Im am still upset about who everything went about. I never received a email back about my refund until I threaten to report them as fraud to my bank my product was never even sent out. My problem has been solved but I'm sure there are many other people out there who are being tooken advantage of by this company as we speak. I hope something is done about it. Because I could have saved the headache by ordering elsewhere if I was a wear of there scam.

This is the same generic message they emailed to me. They just cut and pasted it. It is literally word for word. They did not issue a refund and are still asking that I submit a dispute to my credit card. This place is not legit.

We have tried working with this customer to provide the best possible solution to the issueson this order but due to the inconsistencies in her responses and also notproviding us with the picture we asked for numerous times, we have not beenable to resolve the issue as quickly as...

possible.  The following is what has transpired betweenthe customer and  Favorwarehouse whichwill show that we have tried to handle this order the best way possible:On 1/** customer emailed informing us that she was not happy with her order andsent us 1 picture of one piece. On 1/** we responded to please send us a photo with the exact amount of thedamaged item.  She responded that shegoing to send the pictures at the end of the week because of a familyemergency.On1/** – she reported a dozen were damaged and then on 1/** only 6 pieces.On 1/** – we replied - Per our prior requests - we cannot provide further assistance until you provide thephotos of the 6 glasses. We would be happy to review with the Printer to see ifthey will make an exception but we are quickly approaching the 10 business dayspolicy required to report and provide proof of damage - please email thosephotos today. We are pleased to hear it is only 6 rather that the 12 originallyreported but will require the photos to share with the manufacturer.Please note,  that as a courtesy,  we requested from the printers to pleaseprocess replacements of the 6 pieces even though we did not yet receive thegroup picture from customer as requested – on 1/** the manufacturer  confirmed they were processing the 6 pieces.On 1/** – we sent the customer the following email –Quick follow up - please email a photo of the six pieces together so we can reviewwith the Printer.We are pleased to advise that they have agreed to reprint 6 pieces but require thephoto to process the claim.She responded that she was going to do it over the weekend.1/** – she emailed that the total amount was now 13 pieces – not the 6 that wasagreed on earlier.We responded with the following email –Below is the email we sent on several occasions - please review:Please set all 6 impacted glasses on a flat surface andemail 1 photo of the 6 together and we will be able to send to the Printer this afternoon -they will normally respond within 24 hours.Also, pleasenote, that as a courtesy we asked the printers if they can change the amount ofreplacements to 13 – we received a response from them today that they will beprinting the additional 7 pieces – shipping a total of 13 pieces. We also asked the customer to please have the 13 pieces ready for pickup – we still not havereceived the 1 picture of all the items together as requested several times.On 2/* – the customer once again sent us several pictures of individual pieces – all we are asking isfor 1 picture with all the pieces in that one picture so we can forward to themanufacture to support her claim.At this time, we are replacing the 13 pieces the customer requested and she has not sent usthe only thing we requested from her – 1 picture with all 13 pieces on it.  13 replacement pieces are being printed – it takes14 business days to process before they are shipped – we asked the customer toplease have the 13 damaged pieces ready for pickup by [redacted] as no cost to her.  Please note, that there is a $39.00 set upfee cost every time a personalized glassware order is processed- printers donot keep past orders on file. . As stated on the website we do not replace, only refund  personalized glassware but as a courtesy we arereplacing the 13 pieces.  The customershould have waited at least a couple of days more before writing a bad reviewsince we have been working with her from the beginning to have this issueresolved.

A couple months ago I started shopping around for favors to hand out at my wedding coming up on June [redacted] We decided on coasters, so I shopped around and found Favor Warehouse. They seemed to have the best options for our budget; something we liked, that fit within the style of our wedding, wasn't discontinued or sold out, and was inexpensive. I thought about it for a while, because even though Favor Warehouse seemed to have the best option, it was only available in one color combination- white and brown. Our wedding colors are Indigo and Burgundy and the brown just wasn't very wedding like. Eventually I decided to order anyway.
I ordered 75 sets of four coasters each. I was appalled to see the shipping cost of $17.99 when the product was supposedly coming from NY, and was made of felt so it's really light weight. However, there was no Sales tax, so that helped soften the blow. I even paid an additional $8.95 for "rush" 2 day processing on my order.
After 2 days however, I still hadn't received any sort of shipping notice from Favor Warehouse, no tracking number, no confirmation, nothing. So I emailed them. A day later I got a response saying that the coasters I ordered would be back in stock, in 2 more days, and shipped the following day, and then I would receive a tracking number.
I was angry, because when I ordered the items they were not listed as out of stock, that meant that my items would arrive later than I hoped, I still didn't have an estimated arrival date at all, and I had paid for 2 day processing and would be getting my order processed in 6 instead. I tried to call Favor Warehouse at the phone number they supplied in their automated 'we got your order' email, but the first 4 times I called my call was instantly disconnected. Then finally I got an answering machine after only 1 ring. The answering machine proceeded to tell me that all their customer service people are busy helping others, that most questions can be solved by looking at their website, to email them, and not to leave a message.
So after getting hung up on my the answering machine twice, I emailed them, asking for my $8.95 rush processing fee back. After 3 days, I still haven't been responded to.
When they finally sent me my tracking number on the day the email said they would, I checked it. While waiting for my order, I checked every day. The company used Fed Ex, and the tracking was poorly executed- usually not updated at all, so for a while I had no idea when I to expect my coasters.
Finally, after a week of waiting, the coasters arrived today. The box was huge, but light. I opened it. To find another box, securely taped shut. So I opened that box, and it held even smaller boxes, 4 of them, also taped shut. Why didn't they just mail the medium sized box if it was the only thing containing coasters? I suspect that this is how they justify the expensive shipping cost. I opened up the 4 small boxes to find that each coaster set was in even more packaging- little clear plastic bags over the ribbon wrapped clear plastic boxes shown on their website. Not to mention, the coasters were BLACK and white rather than brown and white. I started taking tacky looking cellophane that had barcodes on them, off of each individual coaster set. I also took off the annoying 'for you' tags they had wrapped on there with some company name on the back. By the time I was halfway through removing the excess wrapping, I realized that each of the 4 small boxes was labeled with "18 PCS". I counted the coasters. They only sent me 72, when I had ordered and paid for 75.
I tried calling them again. Because now they've ripped me off in more than 1 way. I have 75 people invited to my wedding in 10 days and didn't get the 75 coaster sets I paid for.
I got the stupid answering machine again- in the middle of the day, on a Tuesday, after only one ring. I emailed them again, but I doubt that I'll be getting any response, since my prior emails about the rush processing fee have been ignored.
Do not buy from Favor Warehouse, they'll just take your money, waste your time, and ignore your complaints.

