Review: Started service without authorization

I first met a representative from this firm at Earth Day Sacramento in April 2013. I put down my name and address and was assured that they will not start service without authorization and hence did not put down my credit card information down. I also told them I will be out of town for a few weeks and will get back to them after that. Inspite of this they ended up starting delivery to my address without authorization or any payment from me. This is clear violation of what I was told. At the least they should called and got authorization from me that I am ok with their service. All they told me I will be on their interest list. This is a clear misrespresentation. Further they have turned over 2 delivery amounts to a collection agency. This is outright and this company out to be penalized for doing this.Desired Settlement: I should not be charged for delivery I did not request. Further this guys should ensure they NEVER charge anyone without authorization. There is another delivery service I have used which took my card information upfront after confirming with me I wanted to try them. They should behave in a similar civil manner instead of misrepresenting at vendor booths - this amounts to fraud.

Initial Business Response

We have closed and credited the account. We do not tolerate deceptive sales practices and our sales manager has been notified of this incident.

Review: company sent a package after my daughter visited the website and asked for an address...when she reported the false send she was told she had to pay for it to cancel...something she never orders...even after she paid the $26 we got another shipment...I was the initial $26 back...and the $33 that I expect to show next week. I would prefer this business be closed and the owner jailed.Desired Settlement: I was the initial $26 back...and the $33 that I expect to show next week.

Consumer

Response:

Customer states that the company has resolved the complaint.

Business

Response:

Mr. [redacted]'s daughter is the customer and we would need to deal directly to her if she is not a minor. She is the person who signed up not Mr. [redacted].

Review: I was approached by a representative from this company on 19th June,2014 that they deliver farm fresh products at door step and if I want he could just help me set up a user account on their website and later I could use that account to order their products if I wanted to and also informed I will be receiving their product information emails. I had given him my full name, my email address and my residential address along with my phone number. I never gave any information about my credit card or social security or any bank details. On 25th June, 2014 I received a box from the farmfreshtoyou compnay after 8 PM at my door step. I had never ordered any box of vegetables and fruits from them. When I tracked the email they had sent me about my subscription to their website I found out they had automatically without my permission scheduled delivery of their boxes every week which said that the first box would arrive on 26th June, 2014 but actually arrived a day early.Their website has no unsubscribe or deleting the account option.Their policies says they send their subscribers an unsubscribe link in an email which I never received.Their company policy also says I can send an UNSUBSCRIBE subject email to [redacted]@farmfreshtoyou.com but this email address in also invalid and the email bounces back to you.I also did some research after receiving the box and find out on [redacted] many more reviews with the same problem as I faced.People have also faced the issue of reduced credit points because this company cheats you to subscribe but then starts sending you boxes you never ordered and then mails you bills which at first you never ordered and never intended to pay for something you never ordered.Desired Settlement: I want the company to unsubscribe me from their services and emails for ever and send me an email as well as a letter with confirmation that my services have been terminated free of charge as I never ordered anything. They should either take the box they sent without me ordering it within the next two days they sent me (they should take by 06/27/2014) or I have the right to get rid of the perishable products and not be charged for it(I never ordered it in the first place).

Business

Response:

This account was closed and credited for $25. We cannot pick up produce. Customer may use it or dispose of it.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thanks for resolving the issue.

If the same company starts sending me any of their products gain I will be filing a complaint against then once again with fraud charges.

