I also find it interesting that you want the product back as what I received was meant to be a FREE gift in exchange for completing an on-line survey with one of your business partners.I did not subscribe to your service, I simply selected your product as the FREE gift when I had finished the online survey.You simply took advantage of my interest in the product as a FREE gift for completing the on line survey and without my permission began a subscription in my name. When I went to the website and only put in my info to go to the next page I received a phone call from the companyso I didn't finish any order online!!! Also you said I get a free day sample to try once I received my order and then you changed it in your message that it starts the moment they mail it outso which is it?? The customer service who calls people need to explain the process that you have to go through after you pay the $If I had been told and was aware that I would have been sent more and charged for it after, I would have never accepted in the first placeIf I had known that I would have to use more of my OWN money to return a product that was supposed to be a trial offer, then I would have never accepted it either!! Your product is misleading and people have no idea what they are getting intoAlso to address that we can call and cancel at anytime, I did call and was put on hold for over minutes and then they hung up on me after I waitedI called twice just to see if it may have been my phone, but No! I was put on hold again through the automated service and hung up on againI received my refund and will never purchase anything from your company againWhen I did receive a phone call back days later after I called more time after leaving a voice mail, I was called by one of the most rude and hateful people I have ever talked to in customer service! I will make sure others know about how you scam to get away with taking people's hard earned money!

The consumer contacted Fat Burn X on 6/9/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $47.33 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account.

This is when they paid the initial $3.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 1/19/16 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted Fat Burn X on 4/12/16 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email.  We have refunded the requested amount of $87.63 due to this complaint, however, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The consumer placed the order on 10/25/14. This is when they paid the initial $[redacted] and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/17/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The monthly membership recurred on 12/17/14 for the second shipment of Fat Burn X at $[redacted]. The consumer contacted our company on 12/22/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $[redacted] from 12/17/14 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to process.

We are not requiring the customer to return the product. We have issued the refund as a courtesy.

At this time, the consumer has been refunded in full, including the shipping cost, for Fat Burn X. We have gone over the terms and conditions which were provided to the consumer. There is nothing further we can do at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to the customer. The customer's account was closed on 8/29/15. A collection notice was mistakenly sent via a third party. The customer does not owe us any fees for products and we can assure the customer that this will not show on their credit. We...
