I came here for my business to get 40 copies of a key made for the office. I thought it would be a big hassle, but much to my surprise, it was simple and quick. I am back now to get 15 copies and am getting the same quick and efficient service.

He arrived quickly, and was nothing but professional as he opened my trunk and retrieved our spare keys. These guys have saved me on more than one occasion, and I will always call them in a jam! Thank you so much!

David is awesome!! I called Thursday afternoon and he was out Friday at my requested time. He installed 3 locks and re-keyed 1 door. He did such a great job! I highly recommend using him for your locksmith needs.

He was here within thirty minutes and the work was carried out with no fuss or mess.

They are very reliable even the old style of key, they have! And the guy who was in the shop was very friendly.

If you need a locksmith call Dean! He was responsive both in email and in person. I liked his no nonsense get to it work style and he showed up right on time. I can't recommend him enough.

My friend left her keys in her car. Dean showed up and helped us out. My friend has a difficult car btw! Lol! It took a while but thankfully he was able to get the door open! We thought the charge would go up since it took longer than usual, but no, price stayed the same from what I was quoted on the phone. Solid service!!

I don't know why I'm bothering even to write a review. These guys are a Joke. I'm not sure they are a real company.

They strung me along for 4 weeks. every time they are 10 minutes away they call and say they don't have the parts.

Totally unprofessional, "Tim" finally showed up and then told me he could do the job on my van, wanted to argue about what year it was and said he had to make a phone call and drove away.

I told Omar (the field sales manager) not to send Tim back to my house because he was completely unprofessional and I had lost faith in the company and who do you think they send back after two cancelled appointments TEN MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME! IT WAS [redacted] TIM!

I sent him away. I am don't with these guys. There is so much more I could go on about, but Fidelity Locksmith has wasted enough of my time.

Had a full house alarm installation. They did a wonderful job and were very accommodating to my requests (and my cats!).

Nobody wants to have a lock-out, but these folks got here fast, had a nice attitude and well, they got there fast. It's really all I could ask for.

WOW!!! It doesn't get any better than this. I desperately needed a locksmith in a hurry for my son's bathroom. The lock was improperly installed so we couldn't get the door opened.

After reading other reviews, I called Fidelity Locksmith. He answered the phone promptly and said he could be over between 2:30-3:30. He show up 2:30 on the dot! and proceeded to open the lock and reinstalled the doorknob. Not only that but he explained to me why the lock didn't work properly and show me his new installation job.

Dean came to my house to change all of my locks, and he was able to change some internal parts so that all locks from various manufacturers would take the same key. He was prompt, professional and upfront about all costs, which were definitely reasonable. He even wore shoe covers in my house. Will definitely use these guys for my next locksmith need!

They have some extra ordinary technician for doing this kind of jobs. First I thought that they would demand high price but the price was very reasonable. They also provide emergency lockouts services which are very fast. I am highly satisfied with Fidelity Locksmith.

David just left. I called this morning and he was out here today. Fair price, quick service and he ended up fixing my door that was busted on the hinge by putting in a few extra screws no cost.
