Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We received an email from the customer on 10/24/to cancel due to poor quality, which we didWe sent aresponse with the final invoice and with no other communication from the customerWe followed up with our billing cycle processThe customer did not respond or provide any
payment and the account was assigned to an outside credit agency. As a show of good faith to this customer, we have written off the account balance and stopped action with the credit agency that will not report any information

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This was an error on our part and we apologize for the inconvenience. The account balance has been written off and the account has been closed with our credit agency.  No credit information will be reported.

Review: I received a bill in the mail from this company. Upon receipt, I contacted the company and advised them that I had not signed up for this service and was perplexed as to how they received my name, address, social security number and other personal information. They advised me that someone signed up for this service using my information but could not indicate how/where. I requested that they send me some sort of documentation so that I could further investigate this matter. Additionally, they forwarded my information to a collection agency who (after a conversation with the representative) advised me that I needed to produce a suspect in order to have this removed. He was also very rude. I pleaded with this company that I did not sign up for this service. I do not have enough time in the day to prepare meals because of my hectic work schedule let alone order bins of vegetables. I told them that it appeared as though someone was playing some type of prank on me but they did not help me at all. Instead, they used my information that has already been compromised to send me a bill for almost $200 dollars. The reason that I am complaining is that I still have not found out how my information was compromised. This company does not seem to care to help any person out in this area. Secondly, instead of this company trying to assist me with this complaint so I could resolve this matter, they continued to accuse me of soliciting this service and holding ME ACCOUNTABLE for a bill and service that I never signed up for. How is it that a company can obtain your personal information, use it to send you a bill and report you to a credit collection agency but cannot tell you where this originated from? I would like this matter resolved. How was my information compromised? How did they obtain my name, address and social security number? I have since filed a police report. I will follow up with the credit reporting bureaus. Any money received by this company is under duress.Desired Settlement: The company is responsible for their practices that:1) Allowed a person's identity to be compromised 2) No verification of true identity prior to sending someone a bill 3) No practice in place to resolve issues of this nature 4) Credit reporting based on false premisesI never signed up for this service, signed any contracts, nor authorized any agreements for this service. I work long hours and travel frequently and by the time I figured out what was going on, I was already persecuted.

Response:

Our records show that customer was signed up 6/30/2013 at an event in the [redacted] Customer received 4 boxes on 7/12/13, 8/9/13, 9/6/13 and 10/4/13, but made no payments. On 8/12/13, an email requesting a credit card be placed on file was sent. On 10/4/13, an invoice was sent and the account was suspended, pending payment. On 12/17/13, a payment notice of $167 was emailed when the account was 74 days past due. The letter requested payment by 12/24/13 or the account would be sent to collections. On 12/19/13, the customer called in and the customer service agent reviewed the account, but customer maintained she did not sign up for our services. Our records indicate that we “pulled the original sign up form and mailed a copy to the customer.” We did not hear back from the customer. On 1/25/14, a collections warning outbound call was made. Again, on 2/14/14 a payment notice for $167 was emailed at which point the account was 217 days past due and stated that to avoid dealing with a collection agency, payment would need to be made by 2/20/14. Account was sent to collections. On 6/23/14, the regional sales office in [redacted] received a voicemail from customer saying she did not sign up for the service and was going to file a police report. In response, Farm Fresh to You credited the entire balance of $167 bringing the balance due to $0. Customer was sent an email and left a voice message to this effect. We are unsure as to why this customer is filing a complaint now as the matter was closed in June 2014.

Review: My understanding of this company's billing practices resulted in me cancelling the credit card I had online. I told them to send me a paper statement

I cancelled the credit card I was using for this company and asked for paper statements because I did not like the way the surprised you with a larger than agreed upon amount. It was a billing practice that was one-way. They knew they were going to do it, but failed to inform the customer. I was getting subquality vegetables, full of aphids and they insisted they did not have aphids. The food was inferior and near rotting and I was paying $35 a month for it.Desired Settlement: To return my money to my account and forget that I exist as a customer. If not I have a right and have shown neighbors and friends the inferior quality of food that I have been receiving from this company.