Review: A door to door salesman came to our house and asked if we would like to subscribe to FarmFreshtoYou Service. The sales pitch was that they supplied Whole Foods, etc and while they were delivering to the stores they decided they could also deliver to homes. We did not want to subscribe but he stated that if we just gave us an email, we would received a welcome message from FarmFresh and we could then, without pressure, create an account, login, and order straight from there. No pressure.Important point: no email was ever received so we never got to see the service OR make an order. Never.A box arrived one day and since we were out of town, we never saw the box which looked to be sitting on our front door for days. It contained maybe some oranges we would could eat but the rest of the box was nothing we would ever buy. Without ANY ordering or conversations with FarmFresh to you, we did not know what to think as to how a company would just decide to put a box together and drop it off without any input or acknowledgement. Thus, it had to be a sampler, right? We also noticed the email address they were using was not any of ours so we never got a chance to look at the site with an account to order and never could. We sent emails asking how they are doing this, who ordered, please stop. The product they were delivering was never CONTRACTED by both parties and not wanted. Phone calls were never returned and have never been returned. Consistently, they have not answered the question on showing us the order that was placed (not made up by them but placed through an account)Over a month later, we were once again out of town and another box was left on the front porch. Spoiled when we saw it after getting back. Again, emails were sent to stop delivering product that was never ordered. No answerThen, a 3rd box was delivered. Same result of not ordered, food not what we would use. Finally, they sent email canceling but insist on payment. We have stated we would NEVER pay from the first delivery.Desired Settlement: Just stop their insistence on paying for something we never CONTRACTED to buy. There is no signed or email contract and never will since they had our email incorrect which is strong proof they decided to just ship anyway. What a poor customer practice and will ruin their business once our circle of friends find out how they operate. They need to overhaul their selling practices. This is so deceitful on many levels. Delivery does not make an obligation. Agreement and contract does.

Review: Business said they wouldn't charge me after I complained about poor product. Five years later they have sent a collection agency after me.

In 2009, after receiving a couple deliveries with rotten and heavily damaged product, I contacted the business to complain and cancel my account. They apologized and said I wouldn't be charged for the final box. Months later, I got a bill for the box and upon contacting them they apologized again and said that it was cleared from my account. Now, five years later I have received a notice from a collection agency on their behalf claiming I owe for two deliveries. I called the Farm Fresh customer service line a few weeks ago and was told that they had no record of me ever calling them about this issue. I made it clear that I had and that I thought it was resolved years ago. The rep told me that a manager would be calling me within 24 hours to resolve this. No one ever called. A week ago I called again and was told that they had no record of me ever calling. Again I was told that a manager would call me within 24 hours. No one ever called. At this point I am left with a collection agency after me and a business that has conveniently "forgotten" their past conversations with me and who is making no effort to correct things.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop the collection agency action and for Farm Fresh to clear my account in their systems.

Business

Response:

We apologize for the computer error that caused this problem. We have credited this account in full and closed it.

Review: This was a customer service issue but they have now put forth some odd behavior that has escalated what I had thought was a valid question worthy of interaction and answer into a billing and collections issue.Regarding my issue - I sent emails and received no email back from FFTY to follow up. *I have an extra charge on my last bill beyond my normal charge that I have questions about and have not received answers yet. I have inquired about it a few times now and have asked that they respond via email - no response back.Though I received no response regarding my question I did receive a telephone message from [redacted] saying that FFTY had tried to put through the charges from my current bill onto my credit card and had no luck - which I am happy about as I did not authorize this charge to be put through as (aforementioned) I currently have questions about it. I have been a Farm Fresh To You member for perhaps two years now, I pay my FFTY bills on time and I pay via one time card payments or via check - I did not authorize someone to make an automatic payment on my behalf so I'm very glad it did not go through and my card has recently expired!FFTY sent no response to my questions but did send a generalized email stating that my account has now been made "inactive" and that my "final statement" is attached.I just looked at my status and it said my account is overdue - I just received my bill this week - so definitely not overdue.I don't get it.I am a good customer, had a question, did not receive an answer, and now my account has been closed. It doesn't make sense to me.Strange behavior. Unresponsive to simple question. So odd is the behavior that I do not trust them any longer. I do not trust or want this company on my property. They just lost me as a loyal customer due to their strange customer service behavior.Desired Settlement: I would like to close my account by paying what was due for my last deliveries 3/12/14 & 4/2/14 which was $39.50 x 2I am still wondering where the said "previous balance" of $39.50 is coming from as according to my records I am paid up. *That was the initial question* I am not willing to pay this amount unless it is clarified and valid.

Business

Response:

Customer’s last payment dated 2/23/14 of $77 paid Customer received delivery on 2/20/14 which is on her March 12 statement and 2 deliveries on 3/13 and 4/3/14 which is on her April 9 statement. These deliveries have not been paid and leave a balance of $118.50.

We did send the customer a complete transaction history per her request. She has not paid the March and April statements. We are willing to offer a good will box credit of 31.50 leaving a balance of $87. Please let us know if customer accept and we will make a note in her account.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: We had already put a check for the full amount ($118.50) in the mailbox for FFTY last night so it would go out to FFTY this Monday morning. Although we had a valid question about our bill FFTY did not respond in a reasonable manner so that we could understand what the situation was that we had a question about.

