Family Wellness Data Center Reviews (%countItem)

I recieve 1-2 letters from this company a day. this all unsolicited mail, at this frequency it feels like harassment. I would like to be removed from
Mortgage ID: XXXX-XXX-XXX
Toll-Free Number: XXX-XXX-XXXX
REFERENCE ID: OD0MXXX-XXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Stop sending me correspondence and remove me from the mailing list.

Company sends overwhelming amount of scoliciting mail, with my address but addressed to my neighbor's name - showing mortgage information.
I've received several letters from this company, selling what I can only assume is MPI. There has never been a phone number on the letter until the one I received today, 2/14/20. (number listed to call: XXX-XXX-XXXX) I called the number and followed directions on the letter and ID number provided did not work. I've worked in the mortgage industry for 8 years and know this scam. What concerns me the most is that the letter has MY address, but my neighbor's name and mortgage information in the letter. This is a huge concern of mine. There is no way to get in touch with this company, and the communication, receiving envelope, and pre-paid return envelope has no company name or leading information other than the return address: PO BOX 6373 *** XXXXX-XXXX.

Desired Outcome

I wish that the information presented on the letter is updated to be correct and that we no longer receive these scam documents.

Sends unsolicited letter made to look as if coming from mortgage lender, contains personal financial info, and does not disclosing their company name.
Feb. 3, 2020 - We received an unsolicited letter from an unknown company, disguised and worded to look as if it had been sent by a creditor. The letter inside contained an advertisement for financial and insurance services. It also contained false statements ("second notice"), personal financial information (mortgage balance), and was worded as if the financial and insurance services were provided by our lender. While there is a small, fine-print, dislcaimer; the company that sent the letter did not disclose their business name anywhere on the envelope or in the advertising letter. We did not request financial services from this or any other company, nor did we authorize them to access or use our financial information.

Desired Outcome

We request that the Revdex.com tell Family Wellness Data Center or whichever company is using the PO box *** in *** NC XXXXX, any parent, or affiliated company to clearly disclose their company name in advertisin, to cease and desist using our financial institutions name in advertising to us, to stop contacting us in any manner or form, and to stop accessing our personal financial data without our express permission.

We just bought a home and have received at least 5 different letters from here trying to sell us whatever mortgage insurance scam they can think of (Note that buying property is public record, banks are not "selling" this information to them).

It comes with a prepaid envelope, so find something stupid and mail it back! There's no pre-printed return address. Might as well waste their time.

I've been at my new home for 3 weeks and have received no less than 25 letters from them advertising mortgage protection insurance.
The letters are misleading and look like a letter from my mortgage lender. After the 25th or so harassing notice, I attempted to call them to ask them to remove my name/address from their database. I get stuck on an endless automated operator loop.

This is harassment and borders on fraud/scam.

Desired Outcome

I want them to remove my information from their database.

They keep sending mailers and it needs to stop 4x a week and when I call the number it's automated and someone will call you back if further info subm
Stop sending me the mailers I receive up to 4x a week since November.

Desired Outcome

Stop contacting me.

I would like to stop receiving the constant solicitation by mail from this shady "company".
False information. Misleading. Predatory. Constant mailing. Wasting of resources. Unwanted solicitation from a scam company. Reasonable communication and requests to stop have proven impossible.

Desired Outcome

To receive no further correspondence from the company by mail, telephone, or otherwise.

Repeated mailings claiming urgency in response. Unable to opt out of mailings. Only phone contact is recorded line asking for personal information
I am receiving mailings twice a week from this company specifying a mortgage balance with urgent 14 day response requested. I have been unable to contact the company as the only phone number provided is a recorded answering message with prompts to put in personal information (which I did not do) and then promises a call back. There is not way to contact this company to request to be removed from future mailings. Each subsequent letter is more aggressive in wording and dire circumstances should I not subscribe to their services

Desired Outcome

To be permantly removed from their data base and mailing lists. To no longer receive mailings from them which go immediately into the shredder and recycle bin

I have received at least 8 mailings in 3 weeks. Each

Begin entering private information to move forward. I have looked up the company and there is no contact information to stop the mail outs. I am mostly concerned for those who are
Deceived by their practices and believe this is something they are required to do as it began arriving immediately after we closed on our mortgage.

Desired Outcome

I desire that the mail outs stop coming.

We get mail 4 times a week to Urgently complete and return. Only contact number makes you give them personal information. We feel like we're harassed.
There's not model numbers, it's a made up mortgage number trying to get us to buy their mortgage protection insurance. We've been getting mail for 4 times a week for 4 weeks now telling us it's urgent. They're relentless and give us no option to opt out of their harassing mail.

Desired Outcome

No settlement, just want them to stop mailing us and there's only one contact number that makes you go through prompts of private information.

Mailing made it appear that this was an unpaid bill that I owed.

The envelope came with Response Needed Second Notice. Your Lendor To Borrower. It looked like a collection agency had sent it. I have excellent credit and it made it look like I was a deadbeat credit risk. I don't need this kind of stress coming through my mail. I have Informed delivery and see what is coming in my mail long before the mail gets delivered. I stressed about this all day and I have high blood pressure already. This caused a health risk for me.

Desired Outcome

Please stop this company from using these deceptive practices on medically sensitive individuals.

Aggressive, unsolicited mailings pushing mortgage protection insurance and invoking dire misery for my non-existing family. Fear-mongering.
Having read prior reviews (all negative, no surprise there) I tried to get some more information about the company. The sole phone number provided in the latest aggressive mailing (XXX-XXX-XXXX) took me to an automated response system. I navigated the system as far as I could without providing any information that they did not already have according to their letter. Culmination was that I needed to provide a phone number (I gave a bogus one), at which point the system "promised" a call back. These folks are very sneaky, but if someone is gullible enough to provide them with actual information and a real phone number, I fear they will be seriously conned.