Initial Business Response

Customer received 8 boxes total for our service. We require credit cards to be on file with us and customer's bill was paid by credit card. Customer said she wanted to receive paper invoice instead, so we refunded her credit card and sent paper invoice. Her account fell past due and we suspended service on 10/22/13. We only have a record of one quality complaint for which customer received a small credit. Since account was past due, we ran her credit card for a partial amount owed - $93. The remaining balance is $63. We ask that the customer pay her remaining bill and we will close our her account.

Review: I paid my bill off in 2011 and apparently due to poor accounting they did not correct my account and then sent it to collection.

I signed up for Farm Fresh to You in 2010 while I was working with [redacted]. I wasn't with them long as the produce I received was great, I didn't always use it. I cancelled my service in 2011 and paid off my account. I don't recall having a bad experience, I just cancelled because I was moving/switching jobs. I thought everything was fine and have completely forgotten about them. Fast forward almost 2 years later and I started getting calls from collections saying I owe 170.00!!! I've read through other reviews and reports and it seems like something they do.

After 2 years I have no records. I feel like the best I can do is pay it off so this is not on my credit report, write a review on Yelp to warn others and report them to the Revdex.com.

My understanding is they went through some accounting changes and data was lost. Now we are the ones being punished.Desired Settlement: I would like my 115.48 back. Sadly I can't get my credit fixed from their mistakes.

Business' Initial Response

We are unable to find this customer's records. Is this the name on the account? Perhaps customer can provide address?

Consumer's Final Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

The truth is after that call and after you sent a letter with the remaining balance I did make the final payment.

There was either an error in processing on your side, you pocketed the money and didn't report it or something went wrong with your system. Because it was so long ago and with a bank I no longer use I cannot pull up records to show that your company cashed the check I mailed, but you did. Plus I never would imagine a company such as yours being so devious. This is why I was shocked to then get calls and letters from a collection agency.

I still don't feel you deserve the $52.12 you received. I will continue to warn others of your poor accounting practices as others have done and to not do business with your company.

Business' Final Response

After you gave us the address, we found her account under the name "[redacted]

The customer's last delivery was on 10/1/2010. We suspended her service on 10/1/2010 due to nonpayment with a balance of $139 owed and sent an email. She responded with an email dated 10/1/2010 asking us to cancel her account. We did so, responding via email, advising her to call us to pay the balance and that her cancellation would not be complete until her account balance was paid. We received no other contact from the customer and assigned the account out to outside collections in November of 2010.

Her last payment on the account to us was a check for $50 dated 12/6/2010.

Based on the submittal from the collections agency, she settled by paying half the amount owed for a total payment of $69.50 on 5/19/13. After paying our commission to the collection agency, we received a payment of $52.12. We wrote off the remaining balance of $69.50 as uncollectible.

Given that the customer was given her balance due when she canceled, she received an email asking that she pay to close out her account and that she settled with a collections agency by paying only half of her amount owed and we wrote off the other half, we consider that we did the best we could by this customer.

I have not tried to close my account so I cannot compare my experience with FFTY to the other reviews. But the customer is supposed to go into the account and set up the exclusion list so they do not get items they will not use/eat. Every week you are to go into your account and customize your order or you will get the surprise box (minus your exclusion items). All my items have been fresh. A friend did complain about her lettuce, but all her other items were fresh. My lettuce was fresh. A family member also orders and their items have been fresh every week. Beats buying the China grown items at the grocery store. These are organic and USA Products.

Review: I signed up for a grocery delivery in order to get a pushy salesman away from my front door. He said that I could call before the anticipated delivery date to cancel, which I did and I received an email stating they wanted to charge me $5.00 because I'd missed a cancel by time period. No such time period or threat of penalty had been mentioned prior to the email I received after canceling my account. I have included a copied version of their response to my cancelation. Response:

This account was taken care of

on the 26th of last month and no balance has been due since then.

The agent made an error when she cancelled on the 25th, the customer emailed

and the account was corrected. Because the order was never delivered, the

system cannot generate a new statement, but the balance is $0.00. The customer

was sent a follow up email indicating that a final invoice would be sent,

however the system won’t generate once. The email is his confirmation that all

has been resolved.

Review: Account sent to a collection agency with a balance that is not owed.

I had an account with Farm Fresh to You. I worked in a large building where I referred several people who used your services. I was to be credited for a minimum of five referrals. The referrals were never processed and the company sent my account to collections. I find this unfair as I was never contacted to say that the referrals would not be processed or there was an issue. I have brought several customers to your company in 2012 and I am livid that this is how I am treated.