We had already read about and heard about the Farm Fresh To You company involving collection agencies in an disrespectful manner and we did not want that in our case.

We have decided to no longer have FFTY as our CSA company and have chosen a different CSA group - one that has a very clear, friendly and upstanding presence shown on Yelp and through customer word-of-mouth.

Review: I told the reps that I was unsure about joining, they told me to give my info, go home and look online then decide if you want to join. I didn't join

A few days later I received a package of fruit in a worn looking box at some time before 6 am because that is when I was leaving for work. I assumed it was a sample since I had not signed up. I then received a bill for 31.50. I emailed them twice about how I had ever signed up, that rep was dishonest. I was then told that they would report me to the a credit agency by dec 31. I want to buy some property this year so I do not need to be fighting a blemish on my credit report so I paid the 31.50. I first spoke with someone named [redacted] (sp). I gave her the credit card number and was waiting for a confirmation email and did not receive it. I called again and spoke to a [redacted] and he said in the notes it said that the card didn't work. I gave the exact same numbers and it worked and I received a confirmation. I am pretty sure that was intentional.

At any rate I find this shady business practices, I never signed up and was dumb to even give my info like name, address, email. However, I did and should be able to trust the word of a representative of a business. After reading some reviews of this company on Yelp I saw that others have had similar issues as well.Desired Settlement: Any refund of any profit they received. The money to the farmers should stay, it's not their fault.

Business

Response:

We have refunded customer his account charges and closed his account. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Review: The product was horrible and their customer service was just as bad if not worst. I received some soggy produce, produce with mold on it. I sent pictures as evidence to the company. I tried to make a initial complaint with their company and was unable to get a response from any of their representatives to resolve the issue. Yet, I kept receiving emails and phone calls that were not addressing my issue...BAD PRODUCE. This company does not honor their own "company name"...FARM FRESH TO YOU...Not accurate at all. In details, My strawberries had white fuzzy mold all over them which was in the bag/box with the rest of my produce which also started to grow the mold on it also. When I was contacted by FFTY, the representative told me that I needed to pay full price for bad quality food. He went on to ask me where was the food being stored as if it was my issue the the produce was nasty, but I informed them that once the package was delivered and retrieved from my front door (placed there by their delivery person) I opened the box to find bad produce. Had I known that the produce was going to be so bad I would have just continued to go to farmers market or to the local grocery store.Desired Settlement: I would like for my name and information to be removed from their data bank and also the fees waived and not sent to collection. I do not believe I should be in collection for produce that was bad before it reached my door step. And to be asked to pay full price for bad quality produce is absurd and unethical as a business to operate in this manner.

Business

Response:

We have credited this customer's account. We do try to make things right with customers if there is ever a quality issue. We ask that customers call us as soon as possible if there is a quality issue.

Consumer

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received anything via mail or email that my account had been credited or closed. I will not accept anything until I have something in writing from this company.

Thanks

Consumer

Response:

The consumer states that she has received her email that states that she has been refunded and now has a zero balance.

Review: A couple months ago a "Farm Fresh to You" representative was canvassing the neighborhood where I've been part time living. They offer home delivery of organic produce. The woman (I cannot remember her name) offered to fill out a form with me so as that I could look into receiving produce delivered to my house. I was hesitant to sign up for anything on the spot and said as much. She was quite specific that filling out the form would simply give me access to view the array of products available on the website and that I could order and cancel from the website once I logged in. When I did log in a couple days later it appeared that I was going to receive a box of food soon. I sent them an email starting that I did not want to order anything. They never had my credit card information as I never filled out a payment section. A couple weeks later deliveries of produce started to arrive on my door (always at about 3AM in the morning). I check again and no where on the site was there availability to cancel an order. I double checked my payment: No, I had never payed them for anything nor had I requested any produce. I called them and they did not pick up. The produce rotted in the boxes. They then started calling me every other day saying they needed payment for the boxes "that you received" before I could cancel the "order". In other words they wouldn't stop delivering boxes I didn't want unless I sent them money for ones the I never ordered. I told them this was dishonest business and they threaten to send me to collections. I offered a middle path: I'll pay for the first box that was delivered as I can somehow see that a misunderstanding was made somewhere along the line and I'm willing to be a sport. Being that after the first box arrived I had explicitly asked them to stop and they did not, I felt that one should pay for something they didn't ask or want in the first place. They're reaction was to say "you're going to collections".This is a bait and switch operation. It's not honest.Desired Settlement: I would like them to not attempt to damage my credit by sending me to collections.

