We are so sorry for the delay. Keep in mind the delay is at the state level, and has nothing to do with us. We also never, ever hinted, or suggested the order would be there in 5-10 days. We stated an estimated 5-10 weeks.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  the seller did not say it would take months. In fact, they advertised approximately ten days. Also, in an email, this company said it would be mailed out last week. The seller also told me I did not choose expedited shipping which he claimed was recommended. No such recommendation is given anywhere on their website or in correspondence and how would they track anything if it hadnt even been sent? This company also claims they provide "order tracking". When I asked for proof that the order had been, in fact,  submitted to the proper office, the seller stated he would not answer emails of this sort. There obviously is no tracking.  They are shady at best and I sincerely doubt I will ever get my father's death certificate.  It's a scam.  I should have the Revdex.com's feedback before I placed an order.  In their disclaimer they say, NO REFUNDS, even if they do not provide the documents.  That's convenient.  It's also not how a legitimate business operates!