I tried to resolve the issue of the phone, but to no avail. My credit rating has been ruined and I am seeking this to be corrected or to see if legal proceedings should be taken place. Although the amount if small, the impact on my credit is substantial. Desired Settlement: Contact Titan Revenue Solutions explaining the error and credit my account for the balance, which is not owed to you by me.

Initial Business Response

We need an account number to resolve this complaint. We have a few customers with the last name "[redacted]" but no "[redacted]." Please advise.

Final Consumer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

There was no proposed resolution. I will consider this case closed as it is clear that the company does not value referrals. I will certainly not forget this in my concierge career.

Final Business Response

We looked up that address in our customer database and there we no customers matching that address except [redacted] who started getting the box before Mr. [redacted]. Our Refer A Friend policy is very clear and Mr. [redacted] should not have assumed that he was getting credit on his account because he told his friends about our service. He still needed to pay for the produce he received.

Review: Company is charging me incorrectly. Neither provided me a copy of the form nor all the information was filled in front of me. I was duped.

On 21st July of 2012 a sales lady showed up last year in on my door. She talked about this company's product and asked if I was going to sign-up for it. I told her very clearly and multiple times that I am not interested will not sign-up for the service. I wanted to attend to my 10 day old new born and I did not want to disrespect the lady by closing the door. She then asked for my information name, phone and email. I was told by signing the form I will only get the information and free sample. I hurriedly gave her the information but also repeatedly told her that I don't and to provide my credit card and do not want to sign-up. I again told her I do not use these vegetables and will only be interested in the information. She confirmed that I will have to set-up the account online within some days with credit card information and it is only then the deliveries will start. Since I didn't want to sign-up for the service I let that time pass.

This company has now sent my information to a collection agency name [redacted] I got a call from the collection agency on 10/25/2013. Then found this companies number online and called them. They expect me to pay ~$80 for deliveries I did not order for (ID BXXXXXX). This company did not tell me that I will be sent deliveries after signing the form. Neither any copy of the form was provided to me. Moreover, I was never told about any delivery dates as she kept telling me the deliveries will only start after I open an account online and provide credit card information.

This company has created this sales/business model to conveniently suit itself. They are calling upon people who are hurried, their sales people provide misinformation about their samples/delivers, and they provide misinformation about how my information will be used. This company then ruined my credit by sharing the information with a collection company for something that was never ordered.

I was told they tried to contact me but I did not pick up the phone or responded to their emails. This company should understand that nobody pick-ups the marketing or sales calls that they are not interested in. Or even reply to all the junk one gets in their email. My not responding to them should tell them that I am not interested. This company has created an imperfect business model or sales model and expect general public to pay for the not understanding their rules.

As a customer when I make a conscious purchase, I am looking forward to that delivery and to make a payment. This is what you do when you order stuff online or call a service (Pizza or anything). Companies charge in advance or on delivery. There are umpteen examples of like utility services, online shopping, home delivery services etc. All of these companies have either your credit card information in place or bill you on delivery. This company doesn't follow any of this and uses it to dupe the general public.

I refuse to pay the money they are asking me to pay and want them to take my record out of collection as this is not my fault. They should also fix any impact due to this on my credit history. They cannot force or guilt me it to paying for something that I never ordered.

Thanks

Initial Business Response

Customer was sent this email on Oct. 28.

Good afternoon Mr. [redacted],

I am following up on our conversation regarding the balance on your account that we had on Friday 10/25/2013. I advised you that I would research and provide you a copy of you sign up form, which is attached. Please review the verbiage above your signature advising that this was an ongoing service. Let me know if you need any further clarification.

Thank you,

Farm Fresh to You

Customer Service Supervisor

Review: I signed up for this company by a pushy door to door salesman and decided to give it a try because the salesman said the first delivery was free and complimentary. He said if I didn't like it then there would be no further deliveries. When I received my first delivery the entire box ofvegetables was bad. I threw them away. I called and cancelled my account. I recently received a bill from a collection agency saying I owe $25.02 on my FFTY account that I cancelled with FFTY. This is totally false advertising by the door to door salesman for FFTY who came to my door. After several attempt of trying to cancel my account over the phone with Farm Fresh to You, the company continues to issue billing statements. And now I have received a collection bill from [redacted] that I should not have received. FFTY practices false advertising through their door to door salesmen. FFTY has poor customer service in that they did not respond to my calls and cancel my account as requested numerous times. Now FFTY has threatened my credit by getting a bill collection company involved without directly responding to my request to cancel my account.

