I have on SEVERAL occasions contacted this company with respect to my refundI am Canadian as well and was told that exchange rates would not applyThe amount of the refund was $however my Visa was billed $and when I requested that exchange rates apply I was hung up on not just once but THREE timesThere proposed resolution also does not address that issue or that I was told days then days and then a week investigation into the matter before any cheque would be issuedI am tired of being lied to and now these lies are being passed onto the Revdex.comthis is an outrage and unacceptable

These are the same URLs which I listed in my original complaint to youThe second site, which offers my book for free download, has a Download Now buttonWhen you click on it, it takes you to a site which identifies the owner as being Fang Media LLC
Fang Media says the site doesn't existThey are simply lying
