Thank you for your feedback We are only able to get better with constructive criticism and feedback We always stand behind our workmanship and if you have any leaks or had any leaks we are fully responsible for the damage during construction After final walktru on 6/3/15,

I  am rejecting this response only because I have six calendar days to respond and the problem isn't fixed yet, so my complaint is still valid.I finally had an opportunity to meet with Bow-Tie Roofing representatives at my house so they could take a look at my roof. I have to admit, they showed a lot of desire and will to solve the problem. I was promise that it will be fixed soon.Of course until then I can't close this complaint and say that it's resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: There has not been a resolution to my satisfaction -- Agreement with local owner:  it was was verbally agreed to by the franchise office in Leander/Cedar Park that damaged areas of wood were to be replaced and repainted and damaged clay pots from potted plants were to be replaced - this has not been completed.  The roof replacement was completed in September; this is now close to the end of February -- still no resolution.

Hello Mr. [redacted],  Attached you find a copy of your insurance scope of work provided to us by you.  As you can see the insurance did not cover your fascia due to rot.  If you want your rotten wood replaced it would have to be an out of pocket expense for our agreement with...

you did not include.  I would suggest contacting your insurance and request a reinspection on the rotten wood.  We would be more than happy to assist you in contacting your insurance and providing them with a rough estimate of the actual cost. Thanks in advance![redacted]

I too have invoices and first hand eye witness account of the work that you did.Your manager [redacted] did not even have the decency to show up to my house after he promise so much. Believe me their are other people here in Carrizo Springs that are not happy with your company and what you represent!

Yes the customer you called me for is not in my system nor is he affiliated with me at all. He is a customer of the bow-tie in new braunfels texas at the 1671 executive drive location.

I am rejecting this response because: I could not find anything about 5 to 7 weeks to start the roofing project. Even if it were in the contract, it is turning into 5 months. This should remain open until the project starts.

was completed as a rush order because the house was being sold and needed to have the roof completed before closing day. This house was 100% finished by closing date and we have collected recoverable depreciation for this house. On the property referenced above I am sorry again for the lack of communication I will take full responsibility and make sure moving forward that we have an open line of communication between the two of us. While the work was being performed on the first time we were made aware that all contact was to be made through [redacted], your son, is this the way we  hould be communicating or is there somebody else we should be in touch with? I would like to speak with you regarding the time frame for your roof and give you a definite install date so this roof can be completed and contract finished before the end of October (2 weeks from now).