I would like to report this business for it's unethical business practices. I, like many others, was scammed by a sales person canvassing my neighborhood. He was very pushy so I let him tell me about the product. I told him up front that I liked his cause but could not afford the service at that time. He assured me that I could get a test box of product and that I would not have to pay anything or give any credit or debit card information. He was very clear that the box was going to be free. I received the box of produce and first of all it was not very fresh and I had to throw most of it away. I thought that would be the end of it but then I started getting bills in the mail from the company wanting me to pay $25.00 for something I did not sign up for. I have tried numerous times to contact them through email and by phone to dispute the bill but they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Then they say that I have an account and need to cancel it online except I can't do that because I don't have an account so I don't know the account number or password. I guess they sign people up for accounts without people's consent. I have been bombarded with bill statements from them for the last 3 months and now I am being contacted by a debt collection agency. This is really out of hand and I am now feeling harassed by the Farm Fresh Company. I will be disputing the bill with the collection company as well but I want to write this here so that other's can learn from my experience and not trust this company and their business practices. Desired Settlement: Close my account and send my paperwork showing a closed account with zero balance, as well as confirmation that the fraudulent account they sent to [redacted] has been terminated.

As resolution I would like Farm Fresh to refund/drop the payment amount of $25.02 they claim that I owe and if it appears I have an account with them (even though I did not sign up for one with them) I would like them to cancel it.

Business

Response:

Review: In the middle of March 2014, I was approached by a door-to-door salesman at my home that he represented Farm Fresh To You and that they were promoting their sales of organic fruits and vegetables at San Jose. When I asked him about the rates, he told me that they were priced flat per size of the box. I was hesitant to deal with him not knowing the quantity, quality and the contents of the box. I agreed when the salesman told me that the first box was complementary and if I was satisfied with the trial box, I would order in future. A box containing one or two pieces of assorted fruits and vegetables was delivered on 26th March. I was not satisfied with the contents. I thanked them for the complementary box and informed them that I was not satisfied with the quantity and quality of the contents and that it was not worth $25. Later, when I got an invoice for $31.50, I informed them on 26th May that I was not paying the invoice as I was told it was complementary and to take the box back. They did not take the box back but instead sent me an e-mail requesting for the reasons why I was not satisfied with the contents so that they could improve their customer service. I gave the following reasons :1. The oranges had black spots and wrinkled.2. The mushroom was not the regular button mushroom.3. The quantity was very less. Space was filled with waste; the carrot was delivered with leaves.4. The items should have weights entered and price compared with the market price to justify the cost. In our opinion the items were not worth more than $15.5. The sales person did not inform that the cost of the box would be $31.50. He informed when he met us that the first box was for trial at no cost and only if we liked the items we could order regularly at $25 per box.Farm Fresh To You continued with their weekly reminders to pay the invoice and now are threatening me that they would proceed through their collection agency.Desired Settlement: Farm Fresh To You was not truthful when I was informed that the first box was complementary. They shortchanged with their quantity and they refused to provide the weight and rate of items. They responded to my objections that the Gold Nugget Mandarins I received were supposed to be wrinkled with spots and that the Maitake Mushrooms were not button mushrooms.I am very unhappy to have dealt with them and would pay $15 to close the matter and not to deal with them further.

Review: I received my box of vegetables rotten. It was supp. to be delivered to me Thurs. evening but wasn't. It was put inside the wooden box on my porch.

It looks like the vegetables were delivered on Wednesday instead of Thursday-07/25/13. The person put the vegetable's inside the wooden box (our wood box) on my porch instead of putting them on my porch. Because that was done the vegetables were rotting in the heat. I couldn't believe any one could do such a thing. The tomatoes in the box were mushy. Desired Settlement: I would like them to either replace them or not charge me for the rotten vegetables.

Review: I got information about this company and they asked me for my email and home address to be sent information not products.I just received a box full of vegetables that I DID NOT REQUEST IT. I spoke to them on the phone and they did not want to give me any explanations and I felt threatened by them that we have to pay for it. I asked them to come back to pick up this box and they refused.Desired Settlement: I DON'T WANT ANY CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY WHO TRIED TO SCAM ME. I DON'T WANT ANY FURTHER HARASSMENT FROM THEM ASKING ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT REQUEST.

