that is not authorized to solicit to me, and it's deceptive. They should be shut down.

Unsolicited mail with NO Opt-Out option.
This company continues to mail us with letters that look like they come from our lender, regarding home insurance. There is no website and the phone number does not offer an option to speak to a human and/or to opt-out -- without FIRST having to give personal information. This spam needs to be stopped. We do NOT want their mail or offers.

Just received an envelope with 'second notice' appearing on the front of the envelope as if this is some type of collection notice.
I am mailing this back to them in their postage paid envelope demanding that they remove us from their mailing list.
Maybe if enough people do the same, they'll get the hint after having to pay the postage on the returned envelopes.
Pro tip for Family Wellness Data Center, sending a solicitation that looks like a collection letter will only irritate people.

Getting mail every day from this company.
I am getting 16 letters a week from this company. Five for me, five for my husband, and five with both our names on them. The thing is that I am not even on the loan.

In April and May 2019, company sent too mailings each week with deceitfully worded bank name and has no way to be added to do not contact list.
Mortgage ID was the ID for the offer.
My husband and I were offered mortgage protection insurance. Upon calling the number, I cannot reach a person or a way to be put on the do not contact list. It simply asks for the enrollment information to be entered that I won't enter as it will be used against us to call us as relentlessly as the mail us.

They send me mail EVERYDAY to try to sell me insurance.

They try to make their form look like it is coming from a bank. They add "Second Notice" like their stupid form is important. They are wasting my time.

Company sends advertising without the ability to opt out. Misleads people to think offer is required.
The company is sending mailings multiple times per week. Mailings are marked urgent or required and include the name of my mortgage lender, leading me to believe it is from my lender. There is no ability to opt out of these mailings.

Multiple mailings to incorrect address / no live person to contact
I have received multiple mailings from this company. The issue is that it is being sent to an address that my husband & I are NOT associated with and we have never lived there. I have tried to contact the numbers on the mailings, but it puts you in an automated queue and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person. The process immediately takes you to an application process to input all your information. I do not appreciate solicitations / junk mail sent to a wrong address. It is a breach of my PRIVACY.

SCAMMERS-- want to buy insurance in case you can't pay your mortgage..which is a fake mortgage. Previously received a postcard, now a letter.
When literature is sent out it has a bank/financial institution you use, but not their official logo. Does mention not "affiliayed or sponsored with your bank nor authorized." Most people wouldn't readit even though it is to the right of your address.

I receive a letter in the mail every few weeks and it seems to represent my bank. It is not from my bank. There is no way to opt out of receiving it

Predatory sales practices intended to confuse new homeowners and pressure them into buying mortgage protection insurance.
Numerous notices, attempting to show affiliation with mortgage lender (aside from fine print); almost no details about the real business; use of colored paper, warnings, and official looking envelopes to confuse customers. Requesting a form with additional personal information.

This company is sending me multiple solicitations for mortgage protection insurance for a loan that does not exist.
I have received multiple letters from "Family Wellness Data Center" to solicit business from me to take advantage of their "low cost Mortgage Protection Insurance which can protect your $59,900 loan in case of emergency." There is no mortgage loan that exists. I made a property purchase in Salem, Oregon recently for the amount listed, but there is not currently a mortgage that exists for that property. The letter I received does not have an "opt out" option available.
