Will you please call me and I would personally like to come and look at the issues I was basing all the information on [redacted] statements and the photos that where taken We pride ourselves in quality work and if it is not right we will fix it That being said in a construction project or a re roof sometimes its not perfect the first time and needs to be addressed Please call so we can set up a time to visual inspect the roof Thank you

Mr ***I am responding to your complaint with the Revdex.com We are extremely sorry for the delay with your roofing project We are an extremely busy roofing company in the Central Texas area and currently construct 55-roofs a month, and we have fallen behind due to rain and the holidays We as a roofing company can not roof a home/or a business if the weather forecast calls for more than 30% percent chance (percentages of rain means the percentage of the coverage area will get rain in any given day)I have in your file that you signed a contract with [redacted] on 10/29/with a down payment of to secure your spot in our list of roofs to construct (we have revolving at all times)As per the agreement signed on 10/29/it has stated we are 5-weeks out with wonderful weather, and as you know we have had an el Niño weather pattern this year and it has been unpredictable to say the least Everyday it calls for rain we have to halt production (20,holes in a roof, a lot of leak points, and we don't want your house to leak) Again we are sorry for the delay and will construct your roof as soon as time and weather permits You are currently #on the list so we will start construction very soon weather permitting Thank you for understanding and if you need anything please call the office anytime

***, I tried to call you at3:on 3/9/and left a message, feel free to call the office and ask for *** *** anytime. I want to assure you our intent is not to take any said insurance money and charge a cancellation fee. We were upfront with you about the time we are behind at the contract signing about our delay and our process. As far as the invoicing is concerned all payments go to the home owner not bowtie roofing and the homeowner is always in control of the monies not the company. We do however on occasion invoice the job to the insurance company's to release the deprecation monies (as we have a signed agreement to fulfill the scope of work), that way when the job is complete the homeowner is not out of pocket waiting on monies from the insurance company. We do this to help any burden with customers. We are open from 8-M-F please call at any time during that time. As you stated you cant get someone on the phone, we have full time people in the office at all times during business hours so any call should be answeredI am going to look into that, to make sure we are always here to answer any and all calls. Time line of events:12/18/signed contract1/2/agreed as per contract to pay the rest of the first payment of 421.98 (haven't received this)1/19/Called office to check on status1/20/16 spoke to *** and he stated he's on vacation from 2/-2/and wants roof done after vacation3/8/16 Called customer and explained weather delay3/9/16 Called customer no answer

sure that the roof is not leaking and we have the interior ceiling repaired to our satisfaction. We are forecasted to get rain this week so we will know soon. Then we can schedule the interior work to be completed

I have tried to schedule Mr *** Roof several times including weeks ago and he has refused to talk to us and his materials are ready to be installed as soon as he says he's ready we will schedule his install we have been trying to install his roof since december

My work on my house was completed on Dec 15, I had to constantly contact the corporate office
This business never responded unless the corporate got involvedThis company was very unprofessional and never contacted me directlyI was told other items on my house was going to get per the employee they had come to.my home on Jun 2016.

After we received the complaint from Mrs *** we have resolved all issues. We are extremely sorry our communication was lax, and have improved by hiring more staff and fixing our phone systems. To date we have resolved all issues at their homestead

I have in your file that you signed a contract with *** *** on 12/18/with a down payment of 4678.11 to secure your spot in our list of roofs to construct (we have revolving at all times)As per the agreement signed on 12/18/it has stated we are 5-weeks out with wonderful weather, and as you know we have had an el Niño weather pattern this year and it has been unpredictable to say the least. Everyday it calls for rain we have to halt production (20,holes in a roof, a lot of leak points, and we don't want your house to leak). Again we are sorry for the delay and will construct your roof as soon as time and weather permits. As far as a refund is concerned we have on the back of the agreement line item #that states a cancellation fee of the total contract price, because as you can imagine the cost we have incurred up to this point in the cost of time, labor, fuel, and other expenses we have incurred (inspecting the roof, meeting the adjuster, meeting to go over scope, walking property, ordering shingles etc)I know at the end of the day all you want is a great roof over your investment and we are striving to provide that product.