Business

Response:

We have left a vm for this customer to resolve account matters and customer is not in collections.

The notes on this account conflict the Revdex.com complaint. We called this customer on 7/7 to confirm his address (we were unable to make his first delivery and issued a credit on 7/4).

He called us back to confirm the address and expected first delivery date. The customer called in again on 8/18 as he was traveling and told the agent he would call the next day to make payment in full ($124), and logged into the account on a later date to change his password.

Consumer

Response:

That's is an incomplete and untrue version of events. When I requested cancellation, the first time I called after the first surprise delivery, the phone operator told me I couldn't make changes unless I became current with my "account" (an "account" I did not want in the first place). I told them that's not very fair business to deliver something that was not requested then rudely demand payment. What they also misconstrued here is the idea that I was traveling. I was not traveling. I travel between my home and work and the address they want to deliver goods to. Maybe that's what they thought.

The incredibly aggressive nature of the phone operators at this company is unnerving to say the least.

The very structure of they're system is flawed. I have never heard of a company that let's you sign up online and yet have to cancel on the phone all while not having given anyone a credit card number. It's a borderline scam.

Here's the rub: I never paid for it and when I asked to the service to be canceled "Farm Fresh to You" refused.

I don't know what to tell you other than they want me to pay for something I didn't want and asked them to not deliver. I offered to pay for the first delivery as I could understand a possible misstep had been made between them and I. I did not eat the product after the first box arrived. After that I let it rot in the box and then it got tossed out.

I will not pay for something I did not want and asked to not be delivered. Sure, I'm not IN collections ..yet:

Business

Response:

Customer received a full box credit for his first box as his address was incorrect, which he then verified as correct on 7/7 acknowledging the upcoming 7/18 delivery.

With no other communication received form the customer regarding his service, we received an email requesting to cancel the service on 8/18.

We called the customer, confirming the cancellation, with a promise from the customer to call back next day to pay the balance.

Without the payment, we started the collection process and on 10/3/14 and we placed an outbound call to the customer who claimed he did not want the service and he was going to file a Revdex.com complaint.

The customer owes for 4 deliveries and the balance of $124.

Review: Farm Fresh to You is billing me/sent to collections $25.38 for produce I never received or signed up for.

I never received or signed up for their service/produce, they can't provide a signed signature that I authorized any delivery or product; on top of that I never received what they claim they delivered. All I did was request information at a Sacramento Running event, obviously they are trying to scam consumers into buying their product at these running events when people are thinking all they are doing is getting information.Desired Settlement: Cease and desist all collections and unauthorized billing activity for items I never authorized or received.

Business

Response:

Business' Initial Response

We do not have a request for information form. Our sign up for clearly states you are signing up for a service.

We are sorry for any miscommunication and have credited this account in full and removed it from collections.

Consumer's Final Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Review: I signed up for Farm Fresh to You for my dtr since she is Vegan and I thought it would be nice. Upon first delivery items were rotten within 2 days. I notified FFTY and they sent out another shipment. The same thing happened and I notified FFTY and cancelled acct. At that time I voiced my frustration and stated I would not pay a bill for faulty fruit and veges. The items were promptly refrigerated when received and I was told by rep("how long do you think organic products stay fresh?") I was told at that time they would resolve the problem and there would be no charge. Time passed and I received a bill and called FFTY and was told that acct had been transferred to collections. Since acct was sent to collections they were unable to modify acct since screen was dithered. I then received a collection notice and informed the collection agency verbally and in writing the same info provided above. No resolution. I have checked my credit report and this is now on my report. I have no problem paying my bills and the only negative items are a short sale on a home in 2009. I own my own home again and stay active in reviewing my credit report. I have now received another collection notice from CCB credit services and provided the same above info to them. They advised sending a dispute letter to them. I have completed the dispute letter and will mail 12/9/14. I would like this removed from credit report ASAP.Desired Settlement: Bill closed d/t poor product(rotten within 2 days)The most important is that this is removed from my credit report ASAP

Business

Response:

We received an email from the customer on 10/24/13 to cancel due to poor quality, which we did. We sent aresponse with the final invoice and with no other communication from the customer. We followed up with our billing cycle process. The customer did not respond or provide any payment and the account was assigned to an outside credit agency. As a show of good faith to this customer, we have written off the account balance and stopped action with the credit agency that will not report any information.