This order was placed with PARTY FAVORS ON SALE not FAVOR WAREHOUSE.  We fulfill orders for them but the complaint should be directed at PARTY FAVORS ON SALE. Their website is [redacted]

I finally got a response from Favor Wear House.  On August [redacted] (one day before my wedding) they emailed me to say that my oder was canceled and I should call my credit card company to get the funds back.  No store should ever ask a customer to call the credit card company to get their money back.  They should refund me my money instead like a normal business.  I think that their policy and manner are unprofessional and they should not be allowed to operate this way.  Note it is August [redacted], a month after my order was placed, and I still do not have my money back.

The company should process a refund on their end, and not require me as the consumer to submit a claim through my bank to dispute the charge and then have the bank investigate as to the legitimacy of the claim.  This vendor stated on August [redacted], that they were processing the refund.  They must process the refund.  I have attached a transcript of this discussion to this email.

 I already filed a complaint with my credit card company.  That part has been taken care of on my end.  HOWEVER...a) The company NEVER responded to me directly with that offer of resolution - even with multiple requests on my part via email.  I think that they may only be responding to Revdex.com to get you off of their backs, and b) I know from looking at Yelp and the company's own Facebook page that they have done this to others.  As per the complaints, they have taken people's money, didn't send any products, and have been very hard to contact after that.  This causes headaches and anxiety and work to be done on the customer's part to try and get a refund!!!!
This company needs to be looked into for bad business practices as a way of doing business, in my opinion.

I want Favor warehouse to refund the entire amount of my order.  I cannot dispute with my bank,  money that has already been taken and received by this business back in June, 2016.  The money to pay for my order came from my checking account (debit card), not a credit card.  Favor warehouse needs to refund the entire amount back to me immediately.  They have my bank card information in order to make a full refund back into my bank account to me.   Thank you.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The order was supposed to ship in 7-days, but there was no update on the status. When I tried contacting them, the phone number on their homepage was a voicemail instructing you to email them. Once I did so, they never responded. I tried emailing 3-4 times to no avail. After 3-weeks with no order, I cancelled it. A week later they sent an email stating that they could not fulfill the order and instead of crediting me back my money, I had to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. This just seems like a scam as they're going to pocket as much money as they can from folks who forget to dispute the charge. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with their customer service and I will not be doing business with them in the future.

7/*/16. The customer should have received both packages. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response.

This business is a fraud. Do not order from them. They will process the charge on your credit card and never send the merchandise. Then they will tell you your order was cancelled and to dispute the charge with your credit company. They will not provide a credit.

I am glad to be getting a refund for my order, but I still do not understand what happened and why my order was not shipped. I sent numerous emails to [redacted], and none of them were ever answered. I had to get the Revdex.com involved in order for me to get a response from them, by the way which is a month too late. I just check my order status with them and on the site it still is saying my order has shipped. Yet they stated in a message through the Revdex.com that they are unable to fill the order with no reason why.
I will never deal with this company again, and I urge everyone else out there not to either.

Favor Warehouse is nothing but a SCAM! I ordered 250 picture frames on July *, 2016. Of course I never received them. I called numerous times, only to have an answering machine message that hangs up on you when it is done. I also filed 4 of the official FW requests to find out where my merchandise is. On the second contact, FW replied that the items would be delivered the "next week," three weeks late. Guess what? Yep, never arrived! So, on the fourth contact, this is the exact e-mail I received: "We are unable to comply with your request. Please simply dispute the charge." I contacted [redacted], my credit card company, and The [redacted] Trusted Store to file a complaint. I finally received a refund yesterday.
