Review: I subscribed for a free service, and they said they needed my credit card number for a secure transaction. Then they charged me $1 twice. When I went to the website to cancel my membership they state that I have to pay another $1 to unsubscribe, or I could call the 1- 800 number. When I call the 1-800 number I was on hold for more than 15 minutes.Desired Settlement: I hope they are cited by Revdex.com because I consider myself pretty tech savvy, and I was still duped!

Review: I needed to download a file. I was forced to sign up for Fang Media LLC's website playyeah.net. It stated it was free as long as you canceled before your trial was up. After signing up I still could not download my document. When I went to cancel my account and was charged a fee to cancel. This is a complete scam and my money was stolen by this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the cancelation fee I was charged.

Review: First they advertise a $free trial fee, then my visa debit was charged $41.38, then I called for a refund and was told it would take 5-business days, then once the day period hit suddenly it was days, then after the days it was a processor error so it will now take 6-weeks for an investigation, and then they will issue me a chequeI still havent recieved the cheque, when I call I get told there is nothing that can be done.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund asap with all the fees as well

Review: Was charged for a product that I did not want. I was unaware after the 5-day trial I would be charged $34.95. After looking further on the website of BroPlay it does state this. I just feel like I was taken advantage of, the site will renew automatically. To top it off they charge you to cancel the membership. And I also have $1.00 charge I am not sure why. Review: I did a search on this site for a document that I wanted to download. The site said I had to sign-up first and have my credit card verified in order to do so. They promised the credit card would not be charged. This was lie #1. Once the card was verified there was no option to download the document or any of its products for free. Even the "Trial Offer" required the consumer to purchase it. Because this document was important I paid for the "Trial Offer". After paying for the trial offer the site takes me to a page to look up my document (again) and to my amazement the document was nowhere to be found! At this point I wanted to cancel my "Trial Offer". When I reached the page to do so, it required an additional fee to cancel it!!!!

This company claimed to have my document in the beginning... claimed they wouldn't charge my credit card... and in the end it didn't have the document and I was charged twice!Desired Settlement: I would like all the fees they charged me refunded back to my credit card. And I would like them to change their misleading business practices.

Review: I thought I was signing up for a free trial for an educational site. The cost was advertised as 5 days for a dollar. I was then instructed to give credit card information and person information. I was routed to a strange site and was unable to access any school materials. I did not even know it was a media site. I then called the number to cancel the transaction and was unable to speak with anyone so I had to press 1 and give credit card info again to cancel the membership. When calling my credit card I learned that 4 dollars and 95 cents had been put through and only one of the four authorizations was cancelled. Mind you I thought there was only one so I think several were put in so the account could be drained. I had to cancel the card, which is a school district account, and have to put all class purchases on hold until a new one comes in.Desired Settlement: I do not want the money charged, I do not want any further charges, I don't want anything emailed to me or mailed to my home and I would like to warn future victims of this site. It is clearly a fishing scam that attaches itself to a child's learning site...terrible!!

Review: Play Pez has put up my book title for sale on their website without my knowledge. I have written to Play Pez through their email address [redacted] many times asking them not to present/sell this title to their clients without receiving any reply from them. I hope they have not done the same to my other titles. A check on the world wide web shows that a number of authors have complained about their works being illegally sold by Play Pez. Now the owner-company's name, according to the Pay Pez website, appears to have changed from Fang Media LLC to Digital KO LLC. Greatly appreciate if Fang Media LLC/Digital KO LLC is stopped from selling my book title(s) illegally and without my knowledge.

Review: I followed the oinks to sign up for a "free" account and did not notice anything telling me it was a trial until I saw a charge on my credit card and went looking deeper. Review: This company charged my card for services I did not authorize. They were supposed to only charge my card a conditional $1 to prove that I was "a real person." They then charged my card $34.95. I attempted to call them at the toll free number listed on my bank statement and on their website, but, conveniently, I got a message stating the number was not available from my calling area. I have sent them 4 emails. They only responded to the first saying they would respond within 12 hours. They have never responded. I have had to take the matter up with my bank which caused a hold to be put on my account and having to pay a fee to get another bank card issued. After the fact, I googled this business and it appears being a scam is how they operate.Desired Settlement: I would like the original charge of $34.95, along with the initial $1 charge refunded, along with the fee I have been charged by my bank to make myself whole, because the company ignored me at every step. I believe they should be out of business, but if there are any other punitive damages that could be applied, all is welcome.

Review: There was a charge to my account for a service I did not request. There was an email address used by someone who is a minor who the company claims registered for the service. There is no download or service shown for the charge that was taken out of my account and although my name did not match the registration, there was no verification of age or that the credit card belonged to the person registering.Desired Settlement: I want the charges returned as this was a fraudulant charge for no services rendered.

I agreed to a day free trial
When I discoverd my mistake I realised that I can't stop the free triall unless I pay money to Fang Media LLC
There is no way to contact the company other than those where I have to payThe mail contact is out of order and it seems to be many customers who have had the same problem
I need to get a message to them to stop our agreementI have blocked my credit card and I'm not going to pay any charges from Fang Media LLC or Rockplay.net

Review: On July 17th, I was billed in the amount of $34.95 from a company called [redacted]. I contacted my bank on July 21st and they gave me the number the charges were coming from as I NEVER signed up for this service and believe it was fraudulent. I called and spoke with [redacted] and after explaining that I did not request this service she became very unpleasant to work with. I never did get a real answer as to what the services I was being charged for where besides that we are a gaming company. But she did say the company would refund me in three to five business days the FULL amount of $104.85 for 3 months they had been billed to my account. I called my bank back to make sure I did not need to do anything else and was told I was actually billed in the amount of $174.75 for 5 months. Called [redacted] back and spoke with [redacted] informed her of what I had actually been charged and that I would like a full refund in the amount of $174.75, she insisted that I had been the one who signed up for this service online so I asked to speak with a supervisor and she stated we were not getting anywhere with this conversation and hung up on me. Called back asked for a supervisor and got [redacted] she said they could only refund me the $104.85 she said the remaining amount would have to go through the corporate office to be approved or denied. I asked how long it would take before I would find out if they approved it or not, she stated she did not know. I told her this was fraudulent and she got upset because I asked what the corporate number was to find out how long it would take. She then rudely stated maam it would take 20 days. I asked her if she just made this up or if she had been withholding information and she became very irate with me. I told her I would wait for the refund in the amount of $104.85 to be transferred back to my bank account and wait 20 days for approval on the rest. Since then, on July 21st I have been refunded in the amount of $34.95 total. I have no idea how this company came across my credit card information and did not give authorization to do such transactions.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND OF $174.75 Since the company already refunded $34.95 on 7/21 I am requesting refund of $139.80