Business

Response:

We received a call from the customer on Friday 10/24/14. The agent advised the customer that we have canceled the account and credited the balance of $26.50.

Review: Farm Fresh to You has not refunded my account after I cancelled 4 times. Each time I was told the cancellation was taken care of but it is still not.

I cancelled myFarm Fresh to You Account by phone four times now. Each time I call in, they tell me they have no record of my previous cancellation and ensure that it will be cancelled immediately and I will be credited for the months since my original cancellation. However, to date, I am still being charged (the most recent for the end of December). I haven't even received a product in over 3 months and have cancelled a total of 4 times now. The company has continously caused overdraft on my account as I am on a fixed income and not expecting to have this come out anymore. I don't understand what the issue is and why they aren't closing the account and crediting me for the months they have charged (4) since I initially cancelled. I can see that I am not the first to have this issue with them and it seems unreal that they are continuously doing this to people.Desired Settlement: A refund of the four months and a written confirmation of cancellation of my account. It's under [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. I also would expect payment of the overdraft fees I have accumulated for the last few months (they are $29.00 each time I overdraft).

Consumer

Response:

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I filed the following complaint previously and when I went to check back on the complaint site, I could not access it. I was able to access today and saw that the response from Farm Fresh to You was not acceptable so I am re-filing my complaint. My initial complaint was that I was not refunded after cancelling 4 different times. Each time I cancelled (starting in July), I was still charged the following month. I called in July, August, September & October before my daughter called and they finally stopped taking money out of my account. I was not happy w/ the product and that is why I cancelled (the produce is not worth what they charge). Their response is that I signed up on 5/26/13 and cancelled on 10/18/14, which is why I initially filed the complaint (they refuse to acknowledge my cancellations in the prior 3 months and say they never heard from me). I did sign up as they stated for auto pay, but should not be charged after cancelling. I paid for July, August, Sept, and Oct, even though I did call them to cancel after the first month. This is ridiculous; I don't understand why they don't just refund the 4 months I shouldn't have been charged. Apparently, they think they can just say they have no record of you cancelling and still take payments out.

I would expect to be refunded for the 4 months that I had cancelled and was still charged (July - October). I see from their previous response they don't cover NSF fees, even though that was their fault too. I just want a refund of the 4 months of service ($31.50 x 4 = $126.00). Since I had to close that account in order to ensure payments were ceased, I would have to be refunded by check.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

This was our final word to this customer. We do not refund overdraft fees. The customer agreed to put credit card on file to pay any debt (listed below), the customer received our product, and her credit card was charged. In this case, we even have notes that the customer agreed to auto pay in addition to agreeing to the terms online by adding her credit card number on the website.

Best,

Review: Farm Fresh To You fails to recognize the fact that I canceled their service. They are sending me to collections for their mistake.

I am an Oregon resident. I purchased a Groupon for Farm Fresh To You for a one-time delivery of fresh produce for our 7 day trip to Disneyland in December 2013. I called the company after I got my Groupon to schedule the delivery to my hotel room. At that time, I told them this was a one-time delivery because I am from out of state. They said they would make a note on my account, but I still needed to sign up online. I signed up online, but there was no one-time option. I chose the "every 4 week option" because I had no choice.

When the fruit box arrived on 12/6/13, 30% of the fruit was spoiled and had to be thrown out. I called the next morning (12/7/13) and reminded Farm Fresh To You to cancel my order and my account because I am staying in a hotel & I am out of state. They said that they cancelled it over the phone. They did not give me any sort of confirmation number, but they did assure me that it was taken care of.

On 2/28/13, I received a phone call from a woman from the company who said that they had been delivering to the hotel every 4 weeks since December and that I owed them $94.50. I told her about my repeated warnings to the company that I was a one-time customer and that I had cancelled the service the day after my order arrived. She then became very unprofessional over the phone and said that I had to pay it or they would "take action against me." She also called me a liar. I have requested help from Groupon with requests. I have been waiting for them to help me for 2 months now.

