Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $87.63 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 2/25/2015 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted Fat Burn X on 4/08/2015 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $43.82 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $43.81, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $47.33 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account.

Beware their small print tactics.
I feel this business misleads people to think they are getting a free sample (if they pay the shipping) only to find out they will gouge your credit card for additional fees.
I was told after I was charged these surprise fees that I didn't read the small print close enough. No one who practices good business should hide details of charging a consumer 1600% more than they were expecting to receive a free sample (after paying these small shipping costs).
I even RETURNED the bottles which was supposed to garner me a REFUND. I still got charged for 1,.....and now, 10 months later, a collection agency has come calling for the $87.63 for the other bottle.
I'm lucky I kept the receipts. What contemptible moves this sneaky company practices.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 12/22/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 12/26/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded 50% of the charge of $87.63 on that same day ($43.82). The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. As a courtesy, we have refunded the remainder of the charge. The refund will take three to seven business days to process.

As a courtesy only, we have refunded the charge from November for $[redacted]. We would like to remind the consumer that he agreed to the terms and conditions on the website when he placed the original order and signed up for the trial. Review: I ordered a "free sample" from a website from them but I just had to pay for shipping $4.95. I used there product for less than 1 week because I started getting abdominal pains. About 1 month later I checked my bank account and noticed they charged me a full price of $87.63. I called them up and told them about the problem. They told me that the "free sample" they sent me was only for 14 days and that it was my job to return it after those 14 days. I told them that I didn't see or agree to those terms and that I would return the product back to them, but they said the initial 14 days passed so I was out of luck. They also informed me that ordering the 14 day sample included getting monthly shipments from them, I told them I never agreed to any of the things they told me, and that they would not cancel the $87.63 because I didn't read there fine print. There product is a lie and force people to pay for supposedly a "free sample."Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $87.63 back to my credit card. I don't mind paying for the initial $4.95 for the sample because it was to my knowledge, but I never agreed for a full product or a monthly shipment.

Review: I signed up for a 14-day free trial for this company's supplement through an advertisement I saw on [redacted]. I was under the impression I would be receiving a 14-day supply of the supplement no strings attached and that the only charge I was to be held liable for was the $[redacted] for shipping.The process for "cancelling the trial" was not clearly stated in the area of the website where you input your information to place the order. You are asked to accept the terms and conditions without them being stated. It was not until after I realized that there were 2 charges of $** in my debit account statement that these "terms and conditions" are listed in VERY small print at the bottom of the page. They do not give you any kind of reminder that your "trial" is about to expire and then to proceed to charge your debit card without your knowledge. The quality of the actual supplement aside, this is obviously a scam by this company to trick people into giving them their money. I cannot afford to pay both of these charges. I have already cancelled my account for both companies, and asked them to refund my money. They said they were unable to do so, even after I stated I still had both supplements. I would be more than happy to send both supplements back if they are able to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: Do not allow this type of deceptive advertising.

Review: Fat Burn X advertises a free 14 day trial of their product, charging only for shipping + handling. This mislead me to expect a 14 day supply of the product. Since I was unaware (1) that they were shipping a 30 day supply of the product, (2) the 87.63 full price and (3) the fact that it would be auto-billed and shipped monthly (these details are well hidden in the immense wording of the terms and conditions), I did not pick up the shipment until several days after it shipped and therefore was not able to cancel within their allotted time frame. I have attempted to recover the 87.63 charge and return the unopened/unused product, but the company has refused in writing.Desired Settlement: 87.63 refund. I received the product within 5-7 days BEFORE the trail date the company set ended. I was recently informed of a suspicious transaction through my bank from Fat Burn X. Review: I ordered the 4. 95 Trial Fat Burn and Elite 360 combo back in August of 2015 like many others I have read, when they arrived almost 14 days later I had noticed two almost 90 dollar payments on my account pending. I called both companies FatBurnX and Elite 360,which were sent together, to inform them that not only have I not had time to try the product, but also due to the unadvertised rediculous price they charged me before the opportunity to try the product, I would be returning the unopened package and also I would like an immediate stop payment/refund to my account..After repetive explanations saying this could not be done I mentioned the Revdex.com and all of a sudden the payment was stopped and verbal agreement was reached. NOW ALMOST 7 MONTHS LATER or longer, a letter from Collect Pros is sent stating I have been sent to collections..This product was marked Return To Sender and quickly returned..I find it really odd that only 1 of the 2 companies are trying to charge me still..I hope I can find a reasonable solution before I have to further my complaint..Desired Settlement: I wish for this collection issue to be resolved and any credit issues removed..

They shortened the time I should have been afforded to try their product by 5 days. I lost 1 day to them not shipping in the time they agree to in their "Terms and Conditions", and 4 days by not using the proper shipping method. USPS First Class Mail is a 2-4 day process vs. the 8 day process by using the UPS Mail Innovations service. If those 5 days are deducted from the overall time between the date I placed my order and the date I cancelled, I would have been well within the allotted 14 days. I am required to fulfill my end of our agreement by cancelling within the required 14 days, but they did not fulfill their end of the agreement.Desired Settlement: I am seeking the ability to return my unopened product in exchange for a full refund of the $86.73 I was charged.

Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded 50% of the charge of $87.63 on that same day ($43.82). The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. As a courtesy, we have refunded the remainder of the charge. The refund will take three to seven business days to process.

Called company and disputed, they refunded 20 of an **$ purchase and assured me that I was no longer an an auto renewal. Then this month I was again auto renewed and my card was charged again.
