This company does not deliver their productsThey do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phonesMore importantly, I ordered favors for my daughter's shower, and they have ruined it by not sendingI amgetting my money back from PayPal, but it does not fix the disappointment

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I want Favor warehouse to refund the entire amount of my order. I cannot dispute with my bank, money that has already been taken and received by this business back in June, 2016. The money to pay for my order came from my checking account (debit card), not a credit card. Favor warehouse needs to refund the entire amount back to me immediately. They have my bank card information in order to make a full refund back into my bank account to me. Thank you.

The company will not respond to email's sentWe paid for merchandise over month agoWhen you call the company to find status info there is no option to leave a call back numberAfter emails sent they finally updated status to items on backorder and order on holdThey refuse to give any refund

I placed an order on 6/**/and it said 3-day shipping, which my event was on 7/*/That was enough timeWhen I look at the status of the items it always said processingI tried to contact them by phone and it is a recording saying to send an emailI sent several emails and never received a responseI requested a refund and no responseI am trying to get a refund from my credit card company nowI never received my items and the event is over now

I would like a credit issued from your company. Your customers should not have to dispute charges just because you can't fulfill orders. Favor Watehouse took my money and needs to issue a credit back to me. This is the company's responsibility, not mine.
