WOW!!! It doesn't get any better than this I desperately needed a locksmith in a hurry for my son's bathroom The lock was improperly installed so we couldn't get the door opened After reading other reviews, I called Fidelity Locksmith He answered the phone promptly and said he could be over between 2:30-3: He show up 2:on the dot! and proceeded to open the lock and reinstalled the doorknob Not only that but he explained to me why the lock didn't work properly and show me his new installation job

I don't know why I'm bothering even to write a review These guys are a Joke I'm not sure they are a real company They strung me along for weeks every time they are minutes away they call and say they don't have the parts Totally unprofessional, "Tim" finally showed up and then told me he could do the job on my van, wanted to argue about what year it was and said he had to make a phone call and drove away I told Omar (the field sales manager) not to send Tim back to my house because he was completely unprofessional and I had lost faith in the company and who do you think they send back after two cancelled appointments TEN MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME! IT WAS [redacted] TIM! I sent him away I am don't with these guysThere is so much more I could go on about, but Fidelity Locksmith has wasted enough of my time Should have looked them up first and saved myself weeks