Review: My first delivery was all soggy, rotting fruits and vegetables. I called and cancelled my account immediately. The following month I received another delivery of bad food. When I called I was told my account was cancelled and the 2nd delivery was free of charge. The next 2 months I still received deliveries I tried to stop the delivery driver from leaving them, both times he told me it was free of charge. Every delivery I received was bad. I always threw it away. They now have me in collections for almost $150 for 4 deliveries when my account should have been cancelled after the 1st delivery. I called and emailed the company several times, and never got a response.Desired Settlement: I shouldn't have to pay for spoiled food. I want this removed from my credit report and for their rude collection company to stop calling me.

Business

Response:

We have no record of an inbound call from this customer about a concern about food quality and any other matter. We do not have record of a credit given for a quality issue.

Review: Failure to provide copy of contract authorizing their service.

This company trains their sales people to offer complimentary first time orders to lure customers to sign up for their service. We were told the first order is free and to continue service to sign up online. They delivered the first order and then delivered a second order without notice or approval. They then charged us for 2 orders. When the invoice was received we called saying we did not sign up for service and to remove the charges. After about 10 follow ups and convenient phone disconnections I requested a copy of the signed contract They sent my information to collections and I never received the contract. The original transaction time frame is March 2013 and my final phone conversation was September 13, 2013. Desired Settlement: Remove charges from my account and reverse the collection from my record.

Business

Response:

Initial Business Response

We do have a copy of the signed contract from this customer that clearly states they are signing up for an ongoing service with the first box discounted but not free. Contrary to the customer's claim, we do not train our sales reps to offer the first box for free. In fact, they are penalized or terminated if we find out that is the case. We want customers who want our service. We have been delivering produce to homes for over 20 years. We are happy to provide the form to the customer that was signed. Our terms and conditions are very clear. Many people do not read papers before signing them. That said, if there was any miscommunication we do apologize and have credited the account and closed it.

Review: I subscribed to the delivery service from someone canvassing the neighborhood. At that time, I was not informed that the delivery time would be at 12 midnight. Because I live in a gated, senior complex, delivery at that time would not be possible. However, after the first delivery was stolen, because of being left at the front entrance, and a request was made for a gate key (which is not possible), I cancelled the subscription via email. The company refused to acknowledge the cancellation, and delivered another box, unbeknown to me, at midnight. I was then informed by the company at about 9am that a box was delivered. I went to search for the box, found it with limp vegetables and a carton of eggs. None of the box was edible. I have since been harassed by the company, and a collection agency. for payment of the last box. I am being threatened with a negative mark on my credit.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be charged for the box received after cancellation, and I would like the company to cancel all collection activity. If a negative mark is reported on my credit report, I would like it removed.

Business

Response:

This account's balance was credited and account was closed.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Failure to respond to request that only one delivery be made.

I ordered one delivery at the Valleyfair Mall in San Jose. I was quite clear at the time and believe I even made a note on the form, that I did NOT want follow on deliveries. I paid for the one delivery at the time and they demanded I use the form with card information. When the unwanted foloow on deliveries came I told them I did not want any more but they kept sending them, I think there were four in all. They said on two occasions they would cancel and that they would send a photocopy of the form so I would see whether I had actually written the note I recall writing, but they have not sent it yet. The vegetables were wilted and sad also but that is not my complaint. Desired Settlement: Relay this: Please stop trying to collect for what I never wanted, and knock off the deceptive practice of saying you just need the credit card for some vague verification! You act as if the idea is to milk the card until the situation comes to a head and ignore the customer's wishes to cancel, as that is what you did.