I got an email today that says they plan to send my account to collections on the 5/10/13 if I don't pay the invoice. I am not going to pay for this company's mistake. It is wrong that they have treated me this way. It is wrong for Farm Fresh To You to attempt to tarnish my credit. They need to take ownership for their mistake. I let them know that I was going to be a one-time customer when I first ordered my delivery, and I cancelled the service the day after my delivery. I was not offered a confirmation number, and I did not think to ask for it since I was on vacation with my family. It is obvious that I didn't live there for 3 months and I question why they did not try to bill me until they had been delivering to a short-stay hotel for 3 months!

Desired Settlement: I expect Farm Fresh To You to cancel the invoice and realize that this was their mistake. I do not deserve to be sent to collections for their mistake. I would also appreciate an apology for the way I was mistreated by their collections person over the phone.

Review: Farm fresh to you salesman signed me up for service I did not want even though I only asked for information via email.

About a week ago a salesman came to my door offering the "farm fresh to you" service. I asked simply for information so that I may consider the merits of such a service. The salesman asked me to fill out a few pieces of information which were my address, email address, and name. I made it perfectly clear that I did not want to sign up for the service but only wanted an email of information. The salesman acknowledged this and even went on to make sure the email address was spelt correct and made me sign the form. Little did I know that this was all an act and he had no intention of sending me information but instead used the information to sign me up for a service. Please note that I had not filled out the billing address nor had I chosen any of their offered delivery packages (various different fruit/vegetable boxes) nor the frequency of delivery nor even the date of my first delivery. Today (Thursday May, 16), I opened my front door only to be surprised that a delivery was made from "farm fresh to you." The basket had produce that I did not want nor would have ever wanted. I had previously gone to their website to see what they offered and saw that the service was not what I wanted. I immediately called up the customer service number for this service and talked to a representative. Upon explaining my disgust as to the salesman's tactics, the representative said she would look into the dispute. The delivery service has been cancelled (or so I have been told) as of today. I asked if there was any way that someone could come and pick up this order I had not made and the rep said that they do not take returns. I made it clear to her that I would not pay for a service for which I was blatantly scammed. However, the money still on my "account" is $25 and the money will not be cleared from the account until the company gets hold of the salesman. They will try and verify what I have said with the so-called order form that the salesman has made. What is to say he has not modified the form to check off the appropriate boxes and information that would constitute a service request. Fortunately, I have kept my side of the form (although a bit blurry) and it shows that what I have said is true. This constitutes an utterly dishonest way of trying to make a sale and had I known about their scamming ways I would have sent the salesman packing before bothering to speak. I have not signed up with a credit card or other forms of payment and so their only avenue of completing the scam would be via collection agents.

Here is the information attached with the wrongfully sent order (notice how my name doesn't appear as I have filled out and that a size of box and produce types have been chosen by salesman at random):

Order: XXXXXXX

Customer ID: XXXXXX

Customer: Ray [redacted]

Customer's account has been closed with all balances credited. Customers do sign a form clearing saying they are signing up for a service. We will forward complaint to our sales manager. We apologize for this matter. We only want customers who want our service.

Review: To whom it may concern-A couple of months ago, I was approached by a sales rep for "Farm Fresh To You" in front of the Wells Fargo on 16th and Mission. He gave me some info about the service and I asked him for a brochure because I was in a rush.He said that he had no brochures, but that I should go online and register to get more info. I asked him at least twice if doing so would make me beholden to a purchase, and he assured me that it would not.He did state that I should cancel via email if I decided not to purchase any services, and I promptly forgot about the whole thing. Now I am being spammed with messages demanding payment for "services overdue" that I did not even know I incurred!I am FURIOUS, I absolutely will not do business with this company and furthermore, I will tell everyone what happened to me.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the bogus charges REMOVED, I want them to quit spamming my email and furthermore, I want them to review their less than ethical, aggressive advertising practices.

Response:

Customer’s first delivery was placed under mail box as a key was needed, it appears the customer did not receive any deliveries. With no key received, we canceled the account. We have credited the account in full.

Review: They came around door by door late one evening. We told them we didn't wanna order anything but said we would be interested in them sending us more info via email. A couple months pass and on our door step on morning was a box of vegetables. We called them and there telling us that we signed a electronic form saying that we wanted there services, when in reality there door to door people scammed us and now they want us to pay for the box of vegetables that we never ordered.Desired Settlement: Not to be charged for this box of vegetables that we didnt want and for them take us off there list.
