These orders are unfortunately not something we can consider any sort of refund on, as we have performed the filing service the customer paid for.
Not only did we file this customer's orders, we filed a third order for this customer at no charge. We did this because the customer made a mistake on...

one of the orders, which we understand can happen. So we filed a corrected request with the government office at no charge.
Because we have done the service on these orders in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we are not willing to consider any sort of refund.
The customer is welcome to contact us to address any concerns or issues, and we are happy to help in any way within reason.

Again, we only use the information you submitted to process a birth certificate request, and that's it. As you asked - we will not do any more work on your order, which will cause the state to simply cancel the request.

rejecting this response because:I still believe that the website uses their ads on google and their main page to lure customers in on a false pretense. They state that they can get an official birth certificate super fast and do not state that the customer has to pay all the extra fees until it is too late to go back. By the time I had the chance to read the fine print, my credit card had already been charged. Again, I believe this to be false advertising. I did NOT receive any service from the company and did NOT receive a birth certificate because I refuse to pay them any more money. So, since they did not provide a service or a product, I believe that I should receive a full refund. Sincerely,[redacted]

The refund is for $119.95 not $69.95, and just for the record just refund my money and keep your smart comments about understanding what I have read, because clearly you don't understand that you can't  keep money for a service that was never provided and there was no tracking record for the birth certificate being sent out

business days to process before they ship rush orders. If you have an issue with state processing time you are welcome to contact the state, as this has nothing to do with us.

As we have explained to this customer the state can take a few months or more to process a certificate request. The order is in process exactly as expected - the customer needs to be patient like everyone else who orders a certificate and let the state complete the order.

We have told this individual a number of times, that we did not suggest a 4 day delivery. That is frankly an impossible delivery time-frame that we do not advertise. We quoted an estimate 11-16 business days of processing before shipping. This means around 2-3 weeks or longer with the holidays...

before the order even ships out. We listed in large, boldface print that this county is behind schedule.
This individual has threatened us with legal action, and claimed she is a lawyer. Because she claims she is a lawyer, and has repeatedly threatened legal action through email, we are unwilling to engage with her unless she or her attorney initiate a formal discussion with our legal team. We will not engage with her outside of that. Per advice from our legal team we will also not engage with this individual further through the Revdex.com.

Unless you can provide a valid reason this order should be refunded, we cannot grant this request. This individual has not been clear whatsoever at why they feel they deserve a refund, and we have indeed responded to all of their emails. As far as we can see, this order was processed exactly as it should have been. The customer has not provided a reason that this should be refunded, and the customer has not responded to any of our emails.
Did we make an error somewhere in the process? Did we not provide the filing service that was outlined in the Terms and Conditions the customer agreed to? Unless the individual can give us a valid reason they deserve a refund, we cannot grant the request.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted this company multiple times requesting information as to why my order was on hold and I never received a reason until yesterday when I threatenned legal action, months after I placed my order. This could have been resolved long ago if the company had answered my inquiry rather than just telling me repeatedly that they had already sent me an email outlining why my order was on hold (which I repeatedly explained that I never received) and refusing a refund. The only bit of information this company has been able to repeatedly provide is they're refund policy. This is poor customer service Sincerely,[redacted]

We spoke on the phone yesterday and it sounded like we have things worked out. As discussed, the [redacted] Records department simply needed to speak with you. So long as you called them as discussed in our phone conversation everything should be underway.

I was informed by the bank the police and firemen's credit union that this company went into my account again on 6/22/2917 and withdrew $69.95, I did not give them authorization to do this, I asked for a full refund of $119.95 and I did not receive this amount, this is totally unethical of this company. I am definitely going to pursue legal actions on this matter