Desired Outcome

I want them to be shut down, investigated, and put in front of a court of law for the damage they have undoubtedly already done to many innocent victims. Further, I would like them to receive several coercive mailings and phone calls each day for the rest of their lives. Ok, that one probably won't happen...

This company keeps mailing me documents that are represented as mortgage documents from my bank, but they are not.
About once a month I keep getting mortgage advertisements in the mail that are marked up as if they came from my bank through which I have my mortgage. They say things like "urgent" and "response required." There is no way to opt out of these communications. I wouldn't want my wife (who's primary language is not English) to be tricked by this spam. I have attempted to contact the company, but the phone number won't offer any options other than entering the fictitious mortgage number they wrote on the "notice." I'm not even sure what they are selling. It just looks like a notice about a mortgage that requires documents to be signed. It's obviously intended to defraud someone, and I just wanted to call them to tell them to stop, but there is no way to reach them. I had a similar problem with a different company out of California, but their phone number worked. I hope law enforcement or other civil authorities will deal with these companies. They are obviously scammers with bad intentions and I have warned my wife about them, but I'd like to have a way to keep my mortgage information (amount and company) private. That would keep things like this from happening. This is I think the fourth or fifth time I've had something from this particular company. Please advise. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I would like this company to purge my data from their records and I don't want them to contact me anymore by any means.

Receding multiple advertisement mailings concerning a loan and not having protection insurance
Receding multiple advertisement mailings concerning a loan and not having protection insurance. Mailings are being sent to my address but with a family members name who has passed away. I have received 3 of these notices within the past month, all marked urgent. The mailings started after the family member passed away. This person did not live at my address and did not have a loan. I tried contacting the number to be removed from mailings or to opt but there is no option other than to enter the mortgage loan ID # which I will not do.

Desired Outcome

To be removed from mailings and to have them quit sending me anything.

This company is falsely stating I have a loan for $367,095.00 and using intimidating advertising in order to receive personal information.
Company is stating I have a $367,095.00 loan and is using intimidating advertisement in order to receive personal information. They are requesting me to complete and return a form with further unauthorized information. They added a Reference ID: *** - ***. Furthermore, they are calling this a Mortgage Protection Life Insurance.

Desired Outcome

For the business to stop scamming people and using my personal information to intimidate me with false advertisement. And to pay back everyone they have scammed.

If I ever needed the service that this company is selling then I certainly wouldn't purchase it from them due to their advertising methods alone.

Even before opening the envelope the manipulative, urgent, "you must respond" techniques scream out... I mean, you only "14 days" to respond... and then what happens? Will your house be suddenly surrounded been police pointing guns at you? Do you instantly lose your home? Do you just die at the stroke of midnight on the 14th day? It certainly is setting a tone, then it re-enforces it as soon as you open the letter. It reads, and I quote:

Response Needed (in bold)
Second Notice

Then it lists the name of your original lender and the original amount of your loan. They do a really good job of insinuating that they are an entity intimately familiar with the details of your loan and in a trusted position to deal with matters concerning it.

This is some shameless, heavy-weight lying because they use your original lenders name in big bold letter and then have a much smaller note explaining that they are not your lender nor do they have anything to do with them.

This is a deceitful solicitation designed to put its audience in a emotional and frenzied condition of concern when they reach out to follow-up on what's going on, making their target audience incredibly vulnerable and at the company's mercy. This should be illegal.

Tell the bank or mortgage company that sold your information about this company. Maybe you can convince them not to sell your information

Letter after letter delivered to my husband and I.
We have received multiple letters in the mail which reads that a response is needed within 14 days and that we have not taken advantage of their low cost Mortgage Protection Insurance.

Desired Outcome

To stop receiving mail! It is annoying and a huge waste of paper!

Multiple mail solicitations received with no option to opt-out.
I have received numerous solicitations for mortgage protection insurance. The notices are always marked as time-sensitive and urgent, and envelopes are marked to indicate that confidential information is enclosed.

The toll-free number provided goes to an automated system with no way to bypass this to speak to a representative.

I've notated their form to cease and desist these solicitations, but they continue to arrive at my mailbox.

Desired Outcome

Stop wasting resources with this scam; stop sending these to my mailbox.

I haven't "taken advantage of our low cost Mortgage Protection Insurance". I do not have a mortgage or a loan. Calls require personal info.
This is the 3rd piece of mail I have received from Family Wellness Data Center, PO Box 6373 Asheville, NC 28816-9902.
They claim I "have not taken advantage of our low cost Mortgage Protection Insurance, which can protect your $50,000 loan...". I have never taken out a loan, nor do I have a mortgage.
First letter received mid July 2019, next post card sized yellow 'important notice' about a week later postmarked *** FL PERMIT NO. ***. Today, 7/27/19, checked PO Box and another enveloped letter, 'Urgent Reminder' to respond within 14 days.
I pondered over the first enveloped letter I received by this "company", as I had recently purchased land in the area and maybe this was simply an ad hoping for my business. But I paid in full and did not knowingly divulge my info to any solicitors. I called after a few days, but could not get through to a person, only automated options asking way too many personal questions. I hung up after the first question. This does not seem legitimate in any way. And after seeing many other similar complaints, I am glad I hung up! It seems unlawful to require information and send misleading and, yet concerning enough mail to almost be persuasive to acquire so much personal information.
I tossed out the first letter after calling and assuming a scam, but the following two I still have and the both have the same "Mortgage ID #.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to receive anything thing at all from this solicitor ever again. Also, I request any personal information they have acquired about me be deleted. Maybe investigate?