Business

Response:

Initial Business Response

Customer's account was credited and closed on 10/8. We are very sorry there was a miscommunication about our sales policy and our sales manager has been notified.

Review: Kept receiveing collection noticesfrom the company for 96.52.

We have moved and provided multiple emails notification. Contacted the company by phone

Acct#: XXXXXXXXX. We moved in May 2013 and notified the company of the move and requested stop services. After receiving the bill of 96.52 on jun 6, 2013 by email, we responded by email that we gave notice of address change and had canceled the service the month before. I also made phone call to the company. They said they would investigate. A month later the bill was sent to collection. This is causig unnecessary aggravation on the consumer.Desired Settlement: stop sending collection bill

Business

Response:

Initial Business Response

Our systems shows no contact by this customer either by email or phone, however we will close and credit the account.

Review: Delivery started without or authorization or acceptance.

A door-to-door sales person came to our home and gave us the breakdown of Farm Fresh To You services. We said we were interested but wanted more info so she told us to start an account online to choose our order. Later, without ever having started an account, the company began sending us fruit. After multiple weeks of attempting to contact them (they have no e-mail, so phone is the only way), we finally got a call back today. The lady on the phone laughed at our situation saying "Yes, our sales people are pushy". They are not pushy, they are unethical and lie. The fact that the rep was aware of this practices and "hear(s) it all the time" is even worse. She credited our account for 1 out of 3 shipments, and then charged and closed our account. I cannot recommend this business in anyway. The customer service, business practices, and account management is not only archaic and poorly managed, but probably illegal in some way (delivering time-sensitive products that we can't reasonably 'return' when we never ordered them, and then billing us for them). Desired Settlement: While I appreciate that one of our shipments was credited to our account, we still had to pay for 2 shipments that we didn't ever sign up for. I also hope that in the future your website will be able to handle service cancellation and not force people to call in. I hope also that someone would be able to register an existing account to manage it online, which I had no option to do as of Nov 2013. You also need to immediately fire any rep who was tied to these unethical practices of signing people up for service without their approval.

Review: Farm Fresh to you indicates to me they are irresponsible and dishonest. They delivered merchandise to my address by mistake and will not pick up their merchansiseDesired Settlement: Farm Fresh to you should take merchandise from my property that they delivered by mistake

Business

Response:

Business' Initial Response

We cannot pick up a box once delivered. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The person can dispose of the delivery as he or she chooses. We don't show this person's name in our database and so he/she will not be charged for the delivery.

Review: Ask if you would like a free sample for their service, asking for no payment info, then send you a bill for $100 months later.

I was approached by a nice guy at a farmers market asking if I want to support local farmers and if I want to try their service for free with no obligation and without them taking a credit card. I said sure, signed on the dotted line. Received a few shipments of produce and then a bill for $95, saying I never told them I wanted to cancel the shipments. I had no idea I would be automatically enrolling in a subscription that I would owe money for. That was never mentioned in the sales pitch. Desired Settlement: Clear my amount owed of $95.00 and clear the collection status from my credit history.

Business' Initial Response

Customer signed up for service every other week by signing a Service Sign Up Form that states you are signing up for an ongoing service. She received 4 deliveries of a small box.

Company will write off the balance as customer did not understand terms of sign-up. We will also inform the agency to delete that account tradeline from her credit report.

Thank you!

Review: Farm Fresh To You sent me to a collections agency for a $20 account. This was 2 years after the account was closed. Do not ever do business with them.

My complaint is very simple. I thought they had a good business plan and I liked the model of supporting farms. I signed up at one of their sales booths. They sent me a very small box of inedible veggies and fruits. I called and supposedly closed the account. They then sent me a few threatening letters and stopped the correspondence. 2 whole years later, I get a letter from a debt collections agency stating that I still owe them $20. I am assuming that is now on my credit report. This company may sell you an ideal about organic farms, but let me tell you that they run the business like an off market credit card company.

I am not alone in my dislike for this company, just go on Yelp and see the deluge of negativity about them. They are very proactive about defending themselves and "solving" the disputes which arise.

My advice is DO NOT get involved with this company and if you do, keep VERY detailed records of all correspondences.Desired Settlement: I want Farm Fresh To You to immediately remove my account from collections. I want this company to clear the debts with the credit reporting agencies involved.
